The rehab therapists really followed through and got time to know my loved one and me. They spent time educating and made sure to study her records. The caseworker is really good. At times, they allowed some of the patients to have TVs blaring instead of having quiet times or limiting the noise level. The meals are a little rushed and crowded at times, but the food is sufficient.

The physical therapist and occupational therapist staff were excellent! The meals were excellent! Give the chef my compliments!

Overall, we had a great experience! My loved one had an incident I found out three days later. They should be more prompt in letting me know what's going on.

We had no problems with the nurses. I have no complaints about communication but I think I would have preferred maybe a little more on the day to day basis.

My loved one has a nice big room. The staff is really nice. The nurses are nice. They changed her mattress and I think it is really nice. The bathrooms were beautiful. She does not like the food. They answered the phone.

The staff was really nice to talk to. Every time I came to visit someone was coming in to check in on him. The cleanliness was good. The upstairs of the nursing home looked like a hospital. The downstairs was homier. The floor was sticky in his room all the time but the rest of the place was clean. He didn't care for the food, but he was at a point where didn't like much food. The food itself had great flavor. Some of the food was cold by the time it got to him. When my loved one had an incident, they called the hospital before us. I wish they called us first.

I visited the facility once and everything looked good to me. The people were friendly and were very at good communication. I did not witness the meals myself, but my loved one said she was satisfied with the meals. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend!

Everybody's very friendly and I get calls all the time. Everything was clean as a hospital in there and my grandfather's room looked very clean to me. He hates the meals but that's just my grandfather. He wants something other than hospital and rehab foods.

Everyone's been friendly and helpful. When we asked some questions, in the beginning, they did answer but I haven't gotten any calls from them about how my loved one is doing. If I'm not asking, they're not telling me anything.

The nursing care is excellent. My mother has an aide who takes a personal interest in her and works closely with my mother. She watches her with good care and makes sure she is safe. The meals are good and I like that with the meals, they are given a choice and she does not have to fill out a menu ahead of time. It is a home like atmosphere. We only had one conference call with the administration and a call about a medication. The room and environment are small and the whole unit needs updating. They should paint the walls a brighter color and remove the carpet to get a cleaner appearance.

One of the nurses did a good job and kept us informed. The social worker was also good with updates. I think they took too long to start therapy but they said it is slow getting started. We would like more therapy.

I have nothing bad to say about the whole organization, they're really, really good. They have some really great people working there. The nursing care has been good but right now they have my mom in a setting where they're not allowing her any kind of independence at all, so that's difficult for her. Overall, she's not loving the dining experience. She can't manage to eat by herself very well anymore. I get occasional calls but the communication with the last move wasn't great. It was really time-compressed and really took us by surprise at how fast they wanted to move her. I've got a meeting with Phoebe this afternoon to talk about my concerns.

So far, so good! The therapists have my mom up and moving around and that is good. Everyone is nice and helpful. There is one aide who is very friendly and helpful with mom. It is very nice and clean. She does not have a problem with the meals and she is not going hungry. I spoke with the nurse but not a doctor yet but the communication has been good.

Everyone is thorough and friendly. There are no worries with my loved one being there. The therapists are helping her with her mobility. She raves about the food and it is her favorite thing. They have a variety of food. The cleanliness is not bad but there is room for improvement. She was there last year and they are good with their follow-up. They provide all of the necessary follow up. The staff care is great but sometimes we have to wait a little too long for help because they are busy.

Overall it has been such a great experience with Phoebe. This is not my father's first time at the facility and despite his condition, he seems to always be happy when he knows he is returning. This time has been a complete turn around for him at Pheobe. He is never in his room! He is really enjoying himself now and all over the place. I can barely find him when I go to see him because he is having such a good time. This whole process has been difficult on me but I am relieved to have my father here and he is doing amazing with the therapy. He is gaining weight here which we want! In fact, he is ordering everything! The communication has been excellent! There is only one concern I have at this time. The staff is putting really large diapers on him at this point which are different than what he normally wears. I know it is easier for the staff to use these but I think he finds them to be a bit humiliating.

It seems to be going well so far. The communication to me has been fine. My loved one is not wild about the meals and she feels the meals are lacking flavor. There is room for improvement when it comes to communication between the shifts. There was an error with one of her medications because of this.

They have good service there and the nurses were good with no issues.

I would recommend Phoebe Allentown!

My wife's stay was good but I think that they could improve on the meal varieties.

The staff was welcoming and delightful. It was clean. They were great in therapy. My loved one's PT person was phenomenal.
