It’s always a wonderful experience at this community. The staff is top notch. From the clinical staff, all the way to the dining services, this community consistently exceeds my expectations. I always recommend Concord Place when friends or loved ones need help.

The rooms are set up very nicely. Very roomy and the staff are really nice! Family is able to come and have a meal with their loved ones in a nice private dining area separate from others. I would definitely hope more nursing communities would model themselves after this one!

I have been here many times to visit my grandma. I feel she is taken care of and loves it here. Her favorite things are bingo and the food! She said there is a lot of choices for food and enjoys socializing at meal times! I think the socialization is very important for her so she’s not home alone!

I have toured many communities, but this community just feels like home. I would definitely like to move forward with having my grandma here! The activity director is very involved. You can tell she loves her job!

Concord Place has maintained a consistent administration and Staff.

Nice clean community. Toured during the Fall Festival event held at Concord Place in October. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Definitely will be where I place my loved ones when the time comes.

I love Jenni- Lynn facility and so does my mom and family members who have visited. They have an amazing social director who has a full calendar of events with a huge variety. There is a physician who visits weekly and he sends me an email update on my moms condition and medications. The grounds are clean and safe. I would highly recommend the facility to other families looking.

Our family has had such a great experience so far with Medlock Gardens. The cleanliness of the community really stood out to us, it also is a very welcoming community. We love that every time we come to visit we can see the resident's in the activity room having fun - it really is a full of live type of environment. The event person [name removed] is amazing and the management and director [name removed] is very helpful and informative and helped make the move in process easy. This community gave us a great first impression. We really love how they have a doctor on call - that is huge, and they also have this 2 hour check in they do with every single residents.

It's a great place; it's great all the way around, I haven't had any problems. The above categories cover it, I think they're good in all of those!

Emerald Gardens has a wonderful staff.. they are friendly, kind and caring. They make all the residents feel loved and cared for.

The staff have been nothing but sweet to my mother, they are all extremely friendly and they are great with her care. They never know when I am coming and when I show up mom is always dressed and looks great and is happy. Her bed is also always made. I have not eaten here, but the food looks good and mom seems to like it. They do need new floors in the common areas, but that is the only thing they need improvement on. I would definitely recommend Medlock Gardens to other families.

We spent a lot of time checking out assisted living facilities in the local area. We chose Concord Place for our family member because of the home-like atmosphere. I especially liked, that on nice days, residents could go outside to the courtyard. The office staff was very helpful to handle any needs that arose. Our family member's situation was "very difficult" as she declined within one year and had to be moved from their assisted living to memory care area. Frequent mental and extensive physical issues arose. We were often concerned she would be unable to return. With the help of the resident nurse, and additional services, she was able to return. Numerous times we felt she would be bed-bound. To our frequent amazement, staff went beyond and encouraged her to join friends, go to the diningroom and participate in social activities. She was always clean, fed, encouraged to hydrate and was well-cared for. We are thankful for the care she received during her final days at Concord Place.

I have the privilege of seeing some of the residents here for physical therapy on a daily basis. They are all so sweet as is the staff. I am always able to get some help if I need it. Love their different activities throughout each day. [name removed]does a great job keeping them active and involved. The floor staff and admin staff work together to make sure their residents are taken care of.

This is a wonderful campus.. the staff is very helpful and caring to their resident. The food is delicious and always prepared timely. They offer so many fun activities for the residents to be apart of. Definitely the best Senior Living community in Greenwood,SC

Meals and dining needs work. Just not good sometimes. A new chef I believe, so I believe it's being addressed. I eat with residents and compliment food when I can. I hear residents say there is nothing to do on weekends when it comes to activities. I don't know how to correct that. New activity director is marvelous. Value for money is probably in range of nearby assisted livings.

I am a 3rd party vendor that frequents JenniLynn at least once weekly. I find it to be an excellent provider of senior services. They have a vibrant activity schedule. The staff is focused on the clinical and personal aspects of care to a great degree. They are very good at reaching out to families and to clinical care in a timely and thorough fashion. It’s a great place for mom (and dad)!

Amazing assisted living community in Concord, feels like home. Team that works there is welcoming and helpful. Ask for [name removed], she is great!
