Rivercrest Place is a great community! The staff is fantastic, many of which have been there for many years, and the residents are well cared for and happy. Paducah is lucky to have a community with the excellent level of care that this community offers. Even with name changes, the care has never changed. This is a GREAT community!

The Village Cove on Hilton Head Island is a wonderful facility for your aging loved one. From the kitchen staff preparing tasty entrees to the nursing staff providing constant nurturing care, this facility is top notch. The knowledgeable staff is a special group of workers. They not only make the residents feel special each and every day, but they challenge them when they can with daily activities. Finally, I cannot emphasize enough, every resident is treated as if they were family.

Village Cove has a very accommodating staff. They went the extra mile to assimilate my sister into their very caring facility. Her room is charming and she feels right at home. I am very pleased with the service, food and cleanliness. I recommend Village Cove to anyone who needs a facility for themselves or for a loved one who needs extra help and care with their daily routine.

The staff at Village Cove is very responsive and friendly. My mom's been there for over four years now and is very content with her "extended family". Hats off to them!

Very respectful and caring staff. They communicate with families well during this pandemic and are so accommodating for window visits and FaceTime. One of my parents has been living there for 2 years and when my other parent needed more help she was happy to move to Village Cove. They treat relatives of their residents like family too. They know the special likes and dislikes of their residents and make sure they are accommodated. I am very happy my parents are living at Village Cove.

From Day One the staff at Village Cove has gone above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure that my father has the best care possible. From helping him transition to their community from his former residence, to arranging safe and timely transport to doctor appointments, to providing flexibility when it comes to monthly payments, to working with him on his medication regiment, Village Cove has done all and more. Visiting their community on Hilton Head and being afforded time to meet with the executive director and other staff members has also granted me and the rest of our family a huge peace of mind.

I have lived in this community for a year and a half. I am happy here. The staff and assistance are good and kind to me. I am happy that I chose to come here.

I like it here very much. We are treated so wonderfully by all staff. They really love us here and take such good care of us. I feel very fortunate to be here at The Groves assisted living.

I am very satisfied here. The food is good, we do many fun things and I've made a new best friend and we enjoy our days here at The Groves. I couldn't be treated better anywhere. I love it here!

Before and since I joined The Groves at Oak Ridge, I've greatly appreciated their efforts to make everyone feel comfortable and happy here. The staff seemingly makes everyone effort to support and help us adjust, and care for us like being home. The nurses and waitresses are friendly, caring, and try to tend to our every need. Custodial help is friendly and accommodating. I am happy here after 2 years, and I would make the same decision again.

They are perfectly conducive to the care my mom needs. The bathroom she has in her room is very accessible, as well as plenty of room for all of her belongings. The rooms are kept very clean. My mom says the food is great., what food is hot and always hot and what food is cold is always cold. What stood out to us most was the ability the community had to work with us with our financial needs and the specific care my mother needs. The staff is exemplary and cares for your loved one as good as or better then you would care for them at home.

The community is always clean and there is no smell. The staff all really seem to care about the well being of the residents. They do have activities available for the residents to participate in. We do feel St. Ives Memory Care is a good value for the price.

All the common areas were very clean and there was never any odor; everything smelled fresh. The staff was always very personable with me as well as with my mother. Even when they didn't know I was coming, they were all very kind. I saw some residents get upset with the staff and even then, they remained kind. The care giving staff did a good job with communicating about any concerns or if anything went on that they thought I should be aware of. They were good with my mother's care. Great staff!

My 95 year old mother has been in the memory care facility since the end of February. From the moment we first visited the facility to this day the staff has been extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate to the family and my mother. Mom wants for nothing. They watch over her and care for her with professionalism, kindness, and empathy. She is cared for nutritionally and physically. During the COVID isolation the staff has done everything possible to keep us in contact with her either by Skype or helping to set up a device in her room that allows us to video chat with her. If I call, and I do often, for help on any way they respond quickly and efficiently. Mom knows that if she asks for something they will take care of it. It does not help to name names who is helpful there because everyone I have dealt with does whatever they can to care for mom. Putting mom in a memory care unit was very hard but Concord Place took a lot of the sting away. God bless them and thank you all from [name removed] and her family.

They clean my mother's room regularly. Additionally they have had zero cases of Covid-19 in the community. The staff is great and have even been letting residents use their personal cell phones to FaceTime us and have gone above and beyond to maintain the safety of the residents. Concord Place is a very good value for the price. They are good about keeping my mother engaged by letting her engage in various activities around the community.

The best move my wife and I could have made. Having trouble with stairs and ramps we love the all on one-floor plan, wow what a place. The concern, love, and care we are getting is godsend. My wife's dementia and falling got worse so she is now in the memory care unit and I can see her at any time I wish. The care of staff, top to bottom is great. Cmon over and see yourself.

I feel so lucky to live in such a wonderful place, especially during this Covid-19 crisis. The staff is doing a great on in keeping us all safe and well. The food is always good, we have many recreational opportunities, the nurses are exceptional and the staff is all so friendly. I wish all my friends could join me here.

I have lived here for four years and never regretted my decision. I toured several area facilities, but this was my pick. I liked that it was only one floor so I didn't have to use an elevator. Also from the moment I walked in for my visit I felt at home. Very comfortable and wonderful staff. I was on a waiting list for 6 months and was thrilled to finally get my apartment.

I am so impressed with how caring and pleasant everyone is here. The staff is always friendly and very compassionate in all they do. I was hesitant about moving to an assisted living and leaving my home, but now I'm so glad I made the decision to come to The Groves. It is a wonderful place to be!
