[name removed] was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. I witnessed her positively interacting with the residents as we walked around the facility. She also took extra time to show us another facility in a different community that may have been a better fit for my mom.

We thought the people weer very friendly and nice. Our loved one looked at a couple other places and we liked this one much better. We thought the layout was nice and the rooms were nicer.

It's excellent here. The staff are very concerned, very amicable, and very easy to deal with. Communication here definitely has a lack, and they don't seem to communicate well with each other. If you tell one that you need something and it's not their responsibility, it doesn't seem to get done until you find the right person. The food is very well done here. It's very tasty. The only complaint I have is they don't serve any kind of condiments - salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, etc. You do have to ask for those. They keep the place very clean. It's an older building, and you hear a lot of wind noise whistling in the windows. But Arizona is a bad place for windows with the heat. My apartment is pretty nice, very comfortable. Because the facility is much older, it's a little worn. Bu they do a good job of trying to keep things fixed and up-to-date.

The staff was good with reacting to the residents' needs. the communication between the staff and our family was good and they kept us well informed and returned calls back quickly. I would recommend this community to others.

Deer Creek is a pretty good place. It's not a fancy place. However, they are quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have. The food is inconsistent for my loved one. I've had to intervene and once I do that it is corrected. I believe they had to replace their chef.

I would recommend this community to others, and did so yesterday. They provide quality care, and the nursing director was very good. The communication was very good between the staff and our family. They always kept us well informed.

Everybody here has been very friendly and helpful. We chose The Citadel because they were running a special at the time and we got a locked in rate. It is also very convenient for me. They have been pretty good with communication, I do get emails frequently. It has been hard not being able to go inside yet, but I would recommend to others looking.

Overall it has been a good experience at Villa Court. It seems to be the best facility in the area for the money. There is a huge problem with trying to get a hold of people, I cannot get a hold of anyone and I never get calls back, sometimes it takes weeks. I would recommend to others looking.

The community is nice, and clean. If something goes wrong the issues are resolved in adequate time. Everything is good with the food, except the breakfast.

The activities are great, they have the residents all wear masks so they are still being safe. They have exercise classes and on every Tuesday they have a show in tell that features one residents. Our loved one was up one day, and he used to write short stories and poems and one of the staff members would read it to the other residents where they could ask him questions. We thought this was very unique and a good way for the residents to get to know each other better.

If you had an elderly person, that is able to take care of themselves, it will be a good community. I wish the communication would have been better between the staff and me, regarding my loved one. During the stay the community went through two administrators. The second administrator only talked about the billing after the passing of my loved one, and didn't give condolences.

The community is very nice and my mother-law likes it a lot. The staff is very friendly but I would like to see an improvement with communication as far as phone calls and responses. I would definitely recommend this community to others

The staff members at this community are exceptional. On the assisted living side our loved one had a condo like room. Our loved one moved over to the memory care side before COVID, and we were able to visit a few times and it seems nice. The staff seems to encourage our loved one to still remain active, and we would recommend this community to others.

We chose Desert View because it suited her personality more than other places that we looked into. This was a more comfortable and homey environment. She was in a bedroom split in half and it was perfect for her. I have not eaten here but she thought the food was not prepared on site.I found the receptionist, the activities director, and cleaning services to be excellent. I would absolutely recommend it. The entire time COVID was going on, they did not have a single case.

Overall the cleanliness and friendliness and attentiveness of the people really stood out to us. We were able to eat the meals they served before COVID and the food was fine, and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

I would recommend the community to friends. The location, amenities, overall staff are wonderful. The management isn't as great. The nurses and front desk are amazing. The room was a standard, private room.

This is a nice place. All of the open spaces and activity space make up for the smaller apartments but the apartments listed as studios were large with updated flooring and paint colors. The place is very clean with absolutely no odors. Everyone was very friendly. Some of the residents were watching a ball game and some were involved in a flower arranging class. There were other residents reading books and doing puzzles. It was quiet but all of the residents my wife and I saw looked happy and well cared for. They even called us the next day to answer questions and offer a visit to our home to see my mom. I was pleasantly surprised.
