We got there as dinner was being served, so we did not get a chance to speak with any of the residents. We liked the resident rooms and the activity area. It was nice to notice small nooks where some of the family could be together without being in the larger meeting area.

We really like this community for my brother to move into.We liked the staff and the environment of the community. We would have liked to see my brother here, but it was more than what we could afford. We highly recommend this to other families for the cleanliness and the menu. They have a lot to offer for the care that is given

My uncle has really stated to get settled in his new home, he has made a few friends who he enjoys and likes to participate in some of the activities they have for him. I especially have to mention the very thoughtful nurse who works there [Removed]. She has gone out of here way to know what my dad enjoys to do and has requested to add them to the activity list. My uncle lately seems to be at peace and very calm which is a huge improvement for him. The only request I would have is that the billing department has a better organization system. Overall I am very pleased, my loved one is getting well fed, stays clean, and is well taken care of. I could not ask for more than that.

The Sherwood Village was a nice place, but it was just too far from my mother's doctors appointments and things like that. The tour guide was on time and prepared for us when we got there for our tour. It was a nice place but not what we were looking for.

The Shores is a very nice place with very nice people. My aunt gets along with all of the staff and the director. The meals she tells me are great! She loves the food that they serve. The apartment she is in is comfortable, but she still misses home.

The tour went good and the staff was very knowledgeable and showed us around. We had heard of this place through a friend that had recommended it. The community was nice. We just wanted mom closer to us.

It took me awhile to get adjusted to the community but everything is fine. I am not crazy about the food but I have found 3 meals I like. It is good but not gourmet food. There is all kinds of stuff to do here for the activities. My apartment is easy to get to and it's in a familiar area and cheaper than other places.

I wish they had a few more activities. The staff are helpful and caring. The food is eatable, healthy and they have good choices. The community is well taken care of. The community is located behind a shopping center. I liked that the community was established and that the rooms are nice. Mom has a balcony and a walk in closet. I feel very comfortable with mom living here and I would recommend this community.

This is a nice community. It is very clean and the staff is great and attentive. My father likes to know that we can bring him food from other places. They allowed him to bring in some of his own furniture . I like that the activity direct keep him active with others. We liked the home feeling here where he is socialzing with others just talking each day. We would recommend the excellent care value here for other families.

My mother is happy with the care that she is receiving at this community. It is very clean and taken care of. She likes to participate in the activities. The food is good and she likes the variety here. She likes the friendliness of the staff that are very respectful. I highly recommend this for other families for care and good value.

I had a good tour of this community. Everything went very well. They were very kind to my family and I. The community from what I saw looked nice and clean. The staff was kind and friendly. Location was a big factor when considering where to move my parents too. It is a nice community, but not the one for us.

The facility is really nice and open. The staff are super friendly and ready to accommodate. The food is good and my loved one enjoys it. The community is kept clean. i feel that they are under staffed, because it takes them to long to respond to the residents when they ask for help.

Nice, clean, many activities.

The staff at this community were nice during our tour. We liked that this was a smaller community and it was clean. They did not have an opening when we visited the community.

The staff was very helpful and gave my loved one and I lots of useful information of this community during our tour. The building is a little older for my liking and has a lot of renovations going on throughout the complex.

My family and I toured Cottonwood Maner. This is a georgeous facility like home should be. It is close to home for me and not far off the highway easy for us all to visit. The rates are reasonable, with everything included. This maybe the perfect new home so dad can get the help he needs.

The community is a bit small,but that is what my loved ones like. They have wonderful staff and very helpful and caring. The food was great and they give a good size of portions. My loved one always goes her since they are snowbirds. I would recommend this place.

I got the opportunity to take a tour of this community and I loved it. The staff was helpful and they communicated the different things that they offered to me. I just thought that it was not a good fit for my loved one because they needed more care then they offered. Nice clean community though.

My mother is doing well here at this community so far. We are pleased with the care she is receiving. It is a nice and clean community. They do a good job with the cleanliness. They have a lovely staff here, they have been friendly and helpful. There are activities available for the residents. They do serve nice meals. We know she is safe and in good hands here. Only issue we have had been I wish there was more permanent residents for her to make friends with.
