I live here, not happy, Quality of food sucks, buying from the bottom of the food grade. Food served lukewarm. Over bill on rent and will not issue a refund. Tried to talk to the business manager, but was always too busy. Thinking of moving out. But your restaurant staff is very pleasant. Front desk personnel are SUPER.

Well, it's cheap, and price follows quality to some degree. There are some ways they do not currently seem to have their stuff together, but it will do. I'm hoping things start improving

While I am appreciative of the prompt acceptance of my Aunt for respite- the past year we have battled with incorrect billing, I have been sent demand letters, advised she would be evicted only to find out I was right the whole time. Stay on top of the billing.

I was met late for my appointment. The tour given was by someone who did not seem friendly. Was shown a home that was not clean and did not see any other residents or workers. Has potential, but the employees are lacking.

Facility nice, staff & corporate office is not!! They are going thru a lot of budgetary changes, many people laid of & running w skeleton crew. Cannot recommend at this time, may move 2026!!

We had overall a decent experience. The entire industry in my opinion needs to be restructured. Too few staff many times, and the level of competency and caring differs from person to person. It's often that some caregivers are not interested in the residents but just the paycheck. Also, when people leave or pass on,it's obvious they don't care. At Meridian, it was get his stuff out by this day or you'll be held financially responsible. We had trash in bags, all ready to take out, they wouldn't even do that. We had to take all the trash bags ourselves out to their dumpster. They were unfriendly and curt. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. ?? For the most part the med techs were ok-communication isn't great. The caregivers vary from person to patient but the administration could be much better at showing they care- why do these people take these jobs? In my opinion, each facility should have administrative staff person who acts like a patient liaison. Let the administration handle the financial, compliance issues, and staffing matters but they're not that good at people skills. One is a right brain role, the other left brain.

They promised to take her places one time a week but they didn't do it. They said that they would give her a shower twice a week but they didn't. They said that they could manage her diabetes but. She went in to diabetic keto and ended up in the hospital

I liked the friendly ness of the administrators but there really isn't a lot of activity to the program that is located in the basement....nor over site of the people wondering the corridors. Residents can go alone outside in the fenced and locked area. But no one checks on them. There was a resident lady who was sitting on the ground weeding. Although she got down to ground she couldn't get herself back up. I happened to see her while I was visiting my Husband and had to go get someone to help her up. [name removed] room constantly smelled like poop... floors not washed and shower not working even after management and facilities informed. I threw all clothes and bedding out because everything smelled like poop. The place had potential but I was disappointed and I would not recommend to anyone .

The rooms and facility was nice enough. The staff in my dad's unit were poorly trained and unkind. My Dad died at the facility with no hospice care because no-one recognized his condition. After he passed we never heard one word from the facility. No note or call, no assistance NOTHING. Communication with the administrator was horrible. I cannot recommend this facility.

The help staff can be a lot better. Little things need more attention, such as making sure his little refrigerator can be looked at to see if everything is working right. That is just an example of the many things that can be better. A couple of times I had to get the Executive Director to respond to some of my concerns. Also, the food could be a little better.

When they took me to the model, it was nice. It was clean. There was no foul smell. The building that my mom and her husband are in is the most foul smelling of urine and I have already complained about that but nothing has been done.

This facility advertises a medical model which is false. We have filed multiple health and licensing department grievances. The company filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy which changed their name from [community removed] to the current name. Unfortunately, their deceitful marketing practices, poorly trained caregivers, and inept executives' ways won't change. My loved one is thriving at their home versus the poor quality of life at this facility.

The food is terrible. The building is old and needs repair often; some things like windows and hvac units need outright replacement. It takes forever to get anything repaired! Small community is good. Staff is nice.

This is a little bit difficult. The actual care givers were nice and friendly but we had a disagreement with billing when my mom left. We have a very low opinion of the administrative staff. Even though some areas are going to be higher, the overall is going to be low due to our bad experience at the end.

Price kept going up. Staffing a major problem. Mom did not get the level of care needed and promised. No, we would not recommend this community to other families unless management is improved.

They better be able to do everything own their own, even though it's listed assistant living, my mother, didn't get that much assistance from the staff. I just read some of the reviews and no way this place is a 5 star

Most of the caregivers are wonderful. Communication with/from staff and administration is difficult and it can be challenging to get the information you need; just keep asking questions! Not much variety in activities, but the Activities Director is super sweet and loves the residents. Food is amazing!!

The overall morale is down, the meals are not good. My sister is gone to quite a few meetings about the food and nothing's changed. They've even been without ketchup, mustard, brown sugar. They have powdered eggs. seafood can be dry. She said they served Philly cheesesteak sandwiches with just a piece of meat in it no cheese. Nothing else meals are usually what people look forward to.

The transition in was pretty terrible. [name removed], who reviewed my father initially at his skilled nursing facility set him as the lowest level of care, which turned out to be far from the case and felt like her way of making the facility seem cheaper. They almost immediately moved him from level 1 to level 4, but she had never established any sort of care plan or pharmaceutical needs and was then promoted to the site manager or something and was just clueless. Thankfully, her replacement, [name removed], was good and seemed to care, but by that point it was too late. [name removed] had established no lines of communication to past facilities, had no idea what his care needs were, and didn't seem to care. He went several weeks of no medications at all until [name removed] stepped in, but his health had already declined rapidly. Nothing was established because [name removed] insisted he could take care of himself despite his physical and mental (memory) ailments. They didn't talk to the skilled nursing facility about his meds, his diet, his PT needs. She argued about it with us until she wanted more money, but then still did nothing to establish care. None of us live in the state and we got out there as much as we could but without constant advocacy it was pointless. He was hospitalized and died within a couple months of being there.

Beginning next month I will have lived here a year. Not a happy year, a very challenging year. When I moved in I was told a small remodel…all flooring ripped out some kind of wood-like stuff in with the exception of our “dining room”. In “dining room” with fake tile was installed in the high peak ceiling that echos, echos, echos… The three professionals decorated resident buildings (that we all really loved)were made to be all look exactly alike-white and gray. Every building looks the same, every floor looks the same. Prior to this each resident buildings was unique and each floor was different. There things on the walls, quotes, it was charming, interesting, fun, peaceful. There were landmarks so you knew if you were in the right building, the right floor or the wrong one, it help people know where they where. Now every building looks the same plus the furniture isn’t comfy like it was. The oil plaintings we had in gorgeous frames looks like Walmart prints and frames with snapshots
