Staff is great. They all try to learn family and resident names and build relationships with them. Communication with family is great as I have the cell phone for the point people there. The move in process was awesome. They even helped us with recommendations for an efficient and affordable local mover! The meals we ate there were all quality, flavorful, and ample served restaurant style and can be ordered for take out and even room service! The French pastry chef is a plus for the baked goods and snacks. I'd highly recommend this facility as a great value for all the benefits they offer our family!

All personnel are friendly, quick to respond to emergencies. Thoughtful of resident's likes and dislikes. Smiles from most residents indicates they are satisfied with this community experience. You can trust your loved ones are safe.

This place is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so professional and Amazing. Customer service is so important and this place deserves high praise. The executive Director, wellness director and Business office director are very caring, compassionate and supportive. This sets this place apart from any other place that I’ve visited

My father was not much for activities. He had very little mobility and became bed bound. I was caring for him 7x24 for nearly a year and could no longer give him the quality care he deserved. And he was agitated with everyone and everything. So, we selected this place because of the larger studio, the grounds were very peaceful, he had a deck in his unit where he could go out and get some air, and it was very close to the elevator and one floor down was the cafeteria area. And lastly, the staff that worked there culturally had the same values of respecting and caring for seniors for who they are. Not once when I visited did I see anyone mistreat my father. In fact I came quite often and on different days and shifts and all were so accommodating and caring to my father (despite his disposition at the time). The total cost of monthly was higher than the other sites in Fairfield/Suisun area but his family felt that this was the right place for him to live out his remaining days.

South Hill Village just had a big remodel and my parents apartment was remodeled too. It's very nice with a safer shower for my parents. I would like to give, a big thank you for providing this important service for families. Needing assistance for their aging parents. It was a challenging time when I knew my parents needed some other type of geriatric care services. Thank you for offering this service for free to help our community.

Very comfortable facility, incredibly friendly, staff, and residents, the activities directors are truly amazing, a community where people look out for each other, it has been a wonderful home for my dad. The PT/OT/Speech therapy services are fantastic! My Dad is thriving!

The staff here is very nice and helpful. The housekeeping is very helpful, but they only do basic cleaning. The communication with family and friends is wonderful they can come 24/7. Also, the food is really good. I haven't had any problems so far. My moving in was very good, the moving director [name removed] was very helpful and even went beyond to help me. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone, they have been great to me and everything is so convenient.

Bridgewood Gardens is an amazing place for Mom and family. She is being given the best care possible from her first day. The staff is so in tune to her needs. Everyone from Receptionist to Nursing Dietary to Housekeeping and Maintenance has gone above board to be helpful, attentive and in tune to her needs. All of us family involved with her care can rest easy knowing she is safe, happy and loved. We searched numerous laces but none compare to Bridgewood. I recommend it to everyone I talk to.

Looked at 5 or 6 places before settling on Brookdale.The residences are well maintained and kept in excellent condition. The staff is always attentive and ready to assist with your needs or concerns. Dining facilities are great as well.

Very nice community and safe for seniors. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. And friendly and always ready to help if you have any issues. Good exercise room and acti cities. Rooms are well maintained and kept clean.

The people I deal with the most for the wait staff bussers. I really appreciate that. They are friendly courteous and willing to chat with us about a lot of different things and let us help them do their jobs when they are new. Congrats to the entire staff, or who they managed to hide to do this really important job.

I have been living here for Two years and two months. Have thoroughly enjoyed living here. Regret not moving sooner. I participate in activities here and enjoy the bus trips to restaurants, plays and museums. The food is great. The best part is not having to cook. Quite satisfied with meals and comraderie with other residents. I really enjoy Happy Hour every Wednesday. I love dancing and swaying to the music. I love the drum lessons on Friday. Overall, I am very happy here.

The activities and the people that live here are great! The staff is remarkable! There are many opportunities to get involved. The food is ok.,..but I am picky! The variety of activities should appeal to everyone. [name removed] the activity director is awesome!

Wonder staff! Warm and welcoming residents ?? Beautiful courtyards!!! This community is a hidden gem in the middle of the West University area. Walking distance to HEB with private entrance. This is a must see community!!!
