My Grandmother lived there in 2012. It is a very beautiful community. Staff are very attentive and caring. I would recommend this community to anyone.

The staff which I have interacted with have been superbly friendly and helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Facility is in great shape, clean, functional. Guest visitor parking is limited.

My Mother recently moved into Copper Canyon! Part of her Dementia was not wanting to eat. She had lost a lot of weight at the past facility she resided (one of the reasons she isn't there anymore!) All of the staff, and I mean, ALL, individually tried to get her to eat. She was offered so many different kinds of foods and Finally, there was one gal, a cook there, she would eat for! Everyday this wonderful lady takes time to sit with her, walk with her and she eats. This is truly amazing!! The effort from everyone there is amazing! They deserve 10 stars!

Impressed with the information presented, & the flexibility in scheduling when an emergency had me having to cancel the original appointment last minute. Many outstanding considerations on this one, from the simplicity of the pricing, their very successful management of COVID-related protocols, smooth transitioning from Assisted Living to Memory Care, to the proximity of their facility to our homes. Definitely a top contender as we weigh our options.

This facility is warm and homey. It is very clean and secure. I recently did a tour for my husband's placement and felt at ease right away during this stressful time. The staff was tremendously accommodating and took a lot of time to thoroughly answer my mirad of questions. A 5-Star rating is hardly high enough for this wonder place.

From the moment we walked into the office of Park Place during our search for the perfect spot for our dear friend we just knew this is the place. Our friend moved in within a few days. Then corona virus hit just a few weeks latter. From day 1 our friend was treated with care, compassion, professionalism and understanding. Everyone took special care to help with the special needs of our friend., special care re the challenges because of corona virus. I cant give enough praise on our experience with Park Place. Park Place in Reno, Nevada is a wonderful place to House your loved one. The staff is friendly, and very accommodating to the needs of our senior family members. The facility is very clean and extremely “homey”. The grounds are lovely and very hospitable looking. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I are looking at places for my Aunt. She does not want to leave her home but we can no longer care for her. Everything about Copper Canyon was exactly what we were looking for. The interaction with the staff and residents was remarkable! It made me cry in how caring they are! All the department heads made a point to speak with us and ease our minds about putting her in a memory care facility! Our guilt went away! I highly recommend this facility for your loved one!

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Copper Canyon. Everything from A-Z has been the best; care, communication, activities, meals and so much more! This is the best place we looked at!

The facility its 5 star and Covid free but when it comes to Assisted Living (AL) they are tiny

We can't say enough about how incredible Copper Canyon was and how they helped us thru a difficult time. My mother was diagnosed with bladder cancer and needed short term assistant living immediately. We were so very overwhelmed with everything involved, and on top of it all, we had to do this out of state. Just mindblowing. The Copper Canyon staff helped us every step of the way in the placement and transition process. They did an excellent job of working with the TMC Hospice personnel in making sure Mom's comfort level was best as it could be, which gave us great peace. With the COVID19 situation and Arizona, a significant hotspot, we had substantial concerns about placing her. Copper Canyon took every step in making sure Mom was safe, along with everyone else involved. Mom was a very sharp woman and told it as it was. Everyone at Copper Canyon loved her. When we called, she would say to us what great meals she had and what a lovely and caring staff. Mom and her family very grateful and blessed we had found Copper Canyon. They made the last days of her life peaceful and loved.
