Pinnacle Senior Living

We chose Whittier Glen because they were the only facility that were willing to work with us on the price based on my fathers situation. I felt like they were looking for my fathers best interest. The rooms here seemed decent sized, they are like hotel room set ups. They also have handicap accessible rooms if needed. It seems like a nice facility but does need some cosmetic updates. I would recommend them.

From what we have gathered from our loved one the meals are good and they are accommodating when it comes to special requests. We also know that they have a list of activities in their pamphlet for the residents to participate in.

I recently explored the area for an assisted living facility in which to place my husband. I found Desert View to be a very inviting place.. The management and staff were most helpful and always ready to provide help and information. Unfortunately my husband passed away before he was able to become a resident. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel "at home", please check Desert View. I believe you will be impressed.

We chose The Citadel because of the affordability for what you were able to get. The room sizes here are on the smaller side, he went from assisted living to an independent apartment and he chose a studio, but overall it is fine. He has had no complaints about the food. The staff members here are wonderful. they are always checking on him and letting us know if he needs anything. They are just very attentive and have become his family. I would recommend to others looking.

This community is great and we couldn't be more happy with them. You can definitely feel comfortable taking your loved one to Rockbrook. You will know the staff is wonderful, loving and very friendly with the families. They will take great care of your loved one. I know my mom is well taken care of, and am able to trust the staff.

This review is based off of our experience we had a year ago. The director that was there at the time was awesome, we were very pleased with them. We do know they had all kinds of activities, and the rooms were like being at home. Our loved one had her bed and own bathroom, she also had a TV and her own chair. She also had bird feeders outside the windows, and they let us decorate with pictures. Carrington community was so good to our loved one, it felt like a home we could come and go as we pleased.

The Maple Meadows staff is very friendly and the passion they have for their work and residents shows in everything they do, every day! Thank you for all you guys do!

This is a safe and comfortable place to live. The interactions with everyone is great. The staff is quick to respond to any concerns of mine. The food is a little on the weak side of the scale; however, I cook for myself.

We chose The Citadel because the affordability and the convenience to our house. The apartment sizes here are adequate, a standard 1 bedroom. The best part about the community so far has been the convenience. They do shuttles to doctors appointments within a 10 mile radius on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I would recommend.

My mother-in-law lives here. I tried doing it myself for 2 months it was overwhelming. Caregiving is very stressful. Citrus Hills was a godsend.

This is a very nice community. The staff go above and beyond. My loved one is getting the best possible care. The friendliness of the staff stands out to me. The staff are impressive with their caring nature. This was the nicest community during my search for communities.

It is an expensive, the value is priced high. When we were there the last time they did had arts and crafts for the residents. It is a smaller community, and our loved one has her room which is nice. Our loved one says she likes the food they serve. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

Right now their main thing is to keep everyone safe. The community hasn't had any cases of COVID. They top priority is being safe. Whittier Glen did a great job before COVID, now they are limited on the food they can deliver to residents with quality on top of their mind. The residents are eating in their room. The community is keeping the decorations going to keep the spirits of residents up.

We chose Madison Pointe Senior Living because of the availability of this facility at the time. i did get to move her stuff in before the lock down and the room size was adequate for what her needs were. The staff here were really friendly, especially the director. I would recommend this facility.

It is a good value for the money. It is very adequate. The room is nice. There are different floor plans to choose from. There are additional services to choose from as well

Park Place is a great community. Their staff are wonderful that work there. Many have been there over five or ten years. They take awesome care of their residents. Highly recommend Park Place for your loved ones.

I’m looking for an assisted living place for my father when the time comes. Park Place is a really pretty community. Great views of Reno. The staff are very friendly and show that they genuinely care for their residents. All my questions were answered by [name removed] who was extremely knowledgable and kind. I have found my Dad’s new home when the time comes.

Very nice community. Grounds are beautiful. Has a very cozy, homey feel. Staff are wonderful and the residents are well taken care of.

Looking ahead for myself when it’s time. Loved this community compared to others. Very clean, beautiful grounds and views. Very reasonably priced and everyone was so friendly. This will be my new home when the time comes.

Park Place is such a pretty community. Great views of the surrounding mountains and city lights. Everyone that works there is so friendly. You can see that they love their residents and take very good care of them. I would highly recommend them for your loved ones.
