Fabulous!!!! Very nice well thought out facility without the nursing home smell, nice bedrooms we loved it!!

Wonderful, caring staff and great accommodations!

My loved one would have felt uncomfortable because of the level of the clientele. The residents seem come from a moneyed background. Everything was very nice, very clean. The staff seemed very professional and kind. The food was excellent.

Their fees seem fair. My loved one doesn’t use a lot of the activities yet. I really do think that it’s a nice community. My loved one is in the memory care unit. The memory care is a smaller unit. It’s very easy for the staff to keep in touch with the people. I like the smaller scale operation. It was conveniently located for us, which is part of why we selected it.

They do an excellent, excellent job! They are top of the line all across the board as far as I’m concerned. They’ve done a great job. They are expedient, compassionate, and thorough. The food and laundry have worked great as well.

Everyone was very friendly and the place is clean. They have a doctor on staff that sees the patients once a week and a psychiatrist that comes in once a month. Our family member is in the memory care unit and there are games and karaoke and they seem to keep them active. We chose Emeritus at White Chapel because there were only about sixteen people in the memory care unit and we felt that she would get a good level of care with enough attention.

I haven't gone anywhere here where I felt like something needed attention and my father in law is very happy there as well. They're helpful, they're inviting, they're [removed] my father in law has fallen a couple of times and they've called right away, when theres questions about medications they call to make sure everyone's on the same page. They invite our family to dinners and other events as well and if you ever need anything you can find someone in the hallways and they'll help. Im not too involved in the financial end of it but from what I hear from my brother in law the price is comparable to others. The have an alert necklace that they wear so if they ever need anyone they push a button and someone's there. They have all kinds of activities and services available as well and my father in law is very happy there.

The Emeritus at Manassas has everything! The Staff are all friendly, competent, and professional in the performance of their duties. The facility itself is clean, well maintained and spacious. The residents I spoke with were all extremely happy living there. All my questions were answered extremely well by Casey, leaving nothing to do except having my family visit the facility to see what I saw today. The Emeritus at Manassas is definately my first choice as a home for my Mom.

Relations Coordinator met us on time for our appointment. The facility was clean, bright, and festive. We visited and discussed my mom's situation. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. After the tour of the facility, she talked with us again and answered ALL of our questions. My main concern was what happens to my Mom when her condition worsens. Director explained that every measure would be taken to keep my Mom at Emeritus. They work with Manassas Rehab and the Rehab on site. We were so pleased with Emeritus, that we placed a refundable deposit with them to be placed on the wait list. My Mom is able to live at home, but it is comforting to know that we found an Assisted Living Home for my Mom.

Conveniently located. 1st flr Studio available. Has some furniture. Home-like feel. Bright. They were repainting and installing new carpet during my tour. Walk-in shower/no step. All inclusive except phone and additional incontinence products. Full PT/OT-Genesis. Landscape fairly open.

First impression right away was how clean it was and that there was no fowl odors anywhere. The staff members were very friendly and had great communication between our family. We were very pleased with all the staff we met.

They're really easy to work with, very friendly, and very helpful. I like the place. Every time I go in my loved one's room, it's clean, and all the spaces I've seen have been nice and clean as well. They've made an effort to keep up activities safely during the pandemic. Lately they've done bingo and held an Olympics. They seem to have something for them every day, which is nice. They've started having church services again on Sundays, outside in the pavilion area, and I know they had dancers perform outside recently. There's a front porch with rocking chairs, and a little gazebo outdoor stage sort of area. I've been very pleased. I would recommend them to others.

Hello and thank you for the opportunity to recommend, I've recently had the pleasure of visiting a family member at your facility. I was very impressed at the layout of the place. A very welcoming, clean and comfortable atmosphere. But the joy of our visit was having the pleasure of meeting your Marketing/Admissions Manager, [name removed]. She was kind, caring, compassionate and very helpful. And so obviously very devoted to her job there. I am eternally grateful for her assistance in my family's time of need. Thank you for your facility and care you give to our loved ones. I cannot imagine a better and more loving place for our seniors. God bless you all.
