Overall, it was a great stay.

The overall experience has been somewhat good. The speech therapist has been really good. She communicates with my aunt really well and has helped with her feeding problem.

They are doing the best they can. The room is good and the staff is good.

The people are always helpful. You just have to find them.

To me it looked clean in my loved one's room and where he eats. He is getting the care he needs. The aide came to help him.

I think the staff is very friendly. I get a good sense that they are really taking care of my mom. Compared to the other facilities I looked at, Phoebe Allentown is one of the better ones.

I have seen a big improvement with my wife since she has been at Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center. At this time she still cannot walk on her own but the therapy is getting her stronger. As a whole, the staff has been very good. I would recommend this place. It is just late at night when they are short-staffed she has to wait to get help.

The overall experience is not bad, but I think there could be better communication between the staff and also in keeping in contact with me. The staff isn't prompt in getting to my mother to help her and some of their attitudes, and snippiness. It seems that money, and not patient care or well being, is the first priority. It feels like they've given up on her needed care. A lot of times they'll give me initial information and no follow up or next steps and I have to push for more.

It would be a place to go for the short-term. I think the rehab center is very good.

The rehab has been very good but the care is not as good. My loved one had the same clothes on from the day before.

I was pretty satisfied with the overall experience. Everyone was very helpful, I had no issues, communication was open, and everything was fine.

The people that are there really care, and they are friendly. One thing we are not liking, my loved one has been there for over a week and she has not had an actual shower. The bigger concern, she is on a limited diet and I understand that, but there are some nights that she is barely eating anything. I would like to see more options for her.

They are nice at the front desk. It is clean but there is a problem when you ring the bell for help. It takes a half-hour to an hour for help.

I am overall very pleased with Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center. The nurses are very cooperative. While I was visiting last week I was able to witness the nursing care. I witnessed them coming in, checking on my loved one, asking if they could help with anything. The staff has been great. We are very satisfied with Pheobe.

It was good. The staff is very kind and compassionate. The room is very nice as a single room.
