Overall, it was pretty great.

Looks good and I like the overall experience so far.

The nursing and that is very good. You can tell that they're pros at it. For the most part, it's been a good experience.

It has been good at Phoebe Wyncote. I would say the rehab therapy is excellent. The nurses are very helpful and the staff kept me informed.

I think the place is great. From what I've seen, my mother is enjoying her stay. The staff is responsible, and call us when something happens. Everyone is nice and I can see that in some of the patients, they are always in a good mood.

My loved one is improving. He is walking more and his balance is getting better. He has all of the attention he needs and he said his food tastes good. It is extremely clean and it does not smell.

The stay is going well. The therapy services are good but my loved one seems to be sleeping a lot lately. The nursing care has been fine.

The therapy here is absolutely wonderful. The therapists are exceptional. You don't see the nurse around that much but the care from their assistants has been fine. The only thing that was a bit difficult was this was our first time using a facility, so we were not exactly familiar with how it works. As we got familiar things improved for us.

Almost everything about our stay has been perfect! The call button in his room does not work and he cannot use his legs and that is not good. They give him some bells to ring.

I am very happy with the care he is getting there. I think the rehab therapy is wonderful. Some of the people are wonderful with my dad and is very pleasant. My dad says some are sourpusses and that makes me a little sad. The meals are average. They need more variety of foods. They are wonderful with giving updates.

I think they're doing good, as far as the technical part of it. There are days when I think they could do better. It's not that bad. The therapy team has made progress with my husband. They could be giving him more therapy sessions and be sure to focus on the specific areas he needs help with. I know they're understaffed, but I think the staff could answer the call bell faster than they do. There is some staff that always answer his bell and joke around with him which make him feel better. His bedding is always clean and his bed is always neatly made. He likes their lasagna. The staff doesn't have the answers to the questions that I ask.

Their physical therapy and wound care are really good! The food choices could be a little better. It's okay, but I guess for the people that are at the facility. Portion sizes were a little small in the meals, but my mom hasn't complained.

So far it has been good at Pheobe. I would recommend them to a friend. Their rehab therapy is average. So far the nursing care has been good. Everything seemed clean. I notice the floors in the smaller offices could use more attention. Her room is kept clean. The meals are above average. I haven't heard much from the facility. The only trouble we have run into so far is getting a phone in her room. It's been a week and I am not sure if it is still in there.

The night aide is great! She's a little frustrated with how the call light works, however. She likes their food!

They did excellent with my care. They only thing I wish they would do better is spent more time with me with rehabilitation.

Our stay with Phoebe has been pretty good. The staff has been outstanding. The therapy is awesome, my loved one really likes them! Also, the nurses here are fabulous! I would like to see an improvement in communication.

They do very well. It's a good place and this is the third time my loved one has been here. The staff keeps a good eye on the resident and the staff is very caring. Everybody I have dealt with and have observed have been terrific. My mother likes the meals and they have a good variety to choose from.

The staff is doing very well with my loved one and they give him the care he needs. The nurses give him his medications, and that is going well. They are very helpful and have all been very kind. If something is spilled they come and clean it up right away. Any question I ask, I get an answer immediately.

The experience has all been good. We have no complaints.

My loved one is happy there! He has been using the therapy and he's had some improvements. He also seems to be very satisfied with the nursing care. I am sure if you asked him there might be something they could improve on but I cannot think of anything.
