Wonderful facility with caring staff. I have always found the residents to be happy and healthy. It is a very active facility with lots of programs for them to enjoy. I would recommend The Groves at Oak Ridge to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and fun place for their loved one.

Concord Place does a real good job. The staff are nice and very friendly. The price is reasonable. The food is good. I chose Concord Place because when I went to visit, the facility was nice and is was very clean. The staff really seem to care there.

Mom has been at St Ives for 4 months. We chose this place because of the staff and they continue to exceed all our expectations. The staff really seems to care about the residents and mom receives a lot of attention, love and respect. Based on mom's health when she was admitted, we were not sure she would be with us very long. After a few weeks' adjustment, she is now thriving and really seems happy there. She has a big room all to herself with a decent size fridge & microwave, and we bring snacks and drinks which the staff makes she she eats & drinks. The food in the dining hall is also quite good! It's also nice that they have a secure outdoor courtyard that is open to residents and family. We could not be happier with our selection of St Ives!

Also, a beautiful place, and lots of activities! But again, the cost is prohibitive My mother, and us her children do not have an extra $1500 a month to cover her living here.

The woman that gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and friendly. Other staff we spoke with were also very friendly. Everything looked very clean and tidy. Interactions with residents were very positive.

My brother came to Ivy Hall four months ago after two years in another assisted living facility. We have noticed a big improvement in his mental condition and general mood since moving here. He has stopped using his wheelchair and now uses only a walker. His room is bright and cheerful and he no longer complains about the food. He says the caregivers and other personnel are 'smiley' and seem happy to be working here. The maintenance fellow has gone far out of his way to help us get the TV system set up and working, even giving us one of his own cables when ours was missing. The building administrator has been available to talk with us about some of the doctor's unusual medical instructions. We are very pleased with Ivy Hall.

The staff and the community at Ivy Hall are exceptional. The family orientated atmosphere makes you feel right like a family. If you are looking for place for your loved one, this is the place. Well Done Ivy Hall !!!!

My mom just moved in and she is very happy. She is particularly happy with the meals and caregivers.

Highest marks to Ivy Hall and their coordination with Hospice to Care for my mother. She had an unusually fast decline - moved in on a Thursday, went under Hospice Care that evening and passed away on Friday evening - a resident for 30 hours. I couldn't have asked for anything more in terms of attention or compassion.

I am very thankful for the caring and professional staff who take care of my dad.

My mother moved in 2 years ago and can't stop talking about the fantastic caregivers. We are very satisfied. Great care, fun activities and delicious food. We also love the new managers, they are great at what they do. They seem to be very caring and dialed in.

Staff were prompt and efficient. Helped me in a short time frame & are experts at their job. I'll recommend them to anyone needing a home for their loved ones.

Awesome!!! The caregivers at St ives are awesome!! We can't believe how much Dad has improved. He loves the food too.

This is a wonderful Assisted Living facility. We moved my mother here from Independent Living with additional scheduled care services. She had stopped participating in activities or going to the dining room. In hindsight, we see that she suffered from depression in addition to physical limitations. Since moving to Ivy Hall she has shown amazing improvement. She goes to the dining room and some activities. Her personality is back to her friendly, "people person" self. I took her picture after had her hair cut and sent it to my out of state children. My son's comment was, "she looks ten years younger than she did 6 months ago". That's how noticeable the improvement is. All because of her care and the family environment at Ivy Hall. The entire staff is personally involved with and supportive of the residents.

Concord Place is an answer to prayer. The staff truly makes this Assisted Living Center a special place. I know without a doubt that my mother is receiving the best care posssible.

My aunt lived here for three years. She had great care and we loved visiting her. I wish there was a quaint place like this near my own parents.

Thank you for the amazing care you offer Mom. The Director and Head Nurse make an excellent team and are very committed to my Mom’s needs. Mom also loves the food and activities.

St Ives is the Best! We have tried 2 others in the area. Not even close to the care my Mom receives with St Ives Memory Care. I recommend St. Ives very much. Keep up the great work.
