My Mom moved into Ivy Hall in April 2019. She had lived her entire life of 83 years on a farm in South GA. Moving was a HUGE deal for her and our family. When we visited Ivy Hall, it felt like the right place for her to live. She didn't want to live in a large facility. Due to her limited walking, she wanted all the facilities to be close. We found the perfect room at Ivy Hall. My Mom was an active participant in all the activities, often assisting [name removed], Activities Director. The staff took excellent care of her. Everyone there knew her name and spoke with her. She made some great friends with other residents. Unfortunately, my Mom became ill and passed away in February 2020. The care and compassion that the staff gave her in those last few days, while under hospice care, was beyond what was expected. My Mom loved the staff at Ivy Hall and they loved her back. I would highly recommend the facility for your loved one.

Dewitt Place is very warm and inviting community, our loved one rooms is a tab bit larger then some of the other rooms, but it is plenty of space for her needs. We were able to have a meal there and the food was good.

Ivy Hall was one of 8 assisted living communities my husband& I researched. Visited property virtually (online) & in person on front porch with [name removed] (Sales & Marketing Director). [name removed] was so helpful, answered all my questions & set up meetings with executive director, nursing, activities, dining & facilities directors. Because the community is following CDC quarantine procedures, all meetings required wearing masks & social distancing. All team members were kind, caring & answered my many questions about considering the community for my mother in law. We were never able to go into the community prior to our decision to move our loved one in. There were many email exchanges with photos of apartment options so that I could best make a choice of apartment. My mom in law has been at Ivy Hall since mid-Sep. She enjoys staff, care team, meals, activities, services & her apartment. I am so pleased the team keeps us updated on my loved one’s progress & calls for medical care when needed. Thank you Ivy Hall team.... very much appreciate your commitment to quality & individualized geriatric care. It will be EVEN BETTER when Covid quarantine is over & community residents can take trips outside community.

My Mother moved into Ivy Hall in June 2019. She enjoys the activities and she mentioned the camaraderie she has developed with some of the residents. The staff is responsive to her needs. Ivy Hall has worked out great for her and our family. During the COVID-19 restrictions, I believe the staff has done a good job to help the residents and families through a very, very difficult time.

We would like to highly recommend [name removed] and St. Ives Memory Care. [name removed] is the Director of care at this memory unit facility. Almost a year ago, we were in search of a memory care unit for my wife's mother. The previous facility my mother-in-law resided in itself was nice, but there was little management and supervision of staff. Given that we were looking for a placement that potentially could be five years or more, we carefully considered our alternatives. We visited 10 homes and evaluated them in terms of quality of care, condition of the physical building, overall management and supervision, cost, and location. Bottom line, we asked ourselves the question if could we live at this facility. After all our visits touring the different memory units, observing interaction between staff and residents, and talking with both management and caregivers, the decision was clear-cut. St. Ives Memory Care in John's Creek was far superior to all the others. The only other one we liked was $2000 more per month. The St. Ives physical plant is nice, not fancy, but very well kept up. The staff was very attentive as we observed during a two-hour visit. But what truly made the difference was the Director, [name removed]. She runs a very tight ship which at the same time is highly attentive and caring. Everything was very clean. The staff was very hands-on with the residents. The staff was all in the dining room during the meals. During my entire visit, I did not see one staff member on her or his cell phone, which was the hallmark of the previous facility we were leaving. [name removed] is an RN and knows the memory care business. Whenever we called, prior to the pandemic, she always knew about the condition and care of my wife's mother. [name removed] locked down the facility early, which probably prevented many deaths. [name removed] is attentive to even the small details. When we were moving my wife's mother into the facility, I noticed one of the closet doors was off its track. I mentioned that to [name removed] and it was fixed that afternoon. Also, during this pandemic, [name removed] dedication to her residents has given us peace of mind when we could not visit. I really can't say enough good things about [name removed] and St. Ives. Both have not only met but far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend St. Ives Memory Care and it's fabulous director, [name removed].

