This is a wonderful campus.. the staff is very helpful and caring to their resident. The food is delicious and always prepared timely. They offer so many fun activities for the residents to be apart of. Definitely the best Senior Living community in Greenwood,SC

Meals and dining needs work. Just not good sometimes. A new chef I believe, so I believe it's being addressed. I eat with residents and compliment food when I can. I hear residents say there is nothing to do on weekends when it comes to activities. I don't know how to correct that. New activity director is marvelous. Value for money is probably in range of nearby assisted livings.

I am a 3rd party vendor that frequents JenniLynn at least once weekly. I find it to be an excellent provider of senior services. They have a vibrant activity schedule. The staff is focused on the clinical and personal aspects of care to a great degree. They are very good at reaching out to families and to clinical care in a timely and thorough fashion. It’s a great place for mom (and dad)!

Amazing assisted living community in Concord, feels like home. Team that works there is welcoming and helpful. Ask for [name removed], she is great!

Friendly staff and very helpful

I've been pleased with Jenni Lynn, and Dad is settling in nicely. Overall I'm pleased with the care he's receiving.

We chose Jenni-Lynn because it is a smaller community and we just felt that it would be the best fit for her. It feels like a very homey and comfortable place. There are about 50 residents and it is all one level. The activities are great, they have an activities director that is wonderful and keeps them busy. They do exercise classes twice a week, games, they have entertainment that comes in, etc. There is something going on all the time. My loved one is doing very well and likes it here, it feels like a family. We would definitely recommend the facility to others.

The friendliness of the staff at Emerald Gardens has been great as well as the care services provide. We have not heard of any complaints from our loved one regarding the meals and dining service so we assume that is pretty good. They do a whole lot of different activities with the residents. They cook with them and do different holiday celebrations. They are doing a 4th of July celebration and for Memorial Day they did things to remember the family members who were lost in the war.

I've been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the other residents. Overall it's a homey environment and very inclusive of new people. The staffing ratio is better than other places, and the care has been very good. A lot of the staff have been here a long time, so it's definitely not a turnover mill. It has been a good experience for us.

Jenni-Lynn was very helpful and worked with us to get my Mom settled in. The experience has been very positive and they are taking good care of her.

Friendly staff who always does their best!

Our family had an in person tour and it was a fantastic experience. You could tell they concentrated all their efforts on keeping the residents safe during the covid times. When we came our temperatures were checked, we had to fill out a questionnaire packed and do different screenings. We were very impressed.

This place has recently been renovated. They offer happy hour on Friday's, rumba cube, socials, and bingo as well as other activities. They have a nail and hair salon. They offer transportation for social outings as well as doctor appointments within a 10 mile radius from the facility. They do allow pets. Housekeeping comes once a week for sheets and towels. Laundry services are also done once a week. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The staff are great and helpful. I can go right to them if I have any questions regarding her care. They have all been very kind.

Village Cove is a clean, friendly, caring senior community. I feel like my loved one is safe here.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful experience, we thought the ladies giving the tour did an excellent job.

The Groves at Oak Ridge was one of the cleanest facilities I have been in. the employees were so nice and they really try to keep all the residents engaged and enrich their lives as much as possible.

This was our second choice. They were not able to accommodate us with discounts for her. Price didn't budge and it was not an option for us financially. They made us feel welcome and answered questions we had.

I would highly recommend it. They tailor activities for assisted living as well as memory care residents. The activities were fitting for the residents needs. When it's time for me, I will be going there. That is how highly I think of them.

My mother and aunt were residents at Medlock Gardens for a short while prior to my mother passing away. Medlock Gardens was a true blessing during this difficult time. All of the employees there , from the director [name removed] to the cooks were fully committed to providing the best experience and environment possible. This place functions like a small family and the caring is palpable from the moment you walk in. I was very lucky to find such a gem in my search for an assisted living facility.
