BMV is an awesome place with awesome staff! They have helped my loved one settle into the community quickly, and allowed my loved one to thrive quicker than the family even thought it would take. The meals that are provided to the residents are wonderful, and are the highlight of the experience. The staff communication with the family is easy and the staff are responsive to our questions and requests. Overall I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Staff is great from top to bottom, every part of this from maintenance to the kitchen greeters and every thing in between is great staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Broadway Mesa Village to others.

Gig Harbor Court was an awesome experience for my loved one and family. The staff members have been so caring and helpful with my loved one. The staff communication with the family has been very good. There are three meals a day and the residents are able to have choices to order from a menu in the dining room.

Everything is a five except for the cost it is absolutely ridiculous and how much these places charge I am now in the process of having to move my mother again because we cannot afford [fee removed] a month. She has gone through all of her money in less than a year. However based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

It has been absolutely wonderful for my loved one here. My loved one is able to be more engaged in the community, than at home. Everyone is very friendly here and the residents say hello to everyone. The staff communication with the family has been very good. Some of the activities seemed to be enjoyable more for the women in the community than the men. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from. The meals are well balanced, and they make sure the residents are able to enjoy a meal even if they were gone for a doctor appointment. They have a barbershop and hair salon on site and all you have to do is call to set up an appointment. The community will also take the residents to doctor appointments twice a week, as long as the appointment is within 10 miles of the community.

My dad and I had a tour over the weekend, and the Marketing Director was phenomenal. She had so much patience with my dad. My dad felt so comfortable with her compared to other communities we toured. We are definitely coming to Greenhaven Place soon. Thank you

My loved one is happy here. The staff are wonderful to work with. My loved one is able to speak to family and staff. I wouldn't place my loved one in any other community then here. The Executive Director is wonderful. They only hire direct hires, and they don't have agency medical care staff, and there is a nurse on staff. The staff is amazing! They truly love and care for the residents. The director is always able to speak to family. The value is good, and biggest bang for your buck. There are activities to keep the residents engaged and social. They have furniture and bedding providing. The food is excellent.

We've had a great experience at Broadway Mesa Village. The staff and activities are fantastic. However, expect for unexpected cost increases. They raised my dad's points by one from zero, and it's costing us an extra $900 a month, which is hard for him to afford.

What we really like about the Broadway Mesa Village community are the people, they are awesome. [name removed] in particular. The activities and interactions have all been positive. It feels like they really care about dad.

It was great in the short time we were there before my mom passed away. Really didn't do much there as far as activities with her health going down so quick. The people were all great.

The caregivers are personable and make sure my Mom is comfortable. They encourage her to come out of her room to eat and socialize. Mom has continence issues and she is clean and dry no skin issues. The place is clean and orderly. My family has been able to talk about any issues that come up. The nurse in charge has responded quickly to any concerns. Mom has adjusted and seems happy there. We can come to visit any time and find everything in order.

The staff is very kind & friendly and they give excellent care to the residents. They have lots of activities to choose from and the facility is very clean. Their pricing was the best I found, and the apartments were larger square footage than most places. My father always tells me he has no complaints & they take great care of him.

This was a great community with helpful and friendly staff. They had good follow up. It was a little further from family than we wanted.

We love Sun City West. the people are awesome. It is a great place for her to walk around. It is 3 floors and there is entertainment on all floors. The staff is just unbelievable. I live out of state and they have been really great with communication and helping out. It is so much better than we ever expected and I would absolutely recommend this facility to other families.

The personnel that work at this location are awesome. They take such great care of my mother. they check on her every couple of hours. I love all of the girls there and they love her. I am ecstatic about the way that she is taken care of. The biggest complaint I would say is the food. I would most definitely recommend Legacy at Forest Ridge.

They are great people and Mom is thriving there. Having the in-house PT and OT is an absolute blessing. Mom does not like the food but I think that is just Mom. We have ate there and we think it is good. The food dislike could just be because she doesn't have much of an appetite to begin with.

It is a smaller place so it is more comfortable and personalized. The staff is really friendly, it feels like one big family. They know the residents all by name. The food is excellent - I have eaten here many times. The chef is fantastic. Mom is picky and she loves the food so that says a lot. She has a studio apartment and it works out great for her, especially for the value. She gets free wifi and basic cable. The atmosphere is very light and bright - it reminds me of a little hotel and does not feel like a facility. I would definitely recommend Glenwood Village. Mom is very happy here.

The food is amazing at Greenhaven Place. We had lunch with my mom at the community, and I was very surprised that it was actually delicious. Thank you for the great food and the great customer service.

We were excited about this community, and there was a lot of energy when we first walked in for the tour. It was more than we wanted to spend and that was the only drawback.

This facility is very bright and clean. The staff is wonderful and knows the residents and their family members by name. My loved one feels comfortable here and it's starting to feel like home for her. Housekeeping is done once a week and they do a good job. Communication with the family has been pretty good. It would be nice to have a little bit more communication from the staff, but it's getting better. I'd also like to have direct contact names/phone numbers that we could reach out to if needed. They have a new Activities Director and things are improving with those. The food was okay, but it's improving also. The new Activities Director has organized a little group that they call "Chef's Table." It's a group where the residents can voice their input and suggestions on the Meals and Dining. It's been great and very helpful! The staff is really listening to what the residents have to say and changes are being made. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.
