My loved one did not move in. We had an amazing experience with the short period of time, that we encountered with Concord. It was an excellent experience during the interview procees. Concord place was excellent with, what we had to deal with. I would recommend A Place for Mom, as well as Concord Place to other famileis. I was very impressed, with the care and services, that was offered over the phone.

The care services have been good. There are no complaints about the food. The activities director is fabulous, patient, and knows all of the residents by name. We picked this community, because of the friendliness of the people and its affordability. It would be nice if they added, a follow-up meeting after 4-6 weeks, to make sure things are going well with each individuals loved one. They are always available if I have any questions or concerns.

Concord Place was extremely dirty and run down. I wouldn't let me dog stay there.

We really like and appreciate the great communication and compassionate care. Based on our experience we would recommend St. Ives Memory Care for other families.

Our experience with the Groves and staff has been very good . Friendly and attentive to our needs and our frustrations . My brother in law was challenging for all of us when he first arrived and they assured us they would help him adjust and they did . The team at The Grove have worked very hard to make our experience a good one and it has been . We appreciate your assistance and recommendation. It was a stressful time and decisions are tough . Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a very very nice tour experience.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a very clean community with very nice people. Even though it was not the place we ended up choosing for our loved one, we would of been happy having them move in to Emerald Gardens.

I called to speak to someone about what Concord Place had to offer. I was pleasantly excited to hear that the offer Assisted living and Memory Care for if and when the time comes that its needed. Tour went great as well, much needed information that will help me!

When i toured here everyone was nice and friendly. The place smelled wonderful. And the staff was great seeing interactions with other residents. i would highly recommend looking for my loved one to stay here.

It’s always a wonderful experience at this community. The staff is top notch. From the clinical staff, all the way to the dining services, this community consistently exceeds my expectations. I always recommend Concord Place when friends or loved ones need help.

The rooms are set up very nicely. Very roomy and the staff are really nice! Family is able to come and have a meal with their loved ones in a nice private dining area separate from others. I would definitely hope more nursing communities would model themselves after this one!

I have been here many times to visit my grandma. I feel she is taken care of and loves it here. Her favorite things are bingo and the food! She said there is a lot of choices for food and enjoys socializing at meal times! I think the socialization is very important for her so she’s not home alone!

I have toured many communities, but this community just feels like home. I would definitely like to move forward with having my grandma here! The activity director is very involved. You can tell she loves her job!

Concord Place has maintained a consistent administration and Staff.

Nice clean community. Toured during the Fall Festival event held at Concord Place in October. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Definitely will be where I place my loved ones when the time comes.

I love Jenni- Lynn facility and so does my mom and family members who have visited. They have an amazing social director who has a full calendar of events with a huge variety. There is a physician who visits weekly and he sends me an email update on my moms condition and medications. The grounds are clean and safe. I would highly recommend the facility to other families looking.

Our family has had such a great experience so far with Medlock Gardens. The cleanliness of the community really stood out to us, it also is a very welcoming community. We love that every time we come to visit we can see the resident's in the activity room having fun - it really is a full of live type of environment. The event person [name removed] is amazing and the management and director [name removed] is very helpful and informative and helped make the move in process easy. This community gave us a great first impression. We really love how they have a doctor on call - that is huge, and they also have this 2 hour check in they do with every single residents.

It's a great place; it's great all the way around, I haven't had any problems. The above categories cover it, I think they're good in all of those!
