My mother has been a Harbor Cove resident for nearly ten months. Since the first day, she has been very well treated and is still very happy to be there. The Harbor Cove team exemplifies what outstanding, caring support should be.

I have worked with Concord Place Senior Community since September, and can honestly say that it does not feel like "work!" We are very happy to have chosen Village Cove as the “home” for our family member who needs some extra care. Management and staff are fabulous. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and we are well informed of what is going on. This was especially important during the last year with the many Covid restrictions. We want to thank the entire Village Cove Team for their continued hard work in keeping our family member safe and as happy as can be.

My family and I are quite pleased with the care given and the facility.

Mother has lived here since [date removed] and loves it. She likes the staff, her room is comfortable and she says the food is good. But, I do hope her monthly fee will not go up this year. She pays [amount removed] a month which is a lot. She can do it, but hopes it doesn't increase.

Our mother was a resident at Village Cove, just this past week she passed while living there under hospice care. It was wonderful that she could remain there and have hospice. The staff worked very nicely with hospice to keep her comfortable. Prior to hospice she had more fun and enjoyed living there.

I was able to have a tour with Jenni-Lynn and I really liked it but they had no cottages available at the time and that was what I wanted.

This community was much more corporate orientated management rather than being centrally managed. The tour was amazing just when it came down to it it was just not the right place for my loved one and was a bit more expensive than what we were looking for.

Our loved one was only able to stay there for about a month until they passed, but the staff was truly amazing. They were so good to us, they were very caring not only to him but to our family. It was a wonderful place, the community was very clean and well managed.

The level of care for the money is exemplary. Mom is very happy here. The staff has been extremely helpful in all aspects of her care including getting her moved from FL to GA. I couldn't have asked for more.

My father lived at St. Ives Memory Care for 5 years. As a registered nurse of 30 years I can testify to the amazing care daddy received. The staff was attentive, activities were appropriate and fun for him. The facility is clean and well ran.
