I have my son [name removed] living at this place. He was in an auto accident 6 years ago and is brain damage, he forgets a lot of things and has problems remembering things. This place has been a wonderful place for him. We are very glad and happy for his care. The personnel is great in caregiving.

This is a good community and it is a good value. The staff are very friendly and kind. My loved one was in the memory care and is moving over to the unassisted living and is excited to participate in more activities.

This community has been a blessing for my loved one. This has helped out tremendously. She is happy and feels like she is living on her on and also she feels safe because she has the community with her.

It is a good community and a good place to go. As soon as you walk in there is no smell to the community. The staff are very helpful and polite to work with. There are a lot of activities going on for the residents to choose from such as dominos, arts and crafts, and games.

My tour was just a normal showing of the facility. I had a hard time getting around, and they let me sit and rest, which was nice. Although another community went and got me a wheelchair, which was exceptional.

Place has been awesome!!! Most of the staff really seems to care about the residents!

It is a good value. The staff and residents seem friendly. The staff was very helpful and caring towards the family and my loved one. During the pandemic they offered movies, bingo, and more for activities for the residents.

I recently needed some help getting my 77 year old father a retired US Navy veteran into assisted living. I was directed to Desert View Senior living. I spoke with [name removed] Wolf who did an amazing job at getting my father all the VA paperwork needed to assist with the expenses. Thank you all for all the amazing work you do for our retired service members!

Our first impression of Harvest Home was actually not the best. It is not the fanciest looking community, but we have grown to love it. The staff members here are just wonderful, and they have plenty of activities for the residents to participate in.

Very nice place and very close to where I live, which is a definite bonus. [name removed] was very friendly and answered all of my questions (sometimes twice!) This would be a tie with Blue Ridge Senior Living. Still working out my dad's finances.

We are very happy with our decision and choosing Lakeshore for our loved one. We loved it from the moment we saw it, it really is in no comparison to others communities. They have everything our loved one could possibly need and the director is just awesome.

Understand that this is not a nursing home, so there is not round the clock medical care. Because of that, the cost is actually more reasonable. I feel it's been an excellent value, and I like that they offer a military rate for veterans. They do have doctors on call if your loved one needs something like a medication refill. There's a variety of other residents, both men and women, in different levels of care. The memory care unit is clean, friendly, and everybody seemed to be happy there. In the several months my loved one has been there, there has not been any turnover in personnel as far as I can tell. And I think that's significant and a good indication that there's nothing going wrong there. They staff have been very helpful to me in every case. They communicate with me very well. I provide some supplies for my loved one, and they're good at communicating to me when she needs something and also being patient if it takes it me a day or two to bring it by. For visits, they have what they call the Coca Cola Room with a 1950s soda fountain design where you can visit the memory care patients if the weather outside isn't favorable. I think the activities are really good. My loved one is very energetic, so they have her doing all kinds of things. Of course there's some things she can't do. They have television and lots of games. They actually have her doing some cleaning because she really likes to clean. As far as I know, they're doing a good job meeting her needs and requirements as far as activities go. For an entire 11-month period they had zero cases of Covid, which I thought was pretty impressive. They did have one case recently, but they quarantined instantly and took the proper procedures to contain it. And now everybody has all their shots, which is good.

We toured Pleasant Point and this is actually where I wanted to place my mom. They had what is called and "age in place" program that I was really impressed with. She needed more monitoring so we were referred to another facility.

We chose North Point Senior Living because of the size of the facility (it is small and intimate) and when I met the staff before we brought her in, they were so welcoming to her so it was a perfect fit. The room sizes here are very nice size. We are able to fit her double bed, a dresser, shelf, and 2 chairs so it is spacious. It is a very warm and homey environment and they treat their residents like family here. They are always neat and clean and they do a wonderful job. We are very pleased with our experience.

Our family had a virtual tour first and the people we spoke with her very nice and friendly. The community looked very clean so we reserved an in person tour appointment. However when we pulled up to the community we noticed there was multiple floor levels and our loved one did not want anyone living above her.

We chose Desert View because the facility fit all of my brothers needs perfectly. It was very clean and we were impressed with the staff members, The room sizes here are very nice and not on top of each other. He shares a room and they have plenty of space. The staff know every resident by name and they know what their specific needs are. I would tell others to make sure to physically go in so that you can really appreciate what is being offered here. I would highly recommend to others who are looking and already have.

I had an online-only virtual tour, and they did a good job. It looked very nice. I did not physically go there, but it looked clean with nice rooms. The location was nice. I had no negative feelings. It was all good. The people I talked to were very nice, friendly, and helpful.

I like the spaciousness and layout of the space, as well as the proximity to family. This would probably be a good fit for my dad. I will keep this one in consideration.

There is none better than this community. The staff is friendly, patient, and mindfulness of the residents. The food is liked by my loved one and we are able to provide food in the apartment for them. The staff communication is excellent with the family.

It is a lovely community. I would recommend for others loved ones. The community cares for the residents and families. The menu looks good and sounds appetizing. The staff are good at keeping us up-to-date on any questions or concerns over my loved one. The staff are good to answer any questions I may have.
