They have been great. I would give them a five across the board. I like the familial nature of the place. It's a small unit, so everyone knows one another. It's quite a comfortable home environment. It was the least sterile, and most homey feeling of the places we looked at.

We choose this place for my husband because it fit all his needs. I liked his larger room with its own walk in shower. The floor plan is easy to find every area. Some places were too confusing. Low down payment

They are doing a great job, so far. They are just always ready to help. They sometimes do a little more than what you are paying for. The food is very good here. They are very good at accommodating special dietary needs. They also give you choices if you don't like the main entree.

My mom had to move into Marla Vista a week early due to emergency circumstances. Marla Vista was very accommodating to her moving early. While expensive, they offer round the clock nursing care and lots of activities and private rooms so you do get your money's worth.

Things are going fine since moving my Grandfather to The Citadel assisted living. He is doing well there. It has been a good experience. He likes the activities they offer. However, he is not a fan of the food.

My Mother-in-law was only at Brookdale Kenosha for a short time but it was a wonderful experience there. The staff is outstanding! The community is very clean. I would definitely consider moving here in the future myself. That is how highly I recommend Brookdale. I do also highly recommend A Place For Mom. They were wonderful in helping us find a great place.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Brookdale Paris! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and I've never noticed any odors at all when I visit. The people here are all very friendly, as well! The staff is caring and professional, and they really went out of their way to help us with a medical situation my loved one was having. They provided some excellent suggestions that really helped us out! They take great care of the residents here, and even have on-site church services. It's a very nice place, overall!

I moved my Mom into Willow Creek after having a battle within. The staff has been very friendly and very accommodating. June is amazing and made sure that while my mom was there that she was okay. Unfortunately, Mom started to wander and ended up two blocks away from the facility. The staff rushed to her rescue and brought her back to the facility. At that point Mom ended up needing more care than they can provide in the assisted living portion of the community and memory care is not affordable for her so we moved her home with us. I really have nothing negative to say about the place. I would definitely recommend them!

Very caring facility.

My dad is still in rehab so he hasn't gone yet. When I went to view the facility it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and the property was in good condition. I was not able to see any activities but they do offer them.

The meals are pretty good. She gets her shower and they clean her room. She likes it there so far. She has not been there very long.

I am in the assisted living side. The staff is wonderful and it is kept up to date. They have great activities but I have not been able to participate because I have been sick. They could improve with their food services.

It was wonderful and a very, very good experience with Willow Creek. The staff was fantastic and my loved one ended up in their 24/7 care unit and the care could not have been any better. They really did a great job.

I think they do a great job. There is nothing I think they could improve. They provide great services.

My mother, siblings and I toured Cottonwood Manor in September and were very impressed with the facility, staff and administrator. In October, my mother moved in and all has been great since. She is happy, participating in lots of activities and has transitioned very well. The staff relates to the residents and families well, and my mother has adjusted just fine. She socializes and has made some nice friends in her first month. My whole family is looking forward to attending the facility's Christmas party next month. I would certainly recommend Cottonwood Manor for your loved one as I have been very pleased thus far.

We really have enjoyed this place since I have placed my boyfriend in Harmony. He has adjusted well and got back involved with people. I feel comfortable knowing that he is safe and not wondering around. The mangement is great and so is the other staff.

Things seem to be going very well so far at Arbor House! It's a clean, nice looking community, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They've got a great activities program, my loved one always seems busy and engaged!

I think they engage well with the patients and the families. Everything is going well. If anything, there does seem to be a high amount of turnover. That would be the only thing that would be not a problem, but more of a concern.

They are very friendly and very willing to make any adjustments if you think something is not right, they work to correct it. They are very helpful. I like it and my loved one is happy there and that's what's important.