My Mom was very happy here. The staff , food, activities, size of St Ives ,apartments and grounds are wonderful. Most of the staff has been there a long time. Everyone greets you. You feel like family. They were super helpful with transitioning my Mom’s care levels. We had some bad experiences with two other places and feel blessed to have found St Ives Memory Care in John’s Creek Medlock Bridge Parkway outside of Atlanta, Georgia.

My Mom had been in several assisted living and then 2 Memory Care facilities. We thank God for referring us to St. Ives Memory Care in John’s Creek, GA. This was the ONLY facility that did exactly what they promised. The staff there was like part of our family. The food was good, they have wonderful activities, and plenty of outdoor space. The staff was always responsive when we had a question. There was never a lingering odor from resident’s having a bathroom related incident. The family was always included in holiday activities. All of the other facilities said they had all these things but they did not! I recommend ST. Ives Memory Care to any one I meet that I hear talking about their elderly parents. They deserve recognition for all of their hard work and for how much they care.

We chose Athens Place because it was a good value for your money and they said they were able to care for his needs unlike some others we looked into. The best part about the community so far has been their communication. They contact me about everything and are all very sweet and seem to be taking great care of him.

My mom lived at St Ives for almost 2 years. The compassion and care that the staff provided was truly amazing. They treated her like family and for that I am eternally grateful.

The staff works hard to create engaging activities and outings for the residents. I experienced this pre-Covid when able to spend time in the community on my visits from out-of-state. Their caution during the pandemic has been exemplary. Though unable to visit for the last six months, I believe the workers did everything they could to give the residents happy days. As far as I can tell, my mother's condition has not deteriorated. Many people under quarantine conditions regress terribly; I am grateful that the staff at Rivercrest have been able to keep my mother engaged.

What really stood out to us about Athens Place was how clean it was, the staff members were very friendly and they answered all of our questions. The activities on the memory care side consisted a lot of memory games and arts and crafts. The food was very good, there are a variety of rooms to choose from and they are all adequate in size.

Rivercrest Place is a great community! The staff is fantastic, many of which have been there for many years, and the residents are well cared for and happy. Paducah is lucky to have a community with the excellent level of care that this community offers. Even with name changes, the care has never changed. This is a GREAT community!

They are great here only thing that is wrong is they keep wanting to raise my rent even though the nurse lowered it almost 400 dollars

My Brother's and I had moved our mother to Tennessee back in Jan. 2020. Athen's Place was the first Place we checked into. The moment we placed the first phone call on our drive down to TN. We were greeted with warmth, you could hear the smiles in their voices. You could really tell that they cared about you and your parent even though they had not even met YOU ! When we brought mom in to see the place and meet the people they welcomed her with open arms. Mom was actually excited to move into Athen's. She told me "Sis" it does not smell like an old people's place." I agree with her, this is the cleanest, brightest, most Loving place I have been to. Starting from the top [names removed] and EVERY SINGLE PERSON who works there. Mom ([name removed]) passed away this august (she was happy because theses people genuinely loved her). They supported her in every way they could. She would always tell I am so happy to be here I don't ever want to leave. We have to win the lottery. I can't THANK the entire staff at Athen's Place for taking such good care on our Mom !

The Village Cove on Hilton Head Island is a wonderful facility for your aging loved one. From the kitchen staff preparing tasty entrees to the nursing staff providing constant nurturing care, this facility is top notch. The knowledgeable staff is a special group of workers. They not only make the residents feel special each and every day, but they challenge them when they can with daily activities. Finally, I cannot emphasize enough, every resident is treated as if they were family.

Village Cove has a very accommodating staff. They went the extra mile to assimilate my sister into their very caring facility. Her room is charming and she feels right at home. I am very pleased with the service, food and cleanliness. I recommend Village Cove to anyone who needs a facility for themselves or for a loved one who needs extra help and care with their daily routine.

The staff at Village Cove is very responsive and friendly. My mom's been there for over four years now and is very content with her "extended family". Hats off to them!

Very respectful and caring staff. They communicate with families well during this pandemic and are so accommodating for window visits and FaceTime. One of my parents has been living there for 2 years and when my other parent needed more help she was happy to move to Village Cove. They treat relatives of their residents like family too. They know the special likes and dislikes of their residents and make sure they are accommodated. I am very happy my parents are living at Village Cove.
