A friendly caring home away from home. Needs are well met. Food adequate. Apartments comfortable and spacious. Entertainment and activities available. Transportation on a limited basis provided.

Very clean, well maintained, friendly staff (many long term employees) Meals are varied and quite adequate.

We didn't get past the parking lot. It was in busy downtown riverside close to the mission inn. no parking tall building scared my dad off. When I called to cancel our appointment the contact person was on maternity eave and no one had any knowledge of our appointment.

[Name removed] was absolutely wonderful. She knew every resident by name and understood their limitations. While the facility was clean and the food smelled good, it did have the feel of a nursing home. My dad needs very little assistance and I don’t think it’s a fit for him.

My stepfather moved to Rockbrook in April and is slowly adjusting to his new living arrangements. The facility is very clean and the staff have been so friendly and appear to really care about the residence there. This facility has a smaller, more intimate feel than the other facilities we visited which appealed to us. There are about 12-15 residence assigned to each quadrant with 3-4 workers present at all times- a good ratio. I think they try to group residence with others who are at similar stages of memory loss but there is still a wide range of capabilities present which has been hard for my stepdad to adjust to. A bed, dresser and chair were furnished in the single room with a shared bathroom (toilet/sink only) which made moving less stressful. A shower room in each quadrant allows for assisted bathing. There have been a few incidents - lost eye-glasses, clothes missing, and a problem with the exit alarm but overall these have been addressed to our satisfaction. Visiting often and open communication are the key to these types of incidents in any facility. At first my stepdad did not like the food but we have chalked that up to stress as he now eats almost everything. I have witnessed the typical activities you would expect, like live music and trivia games with the residence. So far, a good experience all things considered. Would recommend.

Seems very nice. I did not see a lot of caregivers interacting with folks. But I think this is the only place that will have availability.

Everyone very friendly and helpful. I think it is a good value - for someone that doesn't need a lot of care. I always find it clean. The response time is not always as fast as you'd like if you have an issue.

I have had nothing but over the top service. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The chef is amazing and the food is really top notch. The grounds and building are always clean and spotlessl.

This was a lovely facility with a great layout and comfortable setting. Our questions were thoroughly answered. We ended up choosing a different facility since our dad was was coming from a 2-bedroom apartment and we wanted a bit more personal space for him.

Cozy, home-like and loved the open concept. Staff was very inviting and friendly, seemed like a real home atmosphere, quiet and not a lot noise. Resident were having fund doing activities, and a group was headed out to the Rafters game when I arrived for tour. Very clean place and the resonance of lunch was impeccable. I'd move my parent there in a heart beat - when their ready.

I really liked this community - it's dementia patient specific and I think it might be an option for my mom.

Went on tour and was very pleased with what I saw. Waiting on contact for individual pricing of services. This will decide if there will be a move or not. Since my mom needs more help the add on prices adds on far beyond what I can pay

For the most part, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are caring toward the residents and the family members.

Mom has been here 4 years. She is well cared for by caregivers who really do care for her for the most part. Facility is clean and well kept. Meals are good and varied menu. Not perfect - but overall a good experience. Management and staff are approachable and helpful.

[Removed] was lovely and gave an extensive description of their care and how or Father would be treated. He is in hospice and they would be working directly with our continued association with them. It was in the list of consideration for our final choice.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Mother. The staff here is very nice and while I was here they seemed to treat all of the residents with respect. The marketing director who gave us the tour was friendly and answered all of the questions I had. I would recommend this facility to other families.

I went on a tour in this community. The staff was nice and helpful. They answered all my questions. It was nice and clean. More casual and homey feeling. It was close to our home. I just didn't like the set up the room opened up to a big hall. I would recommend families tour this community before making a decision.

Place looked and smelled clean. Nicely decorated for Christmas. A lot of nice common sitting rooms.
