Very clean and bright facility. Laundry service is part of the monthly fee (minimal). No odors noted during the tour. Did not witness facility resident activities, however, reviewed calendar and activity list. During the tour staff attitude was positive and friendly. Outdoor spaces, clean and neat, appears to be safe for residents. Nutrition opportunity available around the clock. Level of care includes retirement living, assisted and memory care to include medication management. Contracts run month-to-month with 30 days notice for termination. Overall, this a nice facility.

Based on our tour at Pacifica Palm Springs, we thought It was okay. We didn't like them nearly as well as the place we chose. The facility didn't seem as well kept. The carpeting seemed stained and worn, and it just wasn't an attractive facility.

I would recommend you not go to Meridian at Anaheim Hills. During a time when I was visiting my loved one they took out personal belongings from my loved one and didn't give them back to my loved one. There is no privacy for my loved one. The community didn't provide the do's and don'ts of the community to the family of the resident. The community doesn't allow any residents to have cell phones to communicate with family.

We did have a lot of problems with the care just because of the lack of staff, the staff that they did have were great though. I did not feel he got the care that my loved one got the care that they should have had. I found the maintenance staff and housekeeping staff exceptional. All departments were understaffed which I would say is an administrative issue.
