Mother has lived here since [date removed] and loves it. She likes the staff, her room is comfortable and she says the food is good. But, I do hope her monthly fee will not go up this year. She pays [amount removed] a month which is a lot. She can do it, but hopes it doesn't increase.

Our mother was a resident at Village Cove, just this past week she passed while living there under hospice care. It was wonderful that she could remain there and have hospice. The staff worked very nicely with hospice to keep her comfortable. Prior to hospice she had more fun and enjoyed living there.

Excellent and responsive community.

I was able to have a tour with Jenni-Lynn and I really liked it but they had no cottages available at the time and that was what I wanted.

This community was much more corporate orientated management rather than being centrally managed. The tour was amazing just when it came down to it it was just not the right place for my loved one and was a bit more expensive than what we were looking for.

Our loved one was only able to stay there for about a month until they passed, but the staff was truly amazing. They were so good to us, they were very caring not only to him but to our family. It was a wonderful place, the community was very clean and well managed.

The level of care for the money is exemplary. Mom is very happy here. The staff has been extremely helpful in all aspects of her care including getting her moved from FL to GA. I couldn't have asked for more.

My father lived at St. Ives Memory Care for 5 years. As a registered nurse of 30 years I can testify to the amazing care daddy received. The staff was attentive, activities were appropriate and fun for him. The facility is clean and well ran.

They're doing great. My loved one was at another fancily in Morristown prior to this one, and she complained a lot about the food and activities while she was there. Even with Covid going on, it seems like Dewitt Place has a lot more activities than the other place, and they've gotten my loved one who tends not to participate to really start doing a lot more things. She's happy, and that's 90% of it. And the people there seem to really care about the residents.

My loved one loves the food but feels like they give her to much sometimes. This whole experience has been great. They helped with the documentation to transfer from another state and managed her care well. She is comfortable where she is at and that was the biggest thing.

If Athens Place had a motto it would be 'we take care of each other'. When I needed immediate help for my partner's placement in a facility with a Memory Care Unit, Athens Place was there with the solution. the willingness and kind assistance to facilitate his arrival. The entire facility is lovely and very well maintained and has a staff of professionals well trained in skilled health care who actually care about all the residents and their well-being. I have peace of mind that I made the right choice for my loved one's care and especially that he seems to like being there.

This was an excellent community. The admissions was awesome!

Our loved one has only been here a short time, but things are going well so far. The staff members are very receptive and caring. Anytime there is a question or concern they call right away and are great with communication. The meals that they serve are nutritious and she is enjoying them. The price is also much better especially for what you get.

The staff at St. Ives Memory Care are attentive, responsive and caring. I get a phone call anytime something is up with my mom. The facility itself is small and only has the ground floor, which is helpful for the mobility impaired folks. The food is good and the place is spotless. With only 40 or so residents, the staff get to know each resident and their families, so I feel I can trust them with my mother's care. I would recommend placing St. Ives Memory Care at the top of your list when touring care facilities for your family and loved ones.

Overall this is a good community for a loved one. They spend a lot of time with the caregivers and I like that. They also have social activities like ice cream, games and exercise to keep the residents engaged.

My dad has been a resident @ St. Ives for a few years. Through the time that St. Ives was closed due to COVID for the safety of the residents ( & staff), I was not able to see my father. While this was difficult on its own, I was at peace with the fact that he was very well taken care of and I was able to sleep knowing this. The Executive Director, Abby is a woman that I have a great deal of respect for. She treats the residents as if they are all related to her. I couldn't be happier with St. Ives.

I'm thrilled to know this is the place we choose for my loved one. My loved one is extremely happy here. The staff are able to put my mind at ease, due to the great care my loved one receives. There are exercise classes, devotionals or positive messages for the day, concerts, gardening, local outings, games, and arts and crafts to name a few activities available for the residents.

My father was diagnosed with vascular dementia in 2018 and progressed to needing memory care in 2021. Our family searched through a dozen area facilities and found something different at St. Ives. Their Executive Director is a trained nurse with nurses and other trained memory care staff professionals and this matters in terms of the compassionate care my father is receiving in the St. Ives community. Dad has good days and bad days but always receives the same loving care. We feel so blessed to know he is receiving the next best experience than being home. St Ives feels like home.
