Let me start by saying I never give a five star review because every place can improve, even if they’re already pretty good. The Phoenix at Lake Joy in Warner Robins GA has been home for my grandmother since Dec 2017 (assisted living). They have changed management twice since then, and of course staff changes are bound to happen. But, the staff have always cared for her and kept her safe, especially during Covid. The rooms are nice and sizeable, and they offer private or semi-private rooms. Most rooms have double windows to allow in lots of natural light. The bathrooms are large enough for someone using a walker or wheelchair to navigate. And, the closets are good-sized. Overall, we have had a good experience with TP@LJ and would recommend it to those looking for assisted living options.

They've been very helpful when needed and very kind to my dad. Staff communication is fine when I have questions. My dad is in independent living so they provide lunch every day. He's been pleased with the food.

The biggest situation was they were short on help, as everyone was. The staff seemed to be ok. They did have activities, but mom was older and not interested in many. Mom was there during transfer of ownership and new Director, but she did ok. Overall the facility was clean. We had to complain about mom's room a couple of times, they were short handed. They have major competition coming in and they seem to be trying to improve. After mom passed it took a few months to get her refund, which was too long. I would recommend them to family and friends.

For the most part, it is good. There is always one bad apple in the bunch though. There are three meals a day served to the residents. The staff communication with the family is good. The activities director really tries hard to engage the residents in the activities offered and keeps the residents busy.

The location, décor, and staff accessibility at inquiry really stood out to us here. The staff are very friendly and try to be as helpful as they can given their workload. My mom is recovering from a fracture and hasn't been able to participate in the varied activities offered. But she has been improving with the PT and OT offered in house. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

The rooms at Lakeview Estates were just too small. Also, while I know they can get confused, one of the residents actually approached me in the lobby and told me that living there was bad. The receptionist got up from her desk and whisked that resident off quickly to "activities." The resident did seem very unhappy.

The cleanliness is pretty good. We have been mostly happy, but it took some adjusting. We picked this community because, they would take my loved one, and we narrowed down to this community. They could handle taking care of my loved one. We had more confidence in this facility. I would recommend to other familes. Other residents is well cared for, which is an indication if your loved one is being taken care of.

Our tour experience went just fine with Neighborhood at Sheffield. The location was a lot further than we would have liked our loved one to be. The facility was nice and they were upfront with us saying they were going through some major renovations. When those renovations are done it is going to look great! But for us we just did not want our loved one in the midst of the chaos.

I toured this community and it was ok. It's clean and staff was friendly.

We do really like the state of the art with this facility that is a huge plus. However they do seem understaffed at times so the quality of the meals is not that good, the meals are served cold and sometimes the dining service is really slow. Based on our experience so far with The Phoenix at James Creek we would recommend the community to other families.

I loved The Neighborhood at Madison. It looked wonderful, and I would have gladly had my loved one there if it were an option for us location-wise.

Overall it was a satisfactory experience. The staff were great to work with and they communicative with the family's questions. Some of the activities offered included: crafts, entertainment, and more for the residents to participate in. Some of the care provided by the community included: medication management, dressing, and bathing assistance.

This facility is great! It's older, but well maintained. The staff is top notch. Communication with the family is great. It's a great fit for my loved one. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We really like the accessibility and availability for our loved one to use their car transportation system - she is able to go to different appointments and even to church services. That for us was a big big benefit. We do think they do a good job with the activities and based on our experience so far we would recommend The Lafayette community to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and it was our second choice, it was a nice experience but when we got into the finances we learned it was a base fee and then additional fees would be added on depending on how much care and assistance your loved one needed and we were looking more for a set payment so we didn't have to worry about it constantly fluctuating

The front office staff, [name removed] and [name removed], are awesome. They've helped us out and done everything in the universe for us, and we super apricate that. My loved one complains about the food sometimes. But the care has been really good. There's just one person who can be a little gruff with her, but most of the staff are very good. One huge plus that factored into our decision is they also offer memory care, so when the time comes for that later on, I don't have to move my loved one off campus.

What sticks out most about The Bungalows at Springdale is the cleanliness of the facility and the fact that the staff are helpful whenever we have needed anything.
