The therapists are super. My dad thinks the food is very good. The staff there have really tried to keep us informed and done good with that.

We have found the facility very nice and the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. They do an excellent job of keeping us informed.

My loved one is enjoying it and we have had good communication with them. I would recommend Phoebe Berks to a friend.

The therapy is going really well. My loved one hasn't complained about the meals, so they must be good! The nursing care is very good and they are great about contacting me and keeping me informed regarding my loved one's care. I wish the therapy department would reach out to me a little bit more to keep me in the loop. I tend to have to reach out to them to get information.

They have an excellent rating. They were clean and nice, but not close for the rest of the family. They are run by the Lutheren Church.

I think we selected the right place based on location alone. The staff seems to turn over a lot, but they still continue to give good care based on how my mom looks physically, I wish they were a little bit more personable, they don't talk to us that much. I really feel that early on in her stay some of the aides took the time to get to know us and my mom and I haven't felt that way recently.

It is worth the cost but the cost is high. It is a nice place and Mom is happy.

Was a little shocked on admission that they didn't ask more questions to get to know mom. I feel like we had to tell them about her routine rather than them ask the questions. It felt as though they were just going to wing it and I didn't love that feeling after helping my mom with her ADLs for the last few years. I feel as though there could have been a more standardized admission process. No one is not nice, I just felt that initially they were not very outgoing. Aside from Iris, I feel like no one (aside from those who admitted her) introduced themselves right away. I've now learned some people but it's been 4 weeks and I still don't know who is really caring for my mom and the role they play. Now my dad may have a different opinion on this. I think that all of the homes are way over priced and it makes it nearly impossible for anyone to make the decision to move a family member there. If it wouldn't have been for Phoebe's proximity to our home, there is definitely another village we would have moved mom to. Having to pay extra for incontinence products and laundry facilities is absurd when the cost is already nearly $[removed] a day.

Thee people are very nice including residence and staff. only some brand new cloths were lost. The community is very clean. The direct nursing staff are awesome the maintenance men are grumpy. Excellent care. The food is OK and diet is adequate but the pancakes are terrible. Our loved one has lots to do and has fun. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for

Staff are helpful but not obtrusive. The staff communicate important issues promptly. We have not had any issues relating to staff in the 3 years my mother-in-law has lived in personal care. Her residence is kept clean and all her needs are regularly met. Staff are friendly to my mother-in-law to the point when agency staff nurses are needed to fill in, she misses the regular staff.

We picked this community because, of primarily the location. My advice to other families, is to just schedule a tour and check it out for yourself and make a list of questions to ask so you don't forget anything.

Phoebe Wyncote was able to take away the stress we had, we knew our loved one was being taken care of. They were caring for our father and actually engaging and getting to know all of his interests. You could tell it was more than a job for the staff. Up until our loved ones passing there were so attentive and accommodating we were very pleased. We would recommend this community to others.

I would recommend it. This is a small facility. My loved one likes the size and how easy it is to get around. It's not overwhelming. She can make a call to the nurse if she needs help but my loved one takes care of herself. Lunch time seems to be the biggest meal. They fill out meal questionnaires for a day ahead. So they know what they are getting, if they want it. If they don't, they can choose a sandwich instead or something simple.

My mom says the food isn't that great. Part of it is they have three seatings, and she's on the latest one which is a little late for her. The overall place is clean. They have a housekeeper that comes in once a week, but she says she's not really happy with that either. They don't clean the bathroom every time they come in, and they just do a real quick job. She does like the activities - movies, exercise, etc. They have playing cards and bingo, although those are at 7 pm, which she thinks is a little late. She would like to see things like that offered during the day.

They have been very communicative by checking in with me and keeping me up to date on things. She has had to change to her apartment a couples. On average, the food is okay, but sometimes she doesn't enjoy it and doesn't want to eat. We chose this community because of availability, it was within her price range, and logistically it worked out well for her.

I really like that they have the option for the continuum of care. It has been a blessing to our family to have a facility like this for her where she is safe, well cared for, and well fed. The care is excellent. Due to my mom being a high fall risk, they are doing 15 minute checks on her, which I appreciate so much. She has settled into the community well surprisingly. She is in her room very little now and participates in activities throughout the day. The level is care has been so critical to us rather than the cost.

For the most part, we're very happy with Phoebe Berks. Phoebe is one of the two best rehabilitation and care facilities in the county. The staff themselves are fine. Although, the administration is spending all their money on renovations. We had major complaints about the size of the room he was put in and the quality of the mattress he had. It seemed like the therapy teams spent more time on evaluations than they did on the actual therapy, and there was no therapy over the weekends.

The stay with Phoebe Berks has been just fine. The care is good. He seems happy. Then again, he isn't really a complainer. We are satisfied and I would recommend them to a friend!

So far, I think it has gone well. When I reach out to the facility I get through right away. I think the staff could be more in tune with the individual's circumstances and needs. Although that issue has been resolved for us.

The experience has been very successful so far! My loved one is enjoying the meals and he is making progress with their therapy. They are a little understaffed. That can be an issue.
