Paramount Senior Living

Everything is working out pretty well for my mother with her move to this community. It is a nice facility, and I'am comfortable with her living here. They have a great staff, and they have been kind, and helpful when needed. The only thing that could use some improvement is that food, especially the desserts. Other than that issue they do a good job with everything else. I know she is safe, and in good hands in this community. I would recommend it.

My impression from our visit was that it was very clean and colorful. A lot of effort is made to entertain resident. Very inviting place.

I have no big complaints about this community other than they did meet the needs we needed to move in financially. They said that they needed past six months of income but my mother had not yet received her benefits yet so that was not possible.

Like that they have 16 Medicaid beds. Like the dining room and common areas. Liked the size of the rooms. Think the long hallways and elevator would make it a challenge for mom to get to meals and activities to truly benefit from the wonderful services you have available. Not comfortable with the a la crate services of care plan. Too confusing and uncertain for budgeting.

Visited about 1 pm. Very active community when I was sitting in the waiting area. Residents on the piano, in wheelchairs around the fireplace, and walking around singing with the pianist. Friendly interaction among staff and residents. Residents apartments more acceptable size. Not as fancy of a resident calendar, but many of the same activities as most of the assisted living.

The admissions nurse [Removed] was very friendly helpful in many different ways, from describing their community's services to letting me know that mom might be eligible for a Veterans benefit to help pay for her care. And I noted that their admissions person is a nurse, not just a salesperson like at other communities. This enabled us to talk about mom's needs specifically, not just in a general head-nod kind of way. I liked that this community is locally owned. However, they did not have an opening when we were looking for a placement for mom.

Everything is working out pretty well for my father with his move to this community. It is a nice place, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. He is safe, and in good hands at this community. They have a staff, and I would recommend this facility.

It was a long time ago that I toured the Brookdale White Chapel but from what I remember, the place was nice but it was too much of a corporation type of place. WE wanted something more cost effective with a more homelike feel to it.

The Brookdale Fredericksburg was a large multi-story building. I toured it a long time ago and don't remember much detail, but the place was clean and the people were nice from what I remember. Overall good tour.

No one can get a 5 in my book unless they are super spectacular however, this was close. The staff was wonderful and super nice to us. It was a smaller community and the bulk of the activities where held in the main entrance of the community. This is where I wanted mom to go, but she makes the decisions.

This is a nice community, and my tour was a good one. From what I saw the community looks nice. It is a well-kept community. The tour guide was nice and informative. My questions were answered, and everybody was kind. My mother needed a little more care than they were able to provide. This is a nice community. A good place for someone to live.

Brookdale White Chapel has available transportation available. The activities offered are on site and off site. The staff were nice and made sure that i was getting right information about what they offered. I did notice that everything was in place and the meal plans that i saw sound healthy. The layout was good and very easy to figure out.

My mother loves this community, and both parents doing very well here. They are eating very well, they serve nice meals. The staff is great, they are very friendly and kind. I know they are receiving good care. They are comfortable here, their apartment is nice and big. There are nice activities, they are trying a few. They do a very good job of keeping the community very clean. Everything is working out very well. I would recommend this community.

The dining staff is especially friendly and provide a good variety of selections for the residents meals. The nursing staff seems to be very patient and provide the level of care needed for my brother and his wife. After just a month at Brookdale, their move has been better than expected. Hopefully, they will continue to adapt to their new environment. Larry

This is a good community and it is working out well for us. Things are going well and my relative seems to be adjusting well. I would say the community is under staffed it does take a while to get someone to come help when you call. It is a clean community very well-kept. The food is good and they offer good activities. I would recommend this community because it is working out well for us.

Brookdale is a nice clean facility and it seems to be well maintained. It does have a warm and inviting atmosphere when you walk in. The staff is caring and friendly. The residents seem well taken care of and content. The food could be a little better, but other than that this seems like a decent place.

So far so good. I enjoy working with the staff they have been friendly and responsive. He likes the food, and enjoys the dining set up with 4 other people at the table. So far we are pretty happy with it. It's still pretty new to us, but so far I can't really think of much I would like to see improved or changed.
