Great for activities. But we signed a contract and they want to raise the rate 10% our contract says 3-5%. And after getting a verbal ok from the manager the rent bill showed 10% my mother was asked to pay the entire amount and then they would reimburse her! Also contract states how much the charge is for a load of laundry $15 it has been raised to $25 letter sent in a memo without a 30 day notice! And not requiring a signature for a new contract. My mother still does not have a working thermostat in her room! Crack in sink is still there a year later. They move people into rooms that aren't fixed or ready for move in. The Jacuzzi hasnt worked in years (at least 6) but they show you on the tour and tell you they are waiting on a part! They should not have to pay for parking! Intimidation tactics are being used!! Residents were told if you complain (to authorities) people might not live here and we might have to close then where will you be! Management will answer emails but not return phone calls! Residents are not being told their packages are at the front desk. Some packages have been there for three weeks!

They are extremely short- staffed. Some of them are nice but others are downright cruel. Or terribly unfeeling or not sympathetic at all. Also, they are not truly equipped for Memory Care patients. They don't have bed alarms or handicapped railing on the walls.

The meals and dining started out great 4-5. Now it's 2-3. My Mom doesn't do any activities. The value for cost was better till they raised the cost. Since then all services have gone way down. Most staff are friendly. Everything that has to do with the dining experience is gone downhill. We would only recommend this community to other families if this was all they could afford. It was very good. The Corporation that took it over is just sucking out all the money they can.

Nutrious food and hygiene are very lacking based on several weekend visits...pizza wings fries....really?? Need more vegetables and soups...One day they had fresh asparagus that was hard...we did however suggest the kitchen staff put their phones down and pay more attention to the residents

I guess it's fair to say that I have mediocre feelings about Meridian at Stone Creek. One always hopes that their loved ones will get super good care. This place is busy and they do the best that they can, I guess. All the hype about activities was just that, hype. The staff are nice people, it seems, but there's a limit to how many dirty diapers one can change without getting jaded. The price is crazy high, but isn't it everywhere?

Not very consistent staff and horrible communication of different people who interstate With residents. The medical staff is better. They need to improve on the food quality. Quality. Seemed like Costco Boxed food instead of home cooking.

I really like this facility, the residents get to walk outside and it feels like a home. We gave the activities a 3 for where my mom is. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The staff at West Park Senior Living are friendly. The housekeeping is okay. The meals are sometimes good and sometimes not that great, but you can order something different if you don't care for the main entrée. So, there are plenty of options. The move in process was hard due to our commute, but they worked with us. I would recommend West Park Senior Living to others.

The PT guy never saw her and that was the main reason we had her there. We later found out he was fired for stealing from the company. She left in the same condition she went in as after 45 days so it was kind of a waste of money and time. She did better at home when visited by PT and OT.

If I were a private pay person, I would not recommend this facility, but for someone on Medicaid, I would. The food is mediocre at best, and the housekeeping is almost nonexistent. But the staff seems to want to help, they just are understaffed. Especially on the housekeeping side. It is a pretty facility, but they certainly could do better in terms of housekeeping and providing transportation and activities.

I would tell others that I believe that they are working hard at bettering the facility as a whole. i am still having some issues that are being worked out, hoping for improvements. They do have a lot of great staff, they just need more of them.

Overall, I would say that my ratings of three are probably closer to a four than a three. The staff that works in the cottage that my sister and her husband are in are very friendly and helpful. What throws them off is when the staff rotates on occasion and the new staff don't seem to be as friendly or helpful. There was a recent change of chef in the kitchen, which they seem to like better. I'm a little disappointed in the activities. My sister does have early onset Alzheimer's, and the staff is good about taking her to the on-site church on Thursdays and try to remember to take her to the main hall when there is musical activities, as she loves music. Other than that, she mostly watches television in her room. The cottage they are in just went through a remodel and we were a bit disappointed with the arrangements made for the residents as the remodel was going on. That is something we need to discuss with Management. We ended up bringing them to our home for 9 days. My brother-in-law is confined to a wheelchair and requires assistance with showering. He is a VERY stubborn individual. According to him, the staff isn't very skillful so he showers on his own with my sister's assistance? This is upsetting to my husband and myself because they pay Pacifica extra for the extra care that they are not receiving, due to their choice. Again, another matter we need to take up with Management. All in all, we are satisfied with the care that they are receiving. We know they are safe and being cared for and they do enjoy it there. We just need to be a little more proactive in voicing our concerns.

medical, maintenance, and housekeeping staff very friendly, management needs improvement. The only areas we have had concerns were mainly with management. Day one of orientation didn't go well at all which created issues with the medication administration of my father. Unfortunately to this day, the property manager has not made any efforts to meet us. The only few interactions has been through email. Other than that, my father is happy and has accommodated at his new place. The nurses have really made my father feel welcomed. I would also say the facility is kept very clean inside and concierge staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would say the location offers various options for residents and that the nurses, maintenance, and housekeeping staff are friendly, however it is very important to maintain VERY involved to keep informed of the details of level of care that are being given to residents as we have already in a matter of 3 months have encountered issues with the medication administration of our father. This is important to us as it is the main reason our father is in an assisted facility.

From our perspective, it's seems that information isn't always offered directly. So we had ask many questions on basic information. So it felt like once the money was paid, we were on our own except when they raise the rent. That's happened three times in a year. The memory care staff has been great. But the office staff is non existent. I'd still recommended it, but with warnings.

my mom stayed at the courtyard at cour d'alene for almost a dear. Under Staffed, but caring CNA's and RN. horribly inept business office/Admin staff. Business Manager had our Insurance so messed up and couldn't get the simple billing done for months.

Facility is nice and well maintained. The food is terrible. The quality of care is poor. The care givers that came to my dad's apartment were mean and unprofessional. We had to move my dad to another facility to get him the care that he needed.

Pacifica was not my 1st or 2nd choice when shopping for Memory care for my Mother. The food is bad, she fell at least 3 times with no explanation or incident reports recorded. The Executive Director was difficult to work with or even talk to, she never had the time to talk. There are a handful of the care staff that was great, the others didn't want to be there or couldn't be bothered with the residents. They had lots of FaceTime on their phones and from my observations limited FaceTime with residents. Oftentimes, mom had food on her face from meals past. There is no encouragement of staying hydrated. Honestly, I feel the only time my mom drank water was when I offered it to her. Her room was clean and the common areas were clean, her laundry was washed and put away and her bedding was changed frequently. [Names removed] in the office are top notch and always kind and pleasant. [Names removed] were very caring and treated my mother very well all the way to the very end. These 5 ladies are Rock Stars of Cottage 1 and 7!

It was good initially but went downhill quick. Too much overturn of employees and the food end up being not so great. I think the biggest thing was that the staff turnover was big and ended up not being friendly. The room itself was good.

Very friendly people and there are a lot of activities to help keep residents active and social. On the negative side, most residents complain about the quality and taste of the food and the maintenance of the buildings and grounds are subpar. Good community for someone who doesn't feel comfortable in a luxury setting or desires to pay a high cost for where they live. In the case of my mom, it was a good fit (just needing to deliver way more food than planned).

Make sure your needs will be met. Assisted living is exactly what it is! Our mom has incontinence and took a long time for them to change her. Also make sure you understand the rent raises
