I cannot say enough great things about Desert View Senior Living. My father had a health episode and it was no longer safe for him to be home alone. We struggled to find a place where we felt comfortable and he felt comfortable. There are places with more curb appeal but he wasn't happy there. He made many friends at Desert View with both the other occupants and the staff. The staff is amazing! He would "light up" when they entered the room and they did everything with love. I never once had to worry about his physical or mental health because they saw to it all. During the pandemic, they kept everyone safe and spent many hours listening to his stories and keeping him company. Later, when time got small, they stayed with me and kept me company by telling me stories of him. I love this place and will always be grateful for their loving care.

The staff was very attentive and very personal. They were all really good with my mom. The care giving staff was very attentive with my mother and we felt like she was in good care. They clearly pay a lot of attention to their residents. The activities were good; they had movies, outside professionals come and do performances, and they even had wine tasting events on-site with music. The community is a bit pricey, however we feel we got our money's worth for the level of care they were providing. It seemed like a "stationary cruise", there was a lot of staff, a lot of activities, and they were always very concerned with the quality of care the residents were receiving. My mother was never bored and she was clearly well cared for.

The staff are just amazing. They are warm, friendly, approachable, and just super people. It's like living in a healthy home environment. The food is good and like home cooking. We searched and visited several places that were fancy and hotel like, but here they were warm and sincere. The residents and the staff are friendly and compassionate. My mom says it's the best thing ever. She is happy as a clam and is really thrilled to be living there. During COVID, the communication has been great. They send a weekly email update. I love the way they are handling things with gloves, masks, and taking temperatures when people enter the building, they have had no cases.

[Name removed] and the staff do a wonderful job of helping my husband, and they are ready to step in and help with anything that needs to be done that I cannot physically do. Them being willing to do such tasks as taking him to the Medicare office, or to help my husband contact his retirement offices has been a huge help when I have been unable to do this due to distance. The facilities are always clean and lively, the staff is always friendly, and they are on top of his medications. They also go a step beyond to ensure that I can still stay connected to him during this time when physically visiting him is not possible due to the coronavirus. Desert View is a very good facility, and I highly recommend.

We went on a tour of Park Place. We were greeted warmly and welcoming. [Name removed] was so helpful with all our questions. The cottages were very clean and inviting. The care services were all inclusive and the value of Park Place is above any of the other Assisted living places we toured. You could tell the residents were happy and very well taken care of. The activities are endless. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend looking into Park Place.

I toured Park Place Assisted LIving in anticipation of my dad needing care in the future as he ages. The community relations director, [name removed], gave me a complete tour of the community including lunch with the some of the residents. The meal was tasty and well balanced. I was impressed with the individual studio rooms and beautiful views. The care givers I interacted with were very friendly and I observed good care being administered to the residents. The overall cleanliness of the cottages I observed during my tour was excellent. [Name removed] was very compassionate and answered all my questions. When the time comes for dad to move from his home to assisted living, Park Place will be my choice.

They have taken very good care of my dad. The office folks are helpful and easy to work with. The care staff is friendly and attentive to my dad’s needs. This facility is clean and well run. My dad likes the food too!

[Name removed] is great. She really takes the time to listen and understand your needs.

Nothing but praise from first contact through transition of my wife to memory care. Desert View lived up to and exceeds any expectation. When I needed assistance personally they even took care of me in a respite room near my wife in memory care so so could be near here day and night. I asked them what I can do to share my experience and this is my way of saying thank you to the amazing memory care team. Zero and I mean zero complaints from day one. Amazing there’s a community like this.

People are great here. The Food is very good and the property is very nice.

I have lived here for over a year. I like the people and activities. I enjoy playing cards, the entertainment provided, bingo, piano players, and magicians that come in. I also volunteer a lot and enjoy giving to people. I also met my husband here and we are very fulfilled. We got married at The Citadel in the community hall. I also enjoy the church services here. The front desk especially [name removed] is very helpful.

Food is very good, people are great, and property is nice. I really enjoy the Karaoke.

My mother lives at The Citadel. I am very happy with the caregivers as they are accommodating and thoughtful. She loves to play bingo 6 times a week there and it keeps her busy.

Been here 3 years and find little fault. Food is good and plenty of activities for seniors. I enjoy pinochle, bingo, entertainment. The landscaping is also very lovely.

I am a new resident. The food is great. I chose The Citadel because I like meeting people and it is not to far from my kids.

I live in Assisted Living. I give the community 5 Stars because of the warm employees and caregivers. LOTS of Entertainment. I was able to decorate my apartment anyway I wanted it and have an accent wall in lilac. The sales team shows my apartment and I am proud of the way my apartment looks and feels. This is home.

I would reccomend Cranberry Court to anyone who is looking for an assisted living for their relative or friend.

My mother has been a resident at Cambridge Assisted Living in Rosenberg for six years. I am very confident she is receiving the best care available. The staff does such a good job, I feel like I have family taking care of my mother. I have watched her receive her medication and have no concerns she is receiving it correctly and on time. She knows Cambridge is home and has never ask to be anywhere else. I would recommend Cambridge Assisted Living in Rosenberg to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.

Honestly don’t know what I would have done without [name removed]! She has help my hand and walked me through every step of this journey of moving my elderly parents. She has been so thorough to answer my every question & has followed through on every thing she said she would do. Lakeshore is clean, offers every amenity/services that anyone could possibly need or want for elderly and or ill parents. This facility offers far more than the 4-5 other places that I visited! I cannot recommend [name removed]& Lakeshore enough. After searching numerous facilities, I hit the jackpot with Lakeshore. I will recommend them to anyone that asks me. [name removed]

I don’t know how to say thank you soo much especially the assistance in getting my VA. I was worried and Desert View gave me hope when no other community would. I’ve been here since June. The helped me get my Va in 5 months! Amazing. The staff is fabulous, friendly and courteous. You can’t go wrong with them. The problem with the food it’s too good!
