I have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since he made the move into this community. The staff are lovely and I am comfortable with the care he is receiving. He has had no problems with the meals and enjoys participating in the activities from time to time with the other residents. Overall Its has a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I have no complaints of how things went. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The thing I was impressed with was the wide variety of activities as well as great menu plan they had. It was just not the right location for her in the end decision.

The community has been a good fit for my parents and they are doing fine. They made the right decision by selecting this community. They appreciate being able to go to the dining room.

There are some advantages of having a memory care wing attached to a Senior Living facility. Seniors can easily move to memory care. Senior area has a small fitness room available to memory care patients. I take wife there daily for short work outs on exercise bike and other machines which should keep her more physically healthy and mobile. They do take memory patients to attend live entertainment shows in assisted living area.

Very clean, employees seemed to be very friendly. They had entertainment when we arrived and the place was packed. Over all the residents looked very happy.

The staff at this community are helpful, friendly and have been quick to respond. They offer activities and trips in the afternoon. The food is good and they take care of the community. The apartments have a small refrigerator and a microwave. They worked with me on the community fee. I would recommend this community for assisted living.

The only problem I had is that my mother has memory loss and I thought the bigger facility might be a little to overwhelming for her.

I liked that the floor plan at this community was open and had wide hallways to make it easy for the residents to navigate through. The staff where very pleasant and easy to work with during our visit. I was impressed to see the residents participating in many of the activities throughout the building. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was a nice tour for care. The community can use some improvements on the appearance. The staff were nice and answered the questions that we had on the care that is given.The dining area seemed to be nice and the meals did have a nice appeal. They offer nice activities for the residents. We would recommend that families tour this community

We had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well for the most part. The community looked good, and the staff was friendly. The experience was a nice one, but we did find another community that suited our needs better.

When we went to tour The Citadel, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the facility itself. The problem I had with whoever I was in contact with, when I got there she was completely unaware that we had an appointment. Also, some people walked in and wanted to tour as well, so we all toured together. The tour guide seemed to be oblivious and that turned me off. Also, the facility was almost too big.

The staff at this community where very friendly to my loved one and I during our tour and gave us lots of great information of there facility and everything they had to offer. The building was east to navigate through and they had lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested.

My loved one's stay at this facility is going well! The staff is friendly and the facility seems nice. I appreciate that they give my loved one set times to go out and smoke, as this works for him very well. My loved one also has many opportunities to participate in activities and socialize! From what I saw, this is a nice facility!

Desert Springs is great! The staff tries very hard to cater to my loved one's needs. Though the facility is not too fancy, they are in the process of remodeling and the facility is fairly well maintained. They also have a calendar of activities for the residents to participate in.

So far so good, for how the experience has been since making mom a resident. When touring we picked this community because it is the most convenient location. From what I see, her meals look and smell good.

This community looked nice when we visited. There was one resident that seemed to be a little pushy. So mom did not think this community would be the right place for her. We did try the food and it was good. They do not have an open kitchen as they have scheduled times for the residents to eat. The people we met were nice.

Everything is going great for my loved one so far at this community. The staff have been providing him with great quality of care and I am comfortable with knowing he is in good hands in his new living environment. I like that they have been in good communication with my family and I about his progress and any updates. He has had no complaints about the food and enjoys activities they have going on throughout the week.

The staff and tour guides at Arbor house were also very friendly and informative. The thing I did not like about this community was that it was too institutionalized. We were looking for something with a more homelike feel.
