Very helpful in making the final decision to move. Made my Mom feel welcome from the day we visited and assisted her with everything she needed when she moved in. The dining room is exquisite. It has the look and feel and food quality of a 5 star dining restaurant , service is impeccable. My Mom feels like she is living in a vacation resort.

As far as I know they have done best they can. I have piece of mind and feel that she is getting good care.

Citadel Assisted Living is a good community. My only issue is that my loved one was supposed to have someone shadow him when he first moved in, but that never happened. This is so important especially when an individual is new to the community. The food is basically good but my Dad is getting tired of chicken most of the time. The dining experience is well organized but a menu change is needed. I have had no billing issues to date. The staff is very efficient at what they do. They do take residents on outings and shopping.

We are happy with them so far. I would rate them very highly. We don't have any concerns about how clean it's kept or how friendly their staff is, and I don't get complaints about the food.

One of the best facilities my loved one has been in. The staff actually get to feel like part of our family. Numerous functions involve family members -- luncheons, barbecues, and holidays celebrated with residents about a week early, so families can also celebrate with their immediate family. Staff does all they can to have resident feel at home. Extra attention is given if needed when resident is in need. Food is excellent and good variety. Special meal accommodations are met. Facility is clean.

Caring management and staff. Food is good, homestyle. Residents are happy and well cared for. They like music activities, and happy hours. Building seems clean.

I am really pleased with Harvest Home. I think I selected the best place. The service as far as the staff is concerned, is exceptional. The management staff are very responsive. The food is very good. It's very clean. The options for activities are there. It's more of a homey place, and we liked the atmosphere.

A great place to be! Smooth transitioning from previous care facility to Brookdale. Great presentation and follow up from Brookdale Representative (Brittney)! Complimentary staff and employees throughout entire facility! Very clean and aesthetically appealing place, with a very pleasant atmosphere! Our family wishes to offer a special thanks to Harmony Assisted Living in McFarland and Southern care Hospice for the most recent care of our loved one. She was able to stay in her own room at Harmony only because of the professional care, comfort, grace and support of these two outstanding organizations. The family is filled with gratitude to all involved.

We are very happy with Emeritus at Salt Lake City. Everything is going great. I would rate them very highly. I don't really have any concerns or complaints at this time.

Great handle on residents' needs and medical fluctuations. Very impressed with staff's ability to communicate with agencies involved in residents' care and the flow of effective communication.

We are so happy with how things have gone with Cambridge Square, it's a wonderful place. I toured a few other communities in the area, but I knew the moment I stepped in the door that this was the one. Everyone here is very friendly, and the director was a huge help throughout the entire process. It really is a nice place, and I definitely recommend it, they're taking wonderful care of my loved one!

This is one of the places we toured when we were looking for options. They had a homey feel, and I really liked the way the facility was set up. The people were really friendly. It was further away than we needed it to be. Had it been closer it would have been a tough call.

You couldn't find a better place to call "home". The staff are caring and experienced. The atmosphere is comfortable and attractive.
