We picked this community, because I was familiar with the location. They refurbished the facility, and the memory care unit is fantastic, and has shared rooms, which has total privacy. The staff is excellent. The medical staff was able to handle my loved one. They have been interactive, and they are providing the proper care. The care staff to resident ratio is good. It is clean, and nice. The food is good. They are just fantastic.

All of these categories are worthy of receiving 5 stars. What we really like about this community is the friendliness and the care given to the residents by the staff. They are very diligent in their care to the residents from the director down to the cleaning staff. Based on our experience so far we would without a doubt recommend The Legacy at Santa Fe community to other families.

So far my Dad is very happy at The Renaissance of Florence! The staff are very nice and extremely helpful. I love that they had New Resident Ambassadors. The food is good according to my Dad, even though he is a picky eater. The facility is clean and updated. I would highly recommend The Renaissance for any family looking for a special place for their family member!

The food at Greenhaven Place is a thumbs up. You will not be disappointed at all. It’s plated to perfection. Displays are put out of what’s on the menu and the staff will come and take your order as if it’s a restaurant. I love this.

The staff are extremely friendly, and they are there to truly help the residents. They are very nice, and dressed and groomed nicely. The common areas are clean. My loved one's room could have been cleaner, and this may have been due to the housekeeper. The med techs, and RAs were friendly. The nurses were always willing to listen to my concerns, and assist in communicating with the doctor for us. The residents and my loved one didn't care for the food provided. I heard the food was tough and dry.

The staff at The Legacy at Forest Ridge is helpful and they communicate well with the family. Everything has been great. I would recommend this facility to anyone because the staff is just so friendly. Everyone is willing to help and they really get to know their residents.

Of the five facilities I looked at before I decided on Ridgeland Place, this was the best value and the facility I was most comfortable with. The staff is great and attentive, and communication is always maintained.

This facility works very hard to take care of your loved one. The staff has been wonderful to my loved one. it's very hard to find staff right now, so I believe they are doing the best that they can. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

It has been a wonderful experience. We are very happy. They are taking excellent care of my loved one. We have found it to be a great place . I would recommend to others. A Place for Mom is a great way to find the right place.

What we really like about this community is the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff team and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Saddlebrook community to other families.

I visited many other facilities before deciding, and at Town Village, you get the most for your money. Including Life Alert, meals, laundry, a pool, and cleaning service (if want it). It's also nice that the residents can have their prescription medications delivered to them from the Prairie Village Hy-Vee.

Very pleasant community. Like a family. Something for everyone. Have outings to shop, eat, and sightseeing.

my mom lives in this community and loves it! All the staff is vey friendly and caring. I'm thankful my mom gets to spend her last years in such a wonderful place.

Very good overall experience.

The staff at Tucson Place is very nice, and they try to keep the residents active. My mom is now on hospice there, and the staff still tries to keep her active. They are always checking on her. I couldn't have asked for a lovelier place.

The staff has been wonderful. The food is very good but the service need improvement. I have only been here 3 months and I love it, perfect place for me.

Their facilities were perfect and the staff was outstanding. Meals were great three meals offered every day. Though we did not use this service at short time my mother was there. The communication with staff and family was outstanding.

I would highly recommend Parmer Woods at North Austin to anyone. Our experience with the community has been great!

GH Court has incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. With papa at his previous location, it was too big. Staff turn over was super high so no one knew you or you didn't know them. Increasingly it felt like they didn't have time for you or their residents. This is not so at GH Court. Staff stops to talk with you and see how you're doing (even though I'm sure they're busy too). The food at GH Court is really good and activities keep the residents entertained. I highly recommend GH Court and hope it always stays "boutique style" because that's what truly makes it feel like a home and not an institution.

I truly appreciate a place for mom, helping us connect with Broadway Mesa Village Thank you. My sister has really improved. She is happier than when she was home. The care givers really do their jobs. The medical support staff is very helpful and caring. Based on our experience so far with this community, we would recommend this community to other families.
