This community seemed very nice, and was warm and welcoming. The director was wonderful and has been on staff for over a decade. They have a full-time cook who makes homemade meals. It is a smaller community, so very personalized services. Every staff person I met was very warm and helpful. The rooms were much smaller than those in the place we ended up choosing for our relative, who is still fairly independent. If a smaller, studio apartment is all that is needed, I think this would be a wonderful place. They do provide a higher level of care than some assisted living places, which can be very important. I would not hesitate to send my loved one here.

I can not say enough about the staff at cottonwood manor. They do a phenomenal job taking care of my aunt. My aunt has been declining in health and they take the time to make sure she has everything she needs and is comfortable. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a second place to call home.

Lo Har Senior Living has been good so far with their services and staff. My mother has been engaging in a couple of the activities that they offer. The community and her room seem to be getting good housekeeping. The staff maintains us informed about her they seem to be very informative. Healthy meal plans are also available.

My mother (88) was just placed at the Pacifica Regency Memory Care Facility after having an emergency episode from dementia where the EMTs had to respond. We were in "emergency mode" and her placement at Pacifica was a blessing. I immediately felt relief just talking to the Memory Care Director, Kelly. She waited that Friday evening till my mother arrived in an ambulance and when she saw that my mother only had the clothes on her back, the Director ran to a local store and picked up some items for my mother. I found that very thoughtful and caring. After visiting my mother and seeing the facility I could not be happier with the facility, the caring staff, and the MedTech's all knew who I was and how my mother was doing. Even when I call from Florida, they always know where she is and what she is doing. When I talked to my mother in fear that she would berate me for placing her in a facility, I was so pleased to hear her words - "I Love It!". She is thriving, eating three healthy meals a day, is clean and well groomed every day, and medications are dispensed properly. Pacifica has many varied activities and now my mother is participating instead of sitting all alone in her house without any stimulation. I have no daily thoughts of worry about how she is doing. She has everything she needs and more at Pacifica. Thank you.

The care for my father is good. The staff communicates well and they are very friendly. The community is up-kept and clean. My father has been enjoying his meals they are healthy for him. The community offers activities on site and off site. It also offers various special features for the residents like transportation. I feel that the staff is keeping him safe.

One of the main reasons why we picked this community was because of the friendly encouraging staff. My father is not participating in activities at the moment but the staff does a great job encouraging him to a level of comfort. His room is kept nice and tidy. The meal portions served are perfect. I feel like the community does a great job of keeping him happy.

My father in law has improved so much since his move to this community. They are even moving him to a more independent apartment, but he still access to help if he needs it. The community looks great, everything is spotless when I visit. They have a lovely staff here. Everybody has been very nice and friendly. He has become more social, and he has even made some new friends. He has gained some weight, so we know he is eating good. He is doing amazing here and I would highly recommend it.

The staff has been wonderful with the care for my mother. The meals have been good. We really like that she is in a safe place with good people. The community is kept clean and there's a positive atmosphere around.

Very impressed with the staff and this facility. Residents looked well cared for and happy. Nancy, the Executive Assistant, is the one that gave us the facility tour. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She brought me and my sister to tears with her kindness!!

My brother is doing pretty well since moving into Desert Springs. I cannot say enough about the staff at this community. Everyone we have met is so upbeat, positive and interested in making his stay a good one. He likes that he can order off the menu. He is not yet participating in any activities but I hope that changes once he settles in more.

My dad has been living here for a few years. So far everything is just fine. The care has been excellent and I have no concerns or problems. The community is always clean. I would recommend their services.

My mother is doing very well here, I know she is in good hands. They are caring for her and her needs very well. There are many activities offered for her to try when she is ready. They do a good job with keeping her room and the facility nice and clean. The staff is great, they are very friendly and informative. I'am comfortable with the care they are providing here. Staff have helped my aunt participate in things that she hasn't done for years and badly needed to related to hygiene and diet and socialization. It is miraculous. They are responsive and caring and communicate with us promptly. There is a great atmosphere when one walks in, fun and interactive. We recommend this community.

My Father in law is doing well at The Citadel. They offer a lot of activities and he enjoys playing cards and pool. He is satisfied with the food. The staff are very pleasant. The community is kept clean inside and out for the residents.

The staff and community are good here. All seems well-kept and I like the staff who helped me from the beginning. The move was positive and simple. My overall experience is going good so far, this community has made the transition for my mom and family easy as possible. I would recommend this community to other.

Since I have moved here, everything is wonderful. I get to clean my apartment my way, I also cook my own meals or at times I go to the dining room. The food is tasty too. I keep myself busy with all the entertainment and have met lots of nice residents. The staff are respectful, caring and very nice. I would recommend this community for because I am able to get around, have fun, and meet nice people.

The staff is there to aid in any way and it is greatly appreciated for those making such an important move of a love one.

This a nice facility and they are trying their best to care for my husband. The community is nice, but it could use a little maintenance here and there. The staff is good, they are caring for him well. They do offer good activities and good food. I would recommend this community to someone that don't need much assistance.
