My father has been staying at Pacifica Regency, and he has been doing fabulously. [Removed] there has done an amazing job, and all the CAN nurses have been great. He is amazed with how happy everyone is there. The only issue so far has been when I first signed him up; he was in pretty bad shape, so I was pretty much paying for the maximum level of care. Now, he can do everything on his own, but they still charge me the same amount even though I have called them and talk to the financials lady, [Removed] several times. She keeps telling me to just pay it and I’ll see a credit, but it hasn’t happened yet. Other than this one issue, everything has been fantastic.

I have been my father's care giver for the last three and half years. My father will be 99 on [date removed] and has been diagnosed with "Late Stage Alzheimer's Disease. The decision to move father to memory care facility was a join effort including Dad;s cardiologist, Hospice and the staff at Arbor House Memory Care. When I was taking care of Dad at the house, he needed constant monitoring. He just had to be on the move all the time. It got to the point it was not safe for my Dad to be at the house. The hunt for a facility that provided Memory Care started. I reviewed eight different facilities. Arbor House: Had in my opinion, the best Staff (They were engaged. Had a game plan and scheduled activities for every day of the month. You will not believe how much peace this will bring to your love one. The staff is great and well trained. Clients to Caregivers ratio is excellent. Needless to say that having to take your father to a memory care facility in the first place really Sucks. Seeing my Dad in safe environment with a lot of activity helps to deal with the guilt. [name removed]

My mother recently had a respite stay at this community and I have no complaints of how things had went for her. the staff where very kind and made sure to answer any questions I ever had for them. I was defiantly happy with the care plan they gave my mom for that month she was there. She has no problems with the meals and often enjoyed the activity program with the other residents. Overall it was a great place and I would recommend it to anyone interested.

They are trying their best for my husband. While there is not enough help they still try their best. Staff are always leaving or calling off. My husband says the staff are friendly.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. We have been happy with the care she has been receiving and the staff have been doing excellent job with keeping her comfortable in her living environment. My grandmother has made a few friends and has enjoyed participating in some of the activities with the other residents. Overall it has been a great fit and we are happy.

My parents have recently made the move into this community and so far we have been pleased with how things have been going for them. They have said they are very comfortable in there apartment and they feel right at home. The staff where very helpful with the transition and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. Overall it seems to be the perfect fit and we are very happy.

This community was our second choice. The people we met were friendly and the community was clean. This community seems to offer some nice amenities.

The stay at Copper Canyon Alzheimer's Special Care Center was a very unexpectedly brief stay since he has passed away. I understood that they were trying to transition him into his new environment and did not want me to be there when they were trying to get him acclimated. While I was away he had to go into the hospital and while he was in the hospital he was still considered a resident, so it ended up being a very expensive stay. The staff was as caring as they could be in under the circumstances. [Removed]. very nice lady to deal with at Copper Canyon office. The community came highly recommended.

We really liked the tour we took of Desert Springs Senior Living. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It needed a little updating but it had a good feel to the atmosphere. It was between this one and another and mom made the final choice.

This place was very nice. Has pretty much everything you could want. Staff seemed very good. Talked with a lady who had both parents in there and said it was just the greatest. Will be going in for a pop up visit soon.

My mother is still slowly adjusting too her move to this community. However I'am comfortable with her move here. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. This is a good safe, facility. They have a great staff, and they have been very helpful with everything. The communication between the staff, and myself is great. They are great with the medical aspect of caring for her. She stays busy with the activities they have available. I would say this is the best community in this area, and I would recommend it.

We are very happy with the care from the staff. The community is clean and well-taken care. They offer good menu. I am very happy knowing that my mom is very involved with so many of the activities that she enjoys. We would highly recommend the care at this community for the excellent value and care that is offered.

This community is fine and the location is very convenient for me to visit quite often. The staff is friendly and nice and very attentive to the residents. The rooms in memory care are clean and the housekeeping does a good job. The food seems fine no complaints. They seem to offer good activities and keep the residents busy

I am still settling in but I think this community is the perfect fit for me. The location is great it's close to all the places that I shop at quite convenient. The community itself is just the right size for me not overly big and not too small. It is just the right size and it is nice and quiet. I really love my apartment it is nice and spacious I have enough room to live very comfortably. Housekeeping comes in once a week and does a good job. I normally go down to bring food from the dining room to my room and the food is ok. I have joined a couple of the activities there are quite a few they offer and once I am completely settled I plan to join more.

Before my husband had taken a serious fall we had picked this location for the adult day care services however after him taking a fall and seeing this community we just decided to go to this one. The staff is friendly and does everything they can to meet the needs of the patients. However, one thing that I do not care for is that they rotate the caregivers so you never know who you are going to get and you don't really get a chance to know them. With that being said they are helpful with us working with outside hospice coming in. My husband doesn't seem to be liking the food any way they prepare it but they keep trying.

We liked this community very much. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable The residents seemed to enjoy being there from what we saw. The community was very nice inside clean. The only downside for us is that it was a little over what our budget was.

I had to place my wife here for a short term stay while I recovered from surgery and it was a wonderful experience for her. She liked being around the residents and the staff. The staff is extremely friendly and interacts with the residents. The food was good very healthy and good portions. The community and the grounds are well kept very clean. I really liked the layout of the community I especially liked that they had 2 dining rooms. The price fit within our budget means

I had a chance to see the community and I saw that they were a good place. Nothing was wrong with this community and the tour. I wanted a community that was convenient for me to get to.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I have no complaints of how things went. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The thing I was impressed with was the wide variety of activities as well as great menu plan they had. It was just not the right location for her in the end decision.
