Phoebe Ministries

I think the care has been pretty good. I like the idea that when my loved one presses the button, if in five minutes she doesn't get a response, it's get automatically escalated to another level. Also, I like that I have already been able to speak with the doctor and the therapist. I will say that the menus are little bit limited, but I am not surprised about that.

The overall experience seems to be pretty good so far. There are some things we weren't aware of that we now know of and they're not quite what we expected, like the shared bathrooms for residents. So far, it seems to be pretty good. They have set up a care conference with me in a couple days.

It's a nice place. Everybody is friendly, so it works out good. I would absolutely recommend Phoebe Richland to a friend. My wife speaks pretty well of all the people who work in the rehabilitation. They do a good job with keeping things clean.

So far I've been very happy with the services. I have not heard any complaints from my father.

So far it has been good at Phoebe Richland. I wish I would see my loved one shaved and kept up with more often. Pretty clean throughout the facility. Although I will mention that the window in his room could use attention.

It has been a very good experience so far. The staff and therapy people are great. The meals and everything is good with no issues. There is a nurse who cares so much with how she cares for her patients. She is very gracious towards them. My loved one gets her meals in her room and the food is excellent. They are great with that. Everyone I speak to answers my questions and updates me.

They have taken very good of my loved one and her personal rehab therapy has gone very quickly. She has done really well there. They are very pleased with her progress and we are too! A good percentage of how well she did is because of what she is taught. They are extremely busy and some patients are not as needy of help as my mom. They are very nice. She is quite pleased with her meals. She likes to go to the dining area. I do not get many updates and I would like to know about her medication and what her progress is.

It is very nice and clean. The staff is very nice. My loved one seems to be improving a lot. The nurses are good. I cannot get a hold of the doctor and social worker did not give me much information. They are all nice. There is a nurse that is very nice and tried to get a hold of the doctor for me but he has not called me back. No one gives me updates and I have to ask them.

My loved one seemed very happy with the service he was having. I have known other people who have been here, so I would recommend Phoebe Richland to a friend. When we asked him, he said the meals are very good, except there is too much.

They are helpful to my loved one. They are very kind and it is a good place to go. The therapy is very good.

We were very pleased with everybody we have worked with. It's been an easy transition. They are very good. They have a very good nursing staff and the dietary aides are fantastic. The occupational therapy and physical therapy were great. Everybody has worked very well together. It's a very emotional time for a family, and they have been very understanding and patient.

They keep the rooms very clean, neat, and orderly, but communication with the doctor could be better.

They're very competent and very patient with my mother.

My stay with Phoebe has been fine. I am using the rehab therapy here and I actually just came back from using it. That is alright too. The nursing care is good. I cannot think of anything they could improve at this time. I would recommend them to a friend!

Overall, it was great! My only concern is with the issue that Dad has been telling me that when he rings for service or a nurse it is a long time before they respond. He has complained about that a couple of times.

I would recommend Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center to a friend.

Overall, it was great! I talked to the head nurse and I explained things to her. My loved one did not get treated for his condition for three days.

The experience has been pretty good for my loved one. He's able to use the walker again now that he's had rehab and physical therapy says he's improving.

It is a nice facility and the people are very nice and accommodating.
