The staff which I have interacted with have been superbly friendly and helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Facility is in great shape, clean, functional. Guest visitor parking is limited.

A company that leads by their core values and provides life changing services for their residents is a community worth your trust. I hope you take the time to meet their team, especially if your loved one is a Veteran or the spouse of a Veteran.

I took a tour for mom. I loved the layout of the community. Has beautiful views and is really nice. I will be contacting [name removed] as soon as I move my mother to Reno from Wisconsin.

I’m looking for my wife for her future needs. [name removed] gave me a very good tour and answered all my questions. It was a beautiful community and everyone was very friendly. When it’s time, Park Place will be the assisted living I choose.

Impressed with the information presented, & the flexibility in scheduling when an emergency had me having to cancel the original appointment last minute. Many outstanding considerations on this one, from the simplicity of the pricing, their very successful management of COVID-related protocols, smooth transitioning from Assisted Living to Memory Care, to the proximity of their facility to our homes. Definitely a top contender as we weigh our options.

This facility is warm and homey. It is very clean and secure. I recently did a tour for my husband's placement and felt at ease right away during this stressful time. The staff was tremendously accommodating and took a lot of time to thoroughly answer my mirad of questions. A 5-Star rating is hardly high enough for this wonder place.

From the moment we walked into the office of Park Place during our search for the perfect spot for our dear friend we just knew this is the place. Our friend moved in within a few days. Then corona virus hit just a few weeks latter. From day 1 our friend was treated with care, compassion, professionalism and understanding. Everyone took special care to help with the special needs of our friend., special care re the challenges because of corona virus. I cant give enough praise on our experience with Park Place. Thank You to each of you at Park Place and a special Thank You to [name removed] your kindness and friendly approach made such a difference in the most difficult times. Took a tour when looking for a place for my grandmother. It’s so beautiful and clean, I was really impressed! Everyone there was so friendly, made me feel very welcome and at home.

Park Place in Reno, Nevada is a wonderful place to House your loved one. The staff is friendly, and very accommodating to the needs of our senior family members. The facility is very clean and extremely “homey”. The grounds are lovely and very hospitable looking. I would highly recommend them.

The facility its 5 star and Covid free but when it comes to Assisted Living (AL) they are tiny

Mountain Terrace was outstanding. My mom was only there for two months. The staff was wonderful. The staff knew our name and returned phone calls. They were great. They could have done a better job with the low sodium diet. The room sizes and layout of the community were excellent. The A Place For Mom advisor was wonderful and so helpful, especially with me being out of state.

For the past 14 months my mother lived and was loved at Park Place. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an intimate setting for their loved one. The caretakers were extraordinary in their care of her and we’re attentive to the families request. Though I was miles away, I knew that they really cared and we’re looking out for her best interest. A big shout out to [name removed], who poured extra love and attention over my mom, making her feel special. I love their belief in aging in place and the support they provided by recommending additional help when my mom’s health worsened. Allowing my mom to stay in a place where she knew everyone was such a blessing and made her happy. I really couldn’t have found a better placement for my mom and I’m thankful for all they did.

I called park place out of desperation, looking for an assisted living facility for my 84 year old mother in-law who has slight dementia and couldn’t live at home alone any longer. I initially spoke with [name removed] who was so kind and welcoming. We got to talking and forty five minutes later it was like I’d known her forever. My mother in-law lives there now and we couldn’t be happier. We moved her in, made her little studio like a home with all of her little trinkets from home. [Name removed] and [name removed] treat us like family. All the services they offer we’ve had to use and it has been so helpful to the family, especially me because the other facilities she lived in were not so much like a home environment but more like an apartment complex. So I was there everyday doing for her what they didn’t... We love Park Place! Especially [name removed] AND [name removed]! ??

I'm currently looking for assisted livng for my mother for her future needs. The Community Relations Director, [name removed], was wonderful and answered all my questions. This community is beautiful and everyone I met was very friendly. When the time comes, Park Place will be my mothers' new home.

A very clean and friendly atmosphere.

In January we in a situation to find an assisted living facility at that time we visited a few places some good and some great After touring Desert View Senior Living we had no doubts what so ever that this one was perfect. First off the Staff is awesome!!!!!! The Facility is so beautiful and clean like a fine hotel and they really do care about everyone. On the tour we noticed that everyone living there and also the staff was happy, friendly and took pride in their living quarters. [name removed] was so supportive throughout this whole adventure always reached out to our family and solved any situations that arrived, we will miss him. Great place for your loved one.
