Mom was only there for about a month, but the staff was great. They were getting her involved with the activities and going down to the dining hall to mingle. The community was always kept nice and clean. I felt really good about this community and the people.

I really liked the service here. The care taker was very friendly and very helpful with the care for my mom. She did arrive on time and did alot for the care for my mom. She did laundry and did cooking for my mom's meals when needed. She was respectful and I highly would recommend her to other families. The service was wonderful in everyway.

When we moved mom into this community we ran into a regular visitor and he said we chose the best community in the area. They have a new chef and the food fabulous. Mom is sleeping better and making new friends. The entire staff are friendly and engaged. The caregivers are educated and know how to approach the residents. They have a soda shop onsite. They asked a lot of questions about mom's likes and needs before she moved in and I would recommend this community to anyone.

We placed my 105 year old father in Assisted living at Desert Springs Senior Living and are very pleased with his care. The food is delicious and the dining room is more Like a nice restaurant with many items for the residents to choose.

The Harvest Home has done an amazing job taking care of my mother. She is in the memory care unit and it's a brand new building, furnished very nicely. The staff is very friendly. They take her in daily activities so she won't be just in her room, she socializes with all of the other residents and has made friends. The staff has great communication with us, they keep us informed on whats going on with my mother. The meals served are very good. My Loved one has gained weight and her health is improving so far we are very pleased.

We were able to tour this community and it was a nice and productive tour. The staff was knowledgeable and they showed us everything. We saw the residents out and they seemed to be happy there. The only thing that we did not like was that they did not have any 2 bedroom apartments.

They were wonderful to work with and when hospice came they worked well together for my mother-in-law. I believe they maintained a comfortable environment for her. We picked the facility based that it was smaller and less confusing for her. The first couple of days she meet some people.

Dad likes the food at Racine. The staff are helpful. The director was great in helping to get dad into the community. The activities director is great and encourages him to participate in some of the activities. I would recommend this clean community.

My mom lived at cottonwood manor for 5 years. My mom just recently passed away. I can not say enough about the compassion the staff has for the residents. They take the time to get to know the residents and the family. The staff and managers are always there to help answer question or help console the family and residents. My moms life was difficult in the end, we loved they were able to give her the care she needed until she was called back to heaven. We could not have picked at better place for her to call home. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for the best place for there loved ones.

We were happy with the community here, but it was a alittle too far from the area that we were looking for. The staff was very nice and answered all of my questions. They had activiites to stay very active. The community was very clean.

I am very happy with the care at this community. The staff are very nice and caring. They offer alot of great activities for me to participate. It is a clean community and always taken care of. I would recommend this community to other families for good care.

I am so happy with the care my dad is getting at Mountain Terrace! The staff truly care for him and are always encouraging him to get involved in daily activities. He's enjoying his final years relaxing with new friends without the worry of his home, the snow and cooking. LOVE IT!

Everyone has been so kind and helpful before, during and after my dad moved in. They respond to requests immediately and keep me well-informed with what is happening with him. We visited 4 different assisted living facilities before choosing Brookdale North and Erika, Sales Manager, along with Tonia, Executive Director, spent several hours with my sister, my father and I answering all our questions. No one else at any other facility made us feel like they wanted to be sure to meet all his needs and make him feel at home. My father says the food is wonderful and the desserts are the best he has ever had. Often they are warm out of the oven. Thanks to everyone on the Brookdale North staff for making a difficult decision easy for our family!

This community seemed very nice, and was warm and welcoming. The director was wonderful and has been on staff for over a decade. They have a full-time cook who makes homemade meals. It is a smaller community, so very personalized services. Every staff person I met was very warm and helpful. The rooms were much smaller than those in the place we ended up choosing for our relative, who is still fairly independent. If a smaller, studio apartment is all that is needed, I think this would be a wonderful place. They do provide a higher level of care than some assisted living places, which can be very important. I would not hesitate to send my loved one here.

I can not say enough about the staff at cottonwood manor. They do a phenomenal job taking care of my aunt. My aunt has been declining in health and they take the time to make sure she has everything she needs and is comfortable. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a second place to call home.

Lo Har Senior Living has been good so far with their services and staff. My mother has been engaging in a couple of the activities that they offer. The community and her room seem to be getting good housekeeping. The staff maintains us informed about her they seem to be very informative. Healthy meal plans are also available.

My mother (88) was just placed at the Pacifica Regency Memory Care Facility after having an emergency episode from dementia where the EMTs had to respond. We were in "emergency mode" and her placement at Pacifica was a blessing. I immediately felt relief just talking to the Memory Care Director, Kelly. She waited that Friday evening till my mother arrived in an ambulance and when she saw that my mother only had the clothes on her back, the Director ran to a local store and picked up some items for my mother. I found that very thoughtful and caring. After visiting my mother and seeing the facility I could not be happier with the facility, the caring staff, and the MedTech's all knew who I was and how my mother was doing. Even when I call from Florida, they always know where she is and what she is doing. When I talked to my mother in fear that she would berate me for placing her in a facility, I was so pleased to hear her words - "I Love It!". She is thriving, eating three healthy meals a day, is clean and well groomed every day, and medications are dispensed properly. Pacifica has many varied activities and now my mother is participating instead of sitting all alone in her house without any stimulation. I have no daily thoughts of worry about how she is doing. She has everything she needs and more at Pacifica. Thank you.

The care for my father is good. The staff communicates well and they are very friendly. The community is up-kept and clean. My father has been enjoying his meals they are healthy for him. The community offers activities on site and off site. It also offers various special features for the residents like transportation. I feel that the staff is keeping him safe.

One of the main reasons why we picked this community was because of the friendly encouraging staff. My father is not participating in activities at the moment but the staff does a great job encouraging him to a level of comfort. His room is kept nice and tidy. The meal portions served are perfect. I feel like the community does a great job of keeping him happy.
