[Removed] was very helpful, and the facility is lovely, clean, and cheerful. [Removed] was reassuring about their ability to deal with my mom's particular needs. At this moment they are at the top of my list (but I still have miles to go before I sleep). I think it was a very successful visit.

We are very impressed with the aides here. They really care about there patients. Dad loves the place. At first it was a hard transition, but then he started to get involved. Dad really likes the dining and the food. Dad said that the food could be a little bigger portions, but good. The community is clean, but sometimes it looks like they need to seep and mop.

My mom has been at St. Ives for about 2 months. Frankly, I have found that the staff bends over backwards to help. Nurses, techs, cleaning people, everyone. It has not been an easy transition for her, but I have total confidence in the staff. I know she is safe and well cared for.[Removed] was awesome in working with our budget. It is a small facility so my mom gets plenty of attention. Every staff member knows her well and they are sensitive to her needs. [Removed] overseas all the nurses and her care and attention is top notch. The staff is friendly and just as helpful as they can be, and every one always greets her with a warm, loving smile and calls her by name. If you are looking for the best care possible in memory care look no further. This is it.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with this four star rated community. It's exceptionally clean and appears to be very well run. It's a small facility which provides a more intimate setting, yet it's well organized enough to offer a broad range of in-house services. We're delighted to be moving my mother to this serene setting.

The staff at the Brookdale are very nice, they are helping my mother adjust to the change. The room my mother is in is comfortable with natural lighting, she has a window that looks over the courtyard. The thing that we liked the most about this community is the fact that they were willing to take her there because she needs 2 people to better assist her needs. We have no complaints this place is wonderful.

My loved one and I where very impressed with this community, the staff was very knowledgeable and answered any questions in detail that we had for them. I loved that there was a lot of natural light throughout the complex and the they had an open floor plan. It also makes it convenient for the residents that there is only one floor.

Ivy Hall Assisted Living has been very attentive to the care needs for my mother. Most importantly it's a safe place with wonderful staff. The cleanliness and organization of the community is great. Long story [removed] mom suffer from dementia.We knew it was time to find a place for mom.In our extensive search ,we found the "Best fit" for mom. Brookdale Senior living in Oak ridge goes out of their way to help not only the transition but in every aspect of mom' s life.I have never seen such a caring staff and I mean EVERYONE !!!We are thrilled and would recommend this place very highly!!.This was not easy,but the entire staff had "our backs"through every phase.Thumbs up to Brookdale Sr.Living Oak ridge.TN!!!

The Haven at Wingate is a very clean and well maintained community. The staff are friendly and take good care of my mom. There are activities available but unfortunately due to her Alzheimer's she is not able to participate. I have tried the food and it seems to be fine. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

My mother in law has been here for n 9 months and we have witnessed consistently exceptional care. The director, staff, and support personnel are responsive and ready to meet any special needs we may have.
