I want to recognize the management team and caregivers at this building. Aide has worked hard to build the right culture. The care has been excellent for as long as we have had residents in this building. The management team goes above and beyond to support their team. I have witnessed great communication and teaching from their management team. [name removed] and Aide's level of passion is extraordinary. Aide is genuine with her residents .This is real. I am amazed on how much they have all grown. Kudos to you Aide and your team.

We looked at several facilities and this was the one we thought to be the best fit for us and it turned out to be just that. We have a very nice apartment on the ground floor, we have a nice view out to vegetation. They also recently put out a paver patio so that has been very nice. All of the staff here take great care of the place and it is extremely clean, they do a great job of maintaining it. It has worked very well and I would recommend them to others looking.

We chose Desert View because it was recommended to us and they had availability quickly when we needed it. Before I put my mother there when we were moving stuff in, I was able to meet a lot of the residents there and speak with them about their experience. They sold it better than anybody else so I would encourage others to do that as well. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

The community is very clean and caring. They take good care of the residence, and I like everything about it. They do lots of activities and my loved one is happy as can be. I would recommend the community to others.

The community is fabulous. The staff really cares and are so friendly. They have had a good covid plan and made sure the residence stayed safe. I would recommend this community to others

Our parents have been living at Carrington for over three years, including during this last Covid-19 year, and they have had a great experience there. Prior to living at Carrington, they lived for a year in one of Green Bay's giant assisted- living/rehab/ nursing home campuses, and the difference is remarkable. Carrington has a maximum of 22 residents, so the staff gets to know the residents as individuals and knows each persons needs, likes and dislikes. The residents and staff develop a relationship with each other that is similar to a family. Carrington is more like a home than an institution. Another positive for this small place vs the large home of hundreds, is that germs don't spread like wildfire. In the large institution, my parents were frequently quarantined in their rooms because of flu or some other stomach virus going around. At Carrington, this has never happened. My parents and all of the residents have been free of flu and covid throughout their stay at Carrington. The place is very clean, the food is great, and can be customized if the resident doesn't like what is being served. When my parents push their buzzer, people come to their assistance in a timely manner. When we feel something goes wrong, the administration and caregivers have answered our concerns in a timely manner. I have learned that the fancy furniture and fireplaces and country club atmosphere you see at the large campuses are mostly for show and to persuade you to sign on the line. But what really matters is the caring staff who are with your loved one 24/7. You can't see that on your one hour tour of the place, but should be the main reason why you should be choosing a home for loved ones. The behind the scenes caregivers at Carrington are top notch and provide not just care but love and attention too. If I were to do it all over again, I would choose Carrington, and so would my mom and dad. They love it there.

I have had no complaints about Lakeshore Assisted Living and Memory Care. We looked all over this area and this one was by far the best out of the ones that we saw. They do have a variety of room sizes depending on what you need, I am happy with my room size. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Whittier Glen because they were the only facility that were willing to work with us on the price based on my fathers situation. I felt like they were looking for my fathers best interest. The rooms here seemed decent sized, they are like hotel room set ups. They also have handicap accessible rooms if needed. It seems like a nice facility but does need some cosmetic updates. I would recommend them.

From what we have gathered from our loved one the meals are good and they are accommodating when it comes to special requests. We also know that they have a list of activities in their pamphlet for the residents to participate in.

I recently explored the area for an assisted living facility in which to place my husband. I found Desert View to be a very inviting place.. The management and staff were most helpful and always ready to provide help and information. Unfortunately my husband passed away before he was able to become a resident. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel "at home", please check Desert View. I believe you will be impressed.

We chose The Citadel because of the affordability for what you were able to get. The room sizes here are on the smaller side, he went from assisted living to an independent apartment and he chose a studio, but overall it is fine. He has had no complaints about the food. The staff members here are wonderful. they are always checking on him and letting us know if he needs anything. They are just very attentive and have become his family. I would recommend to others looking.

This community is great and we couldn't be more happy with them. You can definitely feel comfortable taking your loved one to Rockbrook. You will know the staff is wonderful, loving and very friendly with the families. They will take great care of your loved one. I know my mom is well taken care of, and am able to trust the staff.

This review is based off of our experience we had a year ago. The director that was there at the time was awesome, we were very pleased with them. We do know they had all kinds of activities, and the rooms were like being at home. Our loved one had her bed and own bathroom, she also had a TV and her own chair. She also had bird feeders outside the windows, and they let us decorate with pictures. Carrington community was so good to our loved one, it felt like a home we could come and go as we pleased.

The Maple Meadows staff is very friendly and the passion they have for their work and residents shows in everything they do, every day! Thank you for all you guys do!

This is a safe and comfortable place to live. The interactions with everyone is great. The staff is quick to respond to any concerns of mine. The food is a little on the weak side of the scale; however, I cook for myself.

We chose The Citadel because the affordability and the convenience to our house. The apartment sizes here are adequate, a standard 1 bedroom. The best part about the community so far has been the convenience. They do shuttles to doctors appointments within a 10 mile radius on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I would recommend.

My mother-in-law lives here. I tried doing it myself for 2 months it was overwhelming. Caregiving is very stressful. Citrus Hills was a godsend.

This is a very nice community. The staff go above and beyond. My loved one is getting the best possible care. The friendliness of the staff stands out to me. The staff are impressive with their caring nature. This was the nicest community during my search for communities.

It is an expensive, the value is priced high. When we were there the last time they did had arts and crafts for the residents. It is a smaller community, and our loved one has her room which is nice. Our loved one says she likes the food they serve. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.
