Great staff, very professional.

Most of the employees care for the residents and try to provide the best service to them. My loved one didn't care for the food as they missed seasoning of home cooked meals. Some of the activities available were bingo, readings, arts and crafts, exercises, and more for the residents to choose from.

When visiting my Dad, he had a little accident and not making it to the restroom. After getting him cleaned up I didnt want to leave dirty clothes in his room to wait for laundry, so I asked the nurse on shift that evening if she had a bag so I could take his clothes home to wash. [name removed] immediately said she would wash them for me. i was so grateful for her kind action. It was a small gesture but meant a great deal. Thanks so much

The Groves at Oak Ridge was one of the cleanest facilities I have been in. The employees were so nice and they really try to keep all the residents engaged and enrich their lives as much as possible.

My 95 year old mother in law has been a resident for about 6 years. She has received excellent care the entire time. From the top management to the "on hands" care givers, they work hard to provide the care required. They have excelled at the handling of the entire process of dealing with the virus. Just the right balance for safety and the mental well being of the residents. Communication has been timely and transparent at all times.

Village Cove Assisted Living has the feel of a small, close-kint family. The residents and the staff enjoy hanging out together in the living room, listening to music and socializing. They host events that are geared towards families getting to know each other so the family feel continues to deepen.

My father was a resident at The Groves for 2 years and he was very well cared for and loved by staff. I do not believe he would have lasted as long as he did if we had not placed him there. Thank you to The Groves.

This staff no matter what their position truly cares for each residents as if they were their very own family. It's a small community with a lot of heart!

My loved one has been a resident here at Village Cove and it has most definitely become her home away from home! Staff are very caring and friendly and have made mom feel at home since day one. Staff are always courteous and smiling when we come through the door. I would highly recommend this community if you are looking for assisted living for your loved one!

My mother moved to The Groves at or last summer. That transition for her (coming from Florida) was so much easier than I expected. It is because of the sweet disposition of the staff. Everyone of the staff seems to make their priority how comfortable the residents are.

I cannot be happier with the care our son has received at village Cove. The staff treats everyone like family and is always ready to assist. If you want the best care and compassion for your loved one, I would definitely recommend Village Cove in Hilton Head, SC.

I been here 3 years. It is my home. It is a good place to live. Staff and residents are nice and helpful I like it because of the people on staff. { name removed} is so helpful and has made stay here easier. She always answers any questions I have.

The people here are so nice and caring. The make you feel like family! My children have been very happy with my care since I've been here. I am very happy to call The Groves my home.

I love it! I have enjoyed being here, we have a lot of fun. The food is excellent. It has been wonderful making new friends. There is always so much to do and everyone is so friendly.

I can't think of anywhere I would rather be if I can't be in my own home. The staff are wonderful and take very good care of my wife and I. We have lived here a little over 3 years and I have complaints. I highly recommend the Groves!

I have enjoyed being here at the Groves Assisted Living. I enjoy playing the piano again and workers and other residents come and sing with me have a good time. I have made new friends . The food is very good. The staff are very good at what they do and really seem to care about us.

The food is delicious. I haven't had a meal yet that I didn't like. The staff are friendly and caring and take care of all of our needs in a sweet way. The staff all seem to enjoy working here and get along well with each other It makes it a nice place to be.

The people here are so good to us. We eat well and we have so much to do to pass the time of day. It is a very nice place to call home.

Wonderful community. Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We were going to tour all of the AL facilities in Oak Ridge but after meeting with {name removed} The Sales manager, we were convinced we didnt need to look further. I helped my mother will be very happy here and will be moving within a couple of months.
