We really like that the memory care side is a smaller area and its divided up into cottages that only allows up to a maximum of 13 residents. This allows our loved one to receive more one on one attention which is more important to us. The meals and dining service is excellent and based on our experience so far we would recommend the North Point Village to other families.

They send pictures of my loved one enjoying the activities. I liked the place. We picked this community, because it was proximity to where she lived, and close to friends. They are good. I would recommend to other families. The Executive Director is very empathetic, attentive and a good listener when discussiing needs of my loved one .[name removed] the nurse is on top of things.

They do the best that they can. They have been very friendly. The home health services have been wonderful. My loved one likes the food, especially the soup. We picked this community because of the location, and price. I would recommend to other families.

We loved this community. It was light and fresh. It was lots going on. It was so much positive energy. It was a further distance, and a larger community.

Sun City West Assisted Living is a hidden gem! The staff is very efficient, kind, and compassionate. It feels like home! Not like most of the assisted living places I toured. The rooms are big, the entire place is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!

The staff are very friendly and respectful of the residents. My loved one can be difficult and I see them treat them with patience and kindness. I find I do have to stay on top of everything all the time. They're not good on following up with you for phone messages.

Bridgewood gardens is a very nice facility, the staff is genuinely concerned for the well-being of their tenants. My father lived there and the memory care facility took very good care of him and provided a safe and clean environment for him. He loved them like family. We miss the staff at Bridgewood!

Historic Roswell Place was really pricey, but it was a VERY nice facility. It looked like they were fully staffed, it would have been a good place if we could have afforded it. I met someone in the parking lot who lived there and they say they loved it. The facility itself looked like it was newly renovated as well.

I'm very impressed with Ridgmar Place. Mom seems to love it there. The food is good, especially at their special events. We just wish they served three meals on Sundays instead of two. But other than that, Ridgmar Place is the perfect setup for mother. And I highly recommend it to other families.

A very nice community just more independent than what my loved one needed.

The amenities they have for the residents are amazing. It's so clean and homely feeling.

The sales lady [name removed] was incredibly friendly from the moment our family met her. We visited other communities and they turned our loved one away immediately and Tucson Place accepted her immediately with no problem. All of the staff members and residents have made her feel comfortable and at home. It truly feels like a community, when you walk down the hallways a lot of the residents rooms are opened so everything just feels very inviting. We have not had a meal there ourselves but presentation wise it looks great, the menu is diverse with a wide range of choices. They take the residents on bus trips and have happy hours every Friday.

The staff was extremely helpful and they welcomed us with a great attitude and lots of patience. Community is very clean and pleasant. Highly recommend!

We really love the staff members at Glenwood Village, they are just so wonderful, carrying and compassionate. They really go above and beyond for the resident's and we would recommend them to other families.

Wonderful experience meeting staff, and food was delicious. Apartment was very clean, and family is very excited.

It has been a very good experience. They transitioned my family member very nicely into the assisted living environment. I was expecting some issues, but as far as I can tell, there were none. And the care they provide has been excellent.

I've been very very happy with everything here. It's really the staff and the atmosphere that makes this place what it is. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Anytime you have a question they're great about follow through. The lady at the front desk is great as well, always very helpful! The food could be better, but the service/dining staff is really great. I'd say the service is top notch and would rate them at a 5. I do think the food quality could improve, though. I think this facility is a great value for the cost. The activities are really good and they are great about encouraging participation and trying to get the residents involved. Communication with the family has been great as well. Housekeeping is once a week and my loved one's place is always neat and clean. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We have been so impressed with Laketown Village, we were so lost in the beginning of the process and every step of the way they have gone out of their way to help us out. This community is perfect for what our loved ones needs. The people there from top to bottom are wonderful, and the nurses are wonderful. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

The Legacy has been great. It was the right place for us at the right time. They've been very accommodating. We really needed a place quickly, and they happened to have an opening in their memory care wing, but not in assisted living. They allowed us to put our loved one in the memory care wing at no extra charge until an opening came up in assisted living, which was perfect for what we've needed. I think she's getting really good attention. It has been a difficult transition due to personal circumstances, but they've encouraged us to give it time, and they've been very patient. They're affiliated with geriatric and psychiatric doctors, and we have taken advantage of both of those services, which would have been really complicated and difficult to work through otherwise. Those services have been fantastic, and I've been impressed with the caliber of the doctors we've been able to see.
