It was wonderful and a very, very good experience with Willow Creek. The staff was fantastic and my loved one ended up in their 24/7 care unit and the care could not have been any better. They really did a great job.

I think they do a great job. There is nothing I think they could improve. They provide great services.

My mother, siblings and I toured Cottonwood Manor in September and were very impressed with the facility, staff and administrator. In October, my mother moved in and all has been great since. She is happy, participating in lots of activities and has transitioned very well. The staff relates to the residents and families well, and my mother has adjusted just fine. She socializes and has made some nice friends in her first month. My whole family is looking forward to attending the facility's Christmas party next month. I would certainly recommend Cottonwood Manor for your loved one as I have been very pleased thus far.

We really have enjoyed this place since I have placed my boyfriend in Harmony. He has adjusted well and got back involved with people. I feel comfortable knowing that he is safe and not wondering around. The mangement is great and so is the other staff.

Things seem to be going very well so far at Arbor House! It's a clean, nice looking community, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They've got a great activities program, my loved one always seems busy and engaged!

I think they engage well with the patients and the families. Everything is going well. If anything, there does seem to be a high amount of turnover. That would be the only thing that would be not a problem, but more of a concern.

They are very friendly and very willing to make any adjustments if you think something is not right, they work to correct it. They are very helpful. I like it and my loved one is happy there and that's what's important.

My mom loves Citadel Assisted Living. She is in an apartment that is really well located. She is enjoying the social activities. The food is fantastic. She has transportation to the store. Everybody is so helpful when she needs anything they get right on it. I am just thrilled with the way things are going. Everything is going really good.

This facility would serve my sister and her husband's needs. When my sister's husband needs to spend some time in a rehab or nursing facility (his health is very fragile), Brookdale offers that assistance and my sister could visit him by just taking the elevator.

Getting a referral to this beautiful residence was just what we had hoped for due to kind, clean, professional staff and totally understanding and helping me, the daughter, understand some of the changes and adjustments this major change in life involves. First time for me and for my Mother who unfortunately couldn't live on her own anymore. She is within minutes of me so I can walk to see her. I know she is in good hands. I know it has been hard for her and her behavior this first month she has been there. I knew she had some dementia but I now know what anesthesia can do to someone at 89 having surgery and I think more people should be educated about this. All of the staff work so hard and I hope they are rewarded justly...especially if they happen to be understaffed. I am very lucky they so kindly invited my Mother to be part of their family.

It's great! No major complaints so far. I think they were very competitively priced. This was the best fit for my loved one. The food is good, and the activities are good. We are happy with it. I would say they get a five.

My mother has been at this facility in an independent apartment for a few weeks. As far as I can tell, the facility is always clean and well kept. Residents and staff typically are very nice. My mother's gets two meals per day, which are so much healthier than what she could make for herself. She is getting involved in more activities and just loving everything about it! I couldn't be happier!

They've kept her busy at Harvest Home. The only thing I have a complaint about is she only has 13 channels on her TV. She was supposed to have at least 30. She has been there three months and still doesn't have the westerns channel, which is the main one she wants. Other than that it's been an overall good experience here.

The employees at Santa Maria Terrace are very helpful. My father has Dementia and can be difficult at times. They are very patience with him and he is settling in as well as can be expected. This is the only one that I found that would allow him to have his dog with him, Labrador.

The Arbor House of Weatherford is a good place. It doesn't feel like a hospital. It feels more like a home. My mother says that the food is really good. The parking has been fine. My mom seems to be liking the Arbor House a lot. I would recommend this facility to anyone. It's a good place. The cleanliness, friendliness, value, and care services are excellent. It has been a very good experience. Five Stars.

We were not there very long, but based on the short time we were there they were very good. They were very helpful. They were very accommodating during the moving process, and very attentive to my father in law caring for all his needs and getting him to the right place at the right time, making it a very smooth transition and pleasant experience.

We have been very happy at Harmony of McFarland. My grandmothers needs are being met well. She says "it's a good place." The staff interaction with her is very positive. And she loves the food.

We are very happy with Citadel. I don't have any concerns. We love all the different activities, and crafts. The staff is friendly, and it's clean. She is very happy there. I think it was pretty reasonably priced compared to other places we looked at as well.

The Las Fuentes staff is excellent. They are friendly, accommodating and responsive to your needs. The facility is great with nice apartments, beautifully kept grounds, lots of senior activities and great food. My 91 year old Mom is most happy there after fighting the move to begin with. Pet friendly which was a high priority.
