We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harmony of Madison. The staff is friendly and energetic and makes all the right things happen to meet Mom's cares!

Everything is going really good at Hundred Palms. I'm satisfied with the services. I'm satisfied also with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and care provided. I would absolutely recommend Hundred Palms to others.

My mother received tender loving care at Harmony the five years she lived there. She recently passed away at Harmony. The staff took excellent care of her!

Played bingo with the residents; walked the halls with my walker for exercise. Very homey and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly, compared to where I live now.

We are very pleased that my mother was placed at Harmony of McFarland. the facility manager has been great keeping us informed of activities and well being of my mother. The staff is warm and friendly. They truly show they care for all residence. The Harmony is well maintained and reflects the feeling of being at Home.

My mother moved to Harmony 4 months ago. Teresa has gotten her involved with Bingo, word game, balloon volleyball and even some sit and be fit. This has been great for my mother. She walks to all meals and activities with her walker and her strength and posture have improved greatly. We are very pleased with her choice to move to Harmony. Making lefse with Teresa was great also. When mom forgets Teresa's name, she calls her "that special lady" and we know. Thank you!

Terrific home, knowledgeable staff, very clean, beautiful gardens. My mother has lived there for over a year and is very happy and well cared for. Kindness is evident throughout this home. I would definitely recommend this home.

In some ways I feel it was a real shame we didn't go here, it came down to personal preference. My dad chose what he wanted. I really liked their common areas, but my father wouldn't have used them. It was very wide open and very well put together. Our host to show us the place, Teresa was fantastic. The other fellow who is the owner of the whole thing, kept selling after he should have been done selling. The size of the room was also a little small, just a little over 300 square feet. It's like the rooms are bedrooms in the house and the common areas are the living spaces.

Our Dad has found a wonderful home at Harmony. The staff has always been helpful and personable. Dad actually misses it when we take him someplace and is happy to greet staff and his friends and enjoy all the activities.

We're very happy with how things have gone at Harmony at Terrace Commons! It's a very nice looking community, and the staff have all been very friendly and caring. My loved one seems so happy here, and she gets happier every day! I really appreciate how well they get to know their residents, they always seem so in touch with her mood. They know days when she is feeling social, and check in and chat with her often, but they also know days when she needs her space. It's a great place, and definitely worth a look if your loved one needs care!

Before making the decision to move my mom to SH Desoto, I looked at every Assisted Living in my immediate area (I wanted my mom to be close to where I live) & made the decision to move my mom here. Overall the staff at SH Desoto are so pleasant, helpful, loving & caring! Before making a decision, I visited several times & each time I did, everyone was just as nice as the time before!! I visit frequently & every time I am there, everyone is so nice & caring to the residents that live there. My step dad passed away & my mom has moderate dementia, but she is still very mobile & needs to stay very busy, however can not live alone or drive any longer. The Activities Director is so good about having things for them to do, which is great for my mom. She always takes their picture during special holiday celebrations & if we aren't able to be there, she will text or email them to me so I can see how much fun my mom is having! They also have church service on Sunday morning, praise & worship, Bible Study during the week, along with many other activities. They always go to their door, before each activity & let them know it's time for that particular activity. Even though each resident has a monthly activities calendar, they realize some of them can't remember. They check on them all the time, especially if there is a resident that deviates from their normal routine. Like my mom fell back to sleep one morning & missed going to the dining room for breakfast. One of the staff was down at her apartment immediately checking on her! She is always saying the meals are very good too & they give them a lot of food on their plate. As a matter of fact, they have Family & Friends nights, where all the residents can invite family to eat dinner with them. Plus me & my husband have been there visiting during dinner & the food is good! My mom has never been alone in her life & I was so worried about her, but from the first night she was there, she has felt right at home. She loves her apartment, the food, the friends she has made, the staff, the activities, everything about her new home, which is such a blessing for me! I also have a friend & a neighbor that have loved one's here & they all like it very much. You may be able to find another community in the area that may be a little newer, but you won't be able to find another one that has such a friendly staff. They truly love & care about the residents that live there!!!

They’re just really good. The food is really good. There is enough parking. The cost per level of service is acceptable. They have enough activities. The staff is very friendly and the community is clean. It’s just a really good community.

Santa Maria Terrace is doing a great job. The staff is very friendly, and it's clean. They are enjoying the food, they feel like they are king and queen. The care is great, even if they accidentally push the button the staff is right there in an instant. Having a billing sheet that is easy to figure out, would be very helpful, it's very confusing, and stressful for the elderly couple. That is the only thing that could be better.

Awesome facility and just 3 minutes away from my house. Lisa is great and so helpful, but the cost is too great for us. We will probably take advantage of the Day Stay program for a bit.

Thank you so much for preparing a nice place for me. I am very thankful for the flowers. They brighten the room. I will be comfortable here and everyone has been so nice.

Just moved in. Love it! Management team set me up with a caring angel for two weeks who addressed all my move in questions. Hope to live here for a long time!

My sister lived at Harmony of Sun Prairie and Harmony of Madison. Our experience was nothing short of spectacular. We value all the excellent care and attention. A truly home like setting! Management and staff work to ensure safety and comfort.

It's been a really tough situation for our family, but I feel like Arbor House is doing their best to help. It's a very nice secure facility, and the staff are all very friendly, patient, and professional. Our loved one can be very difficult to work with at times but they've been very accommodating and really put in a lot of effort. The care is very good, and they can manage most levels of memory care, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into that sort of care.

Wonderful place for my parents! The customer service is phenomenal. Roxy and her staff start and end each day with a smile on their faces! Thank you for caring for my family as you have all become part of our family also!

I had a wonderful experience with A Place For Mom. My advisor, Dominic was extremely patient and gathered all the info needed to make sure he could narrow down what would work for us. We thought she would have to go into a nursing home and he helped us find an amazing assisted living right in town. It was perfect. We can't thank them enough!
