Actually, compared to everything else around its a good value, and they provide excellent care. I would say my mom is pretty independent, the activities were there, she just didn't interact with them a whole lot, she was just doing things on her own but there were things around that she was able to go out and do. Jane Salizar was the one that went and interviewed my mom with placement and helping with information and the whole process, she was fantastic. We continued my moms rehab there with home health and she improved so much that she was able to move back home. This place is amazing.

We chose this community because the staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious. They have a very good food plan; you only pay if you actually use it. They give you a punch card that you use when you get a meal. You only pay for what you use. The community is very pleasant and they are located very close to home. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

The Emeritus at Salt Lake stood out because It's very well-kept, the decoration is up to date, the food is really good and my grandparents really like it. The staff is really friendly. It's super-expensive, maybe more money than we're getting service for, but that's all right. They have an RN available any day of the week for care needs. There's a lot of activities but my grandparents haven't taken part just yet. They're still getting moved in.

Staff have been very helpful and considerate. the facility itself is beautiful and well maintained. Took care of adjusting the air conditioning vents as soon as possible after we asked about it (she was too cold).

It was a very nice facility; if we need a facility like that I will certainly consider it. Right now it is too soon to tell. She has only been in Rehab for one week.

We chose this location because of all the amenities they offer. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is really convenient for my family. The food was very good; in fact go enough that I bought a meal ticket to go back. The community itself is really nice and well maintain but the surrounding area is a little rough, really doesn’t affect the community because it’s separated. The one thing that could be improved is the welcoming process; it could have more structure and formality to it. They could have set up some appointment so that we meet the ambassador and other staff. They do have the option but you have to actively seek it. With everything said and done we chose this community because it was the right fit for our situation.

Impressed by how modern everything was. Loved the restaurant style dining and furnished rooms that come with a TV. Very energetic staff and residents seemed happy. Great selection of activities. I like how they have a monthly calendar of activities and meals. This location is also very close and is definitely my pick.

Wonderful staff. Memory locked Alzheimer's unit reasonably priced. One year old. Elegant surroundings. 5 minutes from our home. one bedroom private with separate living room and kitchen walk in bath closet. Going to her back and gradually ease her in on Assisted Living secure side of facility before putting her in the Alzheimer's Care units. Lunch, then bring her home, view of her room, then more and more time there should make the transition a bit easier for all of us I think.

Very nice and very friendly bigger rooms for same money as 1st one Had a very good lunch there. I'd have to go back again to decide between this and Fellowship.

The Director could not have been nicer. My sisters and I felt a real bond with her. SH-Cedar Hill seems an excellent choice for my Dad when the time comes. I believe Dad is just not there yet. But when he is our decision to place here is unanimous.

Fabulous places (Sterling and Wynwood).Director is fantastic. Care appears to be excellent and residents are happy. Will definitely consider for Mom.

Very nice place. It was clean. Had lots of activity. Liked all the amenities and the staff seemed very friendly. Really like that is independent living but can transition into more of an assisted living.

The staff care ratio is the best I have seen out of the eight AL facilities I have toured. I like the design concept of smaller communities with dining area close to resident apartments. Rooms are small but not much smaller then our bedroom at home. Kitchen very clean; overall facility very well maintained. I liked the staff; other residents appeared to really like the director too. Mom won't like having bathroom minus her own shower. I think this is the right facility for us.

LOVED the facility! Complete Alzeimer's & Dementia all levels. Complete lockdown unit. 1 private room available. Dr every other week. LVN on staff, RN consultant to fill in when LVN not there. All levels of dementia. Smoking in patio.
