I am happy to be a part of the Rivercrest team and also a family member of a resident. When it was time for my mother-in-law to move to Assisted Living it was an easy decision to choose Rivercrest Place. She loves it here and says this is now her home! We have peace of mind knowing that she is eating a balanced diet, provided with housekeeping services and medication reminders. Our visits with her are enjoyable as her care needs have already been provided so we can sit back and relax and enjoy her company.

Amazing atmosphere, great people, friendly staff. Definitely a home away from home. If you’re needing a great place for yourself or family member this is the place to go. True love and a lot of care goes into this place

From looking into this facility for a friend and knowing some staff that care about helping people. I would recommend giving this facility the opportunity to show how your loved one will become part of this community of friendship, care and support.

The facility is very clean, food is very good and the staff knows all the residents by name. They have family activities as well and loads of activities for the residents. Mom is adjusting to her new place.

They don't have a laundry department like the place she came from. I do mother's laundry and a lot of residents do their own. I do think that they could provide more choices on the food menu and also have more activities offered as well.

I toured the Oaks at Evans and it was great! The friendliness was great. The cleanliness was very good. The staff were very good, also! We had a great tour!

I just want to take a minute to thank my co-caretakers at Emerald Gardens. I moved my uncle here from Winnsboro last summer. It was an almost last minute decision to get him here, and [name removed] and staff made it happen for us, helped me through a mountain of paperwork and a regional manager actually helped us move furniture in. These folks have made a 91 year old feel like he has a new home and family. As a lifelong bachelor, I worried transitioning would be difficult, but by this time, I think we knew he needed help directionally all day and he has come to love so many of the residents and staff. He is treated with respect and spoken to with affection. One of the great things about Emerald is that the staff, no matter what level, will pitch in as needed. Uncle [name removed] loves spending pretty days rocking on the large front porch and visiting with other residents. He is busy all week with activities and exercise. I am comfortable asking for help and they give it! Thankful!

Emerald Gardens is a blessing for my Mom. After multiple falls she was unable to live alone. Emerald Gardens offers a home atmosphere with lots of Activities from crafting to having lunch at local restaurants. There are local musicians that come to sing and play guitar or piano and everyone loves these events. They decorate and provide music and entertainment for all seasons. Emerald Gardens is full of happy people that love and care for the residents. All the staff and directors are all about caring for our loved ones in a family setting.

My mother has been a resident since April 2022. They do their best to provide a safe and healthy institution for the residence’s. Their meals are very good. Their healthcare is very good. I want to thank [name removed] and [name removed] for all they do.

I think this a good and friendly community. The staff communication with the family has been really good when we have questions. There are three meals a day served, and there are choices for for the residents to choose from. Some of the care they are to provide includes: medication management, dressing and bathing assistance, and hygiene care.

We chose Oaks at Evans because the place was just so homey and was very welcoming. The director was so kind to my dad and was joking with him and just made him feel comfortable. As soon as dad walked in he just knew it was the place for him. Everyone who works here is so helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Oaks at Evans to others looking.

I toured this facility and it was good. It was brand new and very clean.

My mother, who will turn 100 on her next birthday, has been a resident at Emerald Gardens for two years, initially our family was very concerned about moving her from her home to an assisted living facility. Fortunately my mother recognized the fact that she needed more attention than she could get living at home. Mother adjusted quickly to her new home largely due to the care and attention the staff at Emerald Gardens showed her. Today, mother will quickly tell you that she would rather be back in her house but that she realizes that’s not possible and that she’s very thankful for a place like Emerald Gardens where she can live independently but with the help she needs 24 hours a day.

It's a comfortable, pleasant, inviting place to live. The caregiving is wonderful! If I have a problem, I can go directly to management and it get resolved immediately. We have so many fun activities to be a part of and I enjoy doing all of them. The food is delicious and so many varieties and options that are prepared for us. I rate Emerald Gardens the Best Senior Living community in the area.

Very professional, helpful and clean. A good place go my uncle. Convenient for the family. Parking is sometimes an issue. It is nice for the residents to be able sit at the porch in the rocking chairs and enjoy outside.

I moved to Emerald Gardens almost a year ago and have enjoyed everything about it. There is so much to do at this campus! They keep us very busy. The staff is always kind and helpful and meet all my needs. I am so glad my family found Emerald Gardens to be my new Home!

I have been a resident for a few years now and I enjoy everything about this campus. The food is wonderful, the activities are exciting and fun, we go on outing often! My most favorite part of Emerald Gardens is the Care I receive! It's wonderful to know so many staff support & love me.

Emerald Gardens is a caring place to bring your loved ones. The staff care deeply for their residents and it shows with their smiling faces and willingness to help & support the residents at anytime.

I feel Emerald Gardens does an excellent job at taking care of their residents. Staff is very care, supportive and go the extra mile for their residents. Residents are happy and enjoy all that is offered for them.

The campus is lovely... from the moment you walk in the doors and greeted by the friendly staff. My loved one has been at Emerald Gardens for several years and loves all they have to offer. She brags about how delicious the food is and all the fun activities that are offered. We are delighted to have our loved one there , and know that she is cared for and loved by Emerald Gardens family.
