They’re just really good. The food is really good. There is enough parking. The cost per level of service is acceptable. They have enough activities. The staff is very friendly and the community is clean. It’s just a really good community.

Santa Maria Terrace is doing a great job. The staff is very friendly, and it's clean. They are enjoying the food, they feel like they are king and queen. The care is great, even if they accidentally push the button the staff is right there in an instant. Having a billing sheet that is easy to figure out, would be very helpful, it's very confusing, and stressful for the elderly couple. That is the only thing that could be better.

Awesome facility and just 3 minutes away from my house. Lisa is great and so helpful, but the cost is too great for us. We will probably take advantage of the Day Stay program for a bit.

Just moved in. Love it! Management team set me up with a caring angel for two weeks who addressed all my move in questions. Hope to live here for a long time!

My sister lived at Harmony of Sun Prairie and Harmony of Madison. Our experience was nothing short of spectacular. We value all the excellent care and attention. A truly home like setting! Management and staff work to ensure safety and comfort.

It's been a really tough situation for our family, but I feel like Arbor House is doing their best to help. It's a very nice secure facility, and the staff are all very friendly, patient, and professional. Our loved one can be very difficult to work with at times but they've been very accommodating and really put in a lot of effort. The care is very good, and they can manage most levels of memory care, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into that sort of care.

I had a wonderful experience with A Place For Mom. My advisor, Dominic was extremely patient and gathered all the info needed to make sure he could narrow down what would work for us. We thought she would have to go into a nursing home and he helped us find an amazing assisted living right in town. It was perfect. We can't thank them enough!

Harmony of McFarland is definitely a "cut above the rest!". They are so accommodating to their residents and families. On holidays, they have special "get-togethers " for families and friends (ie. Christmas, 4th of July, etc.). Excellent and caring staff, always a clean environment. The director is dedicated to her residents and staff.

We’re extremely pleased. My loved one seems happy with it. Just talking to my loved one the staff is extremely friendly and nice. There are always people greeting you. It’s just a nice smaller community and seems very personalized. I’ve eaten there twice and it’s good.

This is definitely worth checking them. They people are very, very nice. The residents are very nice. The activities are really good and there are enough of them. I’ve never had any trouble finding parking while I was visiting my loved one.

Visited 4/23. Very clean, bright and spacious. Both assisted living & memory care locations next to each other. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Met Mary Catherine and Rebecca. Well informed and knowledgeable. This at top of list. Alle these places don't seem to accept Medicaid.

It was clean, but wasn’t as inviting, not as warm as the one I selected. It just didn’t seem as welcoming as I would have liked.

This is a very nice, and well run community. The services they provide are excellent, the dining room is great, and the activities are nice. They're really on the ball when it comes to handling my loved ones medication, as well. The facility is clena, professionally run, and feels high quality. The only downside is that it is also very expensive.

I feel like I got what I paid for. The only issue I have had is that there were several times that we had to discuss the medication management. Other than that they were great, nothing to complain about or have improved. They even furnished the room so I wouldn't have to bring furniture in, since it was only a short stay.

Overall they've been doing a great job. We haven't been here long, but so far we haven't had any specific complaints. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional thus far.

It wasn't an easy decision to move our Mom into assisted living - but my brother and I are very happy with everything at Sterling House. The care they give our mother is exceptional. The activities are very creative and keep the residents busy. We like that it is a smaller community and you get to know everyone. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Family is welcome anytime day or night.

We toured this location when we were looking into care options for my loved one. This was a VERY nice looking facility, it was beautiful, clean, and well kept. The staff were all also very friendly and professional. However it wouldn't have been a good fit for our loved one, it was just too big for her to navigate, and we know getting lost would have been an issue.
