I am absolutely happy with the care here. The food is good from the dinning room but I mostly make my own food. I have suitable amenities to prepare and make my meals. The staff come to my room to dump trash and they keep the community clean. There is a few activities and I get to play cards or sit with residents and talk. They have a few different Sunday services and I'm going to check some out. My daughters were also impressed with the help from A Place For Mom.

My mother is a resident at Arbor House in Lewisville - my sister and I have been so very happy since our Mom moved here in September of 2015. We feel in love with the idea of the neighborhoods. The staff is amazing, they are all so caring. Everyone really gets to know each resident. It does not feel like a locked memory care facility - this was very important for our Mom. It really feels like a home, like living in a neighborhood. The activities are great and the residents seem to really enjoy this - lots of socialization goes on and this is very important. When I started looking for options for my Mom Arbor House kept coming up - As soon as I visited I had a good feeling about the place.

Arbor House of Temple, Texas is outstanding in it's care for seniors with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other disabling problems. Caregivers and all staff members are the best. Facilities are of top quality.

I am so happy I chose Arbor House for my mom. The staff and housing are so helpful and the transition for mom has been very gentle which is very important to me. Thank you Arbor House for all that you do.

The staff are very professional and helpful. All services are in house which makes things very convenient. This also gives assurance that my family member will be well taken care of. We looked for two months before making our decision. Also, the resident fee if a flat fee, no points, that many use, to increase the cost of care. Trust me, in our situation, the additional fees for services that are all included here is very significant. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the mother of one of the Home Health nurses is also at this facility. Very reassuring.

Mom has been at the community for a little over a month and although we are still trying to work out a kink things are going well. Mom started in one shared room and since having to move her into another room since the first one didn't work out they are charging us more and we are trying to get that changed now. Other than that things are great! In terms of care and the facility itself we are very happy. The staff are good and she has yet to participate in any activities but I'm sure that with time she'll ease into things. Yes, I'd recommend.

I think things are going pretty well. They were really able to accommodate my Mom and Stepdad. We are pleased about that because she has memory care needs and he needs a lower level of care. Everything is going fine so far.

We have been so very pleased with Arbor House in Lewisville. I love that the home is divided into Neighborhoods. The activites are top notch. I can not say enough good things about this home. We are very happy with our Mom living here

My Mom is there and she is doing fine. She seems to enjoy the other residents, the meals and the activities that are planned. So far, so good.

My mom has been at Harvest Home for 3 months now and we both are very pleased. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They know my mom and are very willing to help her with any need she has. She really enjoys the activities that they have daily. The activity director is so much fun and makes the day enjoyable. The family nights are very well planned and very entertaining for everyone. The home is an older building and does need some improvements but the friendliness of the staff more than makes up for the few imperfections. We are both very very pleased with the care and service my mom is receiving at Harvest Home.

Overall I think they do a very good job at Arbor House of Lewisville, we're very pleased! The staff here is very friendly, and they do a great job taking care of the residents. They're obviously well informed about memory care and know how to interact with and direct the residents. The facility itself is very well designed, there is plenty of space for the residents to wander, while still remaining secure. They even have secure outdoor areas for them to be outside, if they like! They provide all sorts of extra little touches for their residents, as an example they'll paint Mom's nails and fix her hair. I just really like the atmosphere, it is cozy and feels like a home. It is divided in "neighborhoods" of a number of private bedrooms, but with shared common areas and dining areas, and the setup works very well. I would highly recommend the place to those looking for memory care for a loved one!

They did really well with the paperwork to get my uncle in the facility. They made it very easy. They are very easy to get along with. They made it easy for him to acclimate himself to the facility. They are really good people. The administration is nice and they are accommodating.

Both my parents are staying at Brookdale Kenosha North. I think this is the first time they have taken in a married couple they have taken in. There have been a few challenges, but nothing major, and they have been easy to work with. The facility itself is very nice, clean, and well kept. The staff is all very nice and helpful, and the director there (Tanya) is very good.

So far so good. My loved one lives there. They take his blood sugar. They make sure he takes his pills. They bring his meals to his room. It amazes me. They have a lunch room facility but he chooses to eat in his room. It has been a great experience so far.

The staff at Harmony is very caring to all of the patients. Mom is very happy there and we hope that she will be able to remain there. They all go out of their way to make her feel comfortable and it is a very "homey" atmosphere.

My mother and step-father both lived at the Harmony in Two Rivers for 7 years. I cannot say enough about the care they both received though out their stay. The staff is exceptional. It was very emotional at times and the staff was always there to support them as well as family. The decision to put them in assisted living was hard but I never regretted picking the Harmony of Two Rivers.

She is pretty happy here. She loves the food, and she has too much to do. We don't have any complaints so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I can't really think of anything that they could do to improve or do better.

I tend not to review places/products, but this time I am making an exception. Willow Creek is wonderful! I can easily say that because of how happy my 92 year old Mother feels about her apartment, the staff, the food, and the many friends she has made at Willow Creek. Even at 92 she was bound and determined to continue to live on her own, but knew she needed assistance that I was not able to provide her on a daily basis. We checked out and toured several facilities and service agencies and after completing our tour of Willow Creek, Mom said "I don't need to see anyplace else." And neither one of us has regretted the decision to make the move to Willow Creek.
