I like the care and the staff at this community who are nice and attentive to my mom's needs. We like the clean community and the atmosphere is very nice and positive for her. The meals are appealing and she seems to be pleased with the variety. They do offer my mom to participate in the activities with the other residents. We would recommend this community to other families wanting good care and a value for a loved one.

A wonderful facility. It guarantees an individual's independence. When I'm older, I would live there.

I liked this community and the staff was very nice! It was a pleasant experience.

We were able to find this facility for my mother as she began to require assisted living. We found the staff at every level to be friendly and caring. The staff was very helpful as my wife and I worked to get my mom from a rehab facility into Brookdale. Unfortunately, due to health problems which developed before she moved in, she passed away shortly after moving in. The staff again showed compassion and was of great assistance to us.

Loved this place as well but found one I likely equally as well much closer to home and my work place. I all works out this will be the place, otherwise I will go back to Paramount.

When we first moved my uncle into this community, he did not seem like he wanted to be there. After only a week, he was already fully adjusted and happy to be there. He always tells me that he really likes the people there. I am happy we were able to find him a good place!

Lovely newer facility. Professional, clean, spacious. Easy location. Great staff and nursing coverage. Rocco, is COO of Paramount, a Pittsburgh based Company. Smart and understanding. Good value for the money. Our number 1 choice.

It took some time for my grandmother to get adjusted to the community. The place is great and she has nothing but positive to say about it. The staff is amazing. They know her by name. The meals are great, we ate with her and met the chef. He seemed very involved and makes the residents separate food if they don't like what is on the menu. The apartment she is in is comfortable, she has a living room and kitchen separate from her bedroom.

The staff at Brookdale treat mom well. They offer daily activities and mom seems to like the food. They keep the community clean and moms room is nice. They have an open foyer with a piano. I would recommend this community.

The nursing director and the staff are outstanding. They have been so helpful and understanding with helping my loved one transition. I love the activities that they offer and that was the main reason why I picked this place. I just feel that my loved one needs a smaller community and community with diversity. Also the prices have dramatically changed.

The community is clean and well cared for. The staff are nice and we have good communication with them. I like the food however my mother in law does not seem to like it. They offer daily activities that she likes to participate in. I would recommend Brookdale White Chapel.

There is a good variety of food choices and my Father in law seems to like the food. The staff have always been helpful and are there to answer our questions. He likes to go on some of the outings and participates in some of the daily activities offered. I would recommend this clean community.

Nice facility. Life alert system for each patient is great to communicate need to nurse. Phyllis is not indecent enough to be here per nurse evaluation.

Very nice location. The Memory Care Unit is small in comparison to other facilities but don't let that discourage you. The staff at this facility are beyond excellent. It is evident that they care and are engaged in the well being of their residents. Although small, they have a courtyard so that their residents can safely venture out doors. They also have cookouts and work stations which provide activities for the residents so that they still feel productive. All though small in size, this place packs a big punch and is definitely worth taking a look.

The fact that I called Brookdale Fredericksburg several times and the staff members have not yet gotten back to me makes them look really unprofessional. I have to give them only a one - star rating for Friendliness

I like it at Brookdale White Chapel. Nothing is perfect. The food has been an issue. The main meal is at lunch time and that is not what we were expecting. Other than that we are very happy with this facility.

This community is a great atmosphere and awesome how they run their assisted living. They are on top of everything and always letting families know on any concern they have. They have good food also snack machine if the residents want a snack they can.There is a lot of activities. I couldnt be more happy that we chose this place.

My mom was there only for two days but in that time the staff was caring and the facility was very clean. My mother required more care than this facility could provide is why she is no longer there.

The management worked with me to get my mom a place very quickly. In return I was able to take care of other issues. I think the care is outstanding and made affordable for my mothers care. I would recomend that you check out there services first and you won;t go any further.
