Things are going okay since my mother move into the community. I feel the place is pretty clean and well kept. There are some issues with the bathroom floor being sticky and a hallway with a foul smell, but other then that it is a pretty clean facility. The staff is great and helpful and kind to my mother. She has partaken in some activities and made some new friends with the other residents and that is nice to see. I've been for dinner and lunch and the meals are good. I would recommend for anyone to check this place out because I do feel they are taking good care of my mother.

Liked the smaller facility and friendly feel. Outside areas are some limited as is guest parking but overall very nice. Appear to customize activities to residents likes.

For us, Vista Village Senior Living was a good fit. We like the homey-ness of the place. The food is okay. They do quite a few activities, they try to keep the residents busy. We have no problem there.

Everything seems to be going okay since my mom has been at ATria Rancho Park. There are a little bit of cumminication problems. But overall the staff tries to be customer friendly. They did recently say she has dimentia, and that made the premium go up. But I am taking her to a different doctor for evaluation/diagnosis. The community does offer activities but my mom does not participate, I wish she would and hopefully down the road she will. She loves the food! She will call me and tell me how delicious a meal was. I think it's a good place and I feel secure that she is getting the best care there. The caregivers and staff treat the residents with respect. I do think she may need and is not getting enough assistance with going to the bathroom.

My Mom is all set and she has been put into a nice facility. So, far things are going pretty well there and she is getting settled in. So far, we do not have any issues with the facility or the staff at The Meridian.

I think it's been okay so far. We don't have any complaints about maintenance or food or anything like that. We don't have any major complaints at all. I would give them a four.

Our experience with Pacifica Senior Living was a short one due to the fact my aunt was a flight risk and kept leaving, but other than that the place was wonderful. The grounds are really beautiful and very clean. The food is great the staff was great as well. I would recommend this community to the right family as long as your loved one isn't a flight risk this place is a great fit for the right individual.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. As this was our first experience with an assisted living facility I wish there was better communication so you would know what to expect.

We checked out several communities before choosing this one for my mom. They have a friendly helpful staff, good food and most of all happy active residents. My mom has been there a week and already gone to stretch class and making new friends. What I first noticed was how peaceful it is, trees, birds.. No street noise. My mom is happy there and that is what matters.

Friendly and helpful staff and clients. large accomodations in the villas. Cons: no transportation from villas to center building. Disabled must have car and at times parking lot if very full requiring another walk.' Breakfast usally excellent, but main meal has a lot to be admired for. Chicken breast is always dry never juicy. Beef was so tough it was totally inedible. Cannot say I have enjoyed the main meal yet. Great salad bar and very good soups and desserts. Love the extended hours. Need some games such as Bunko that are played according to regular rules and make you think a little more while having fun. All in all more pro's than con's. And we loved our salesgirl who was extra helpful.

My mother moved into the Cloisters last week. The facility is clean and the staff has been nothing but GREAT! Her apartment is spacious and was updated with fresh paint and new carpet. Overall, still new but looking really good.

Great facility. It is always clean when I go there. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The staff really cares about the residents and always takes great care of them. I would highly recommend this facility.

I think that their outreach services are impeccable. Their service made our experience smooth and easy and the lady I worked with absolutely cared about my loved and made sure he got what he needed. The facility itself is a little bit older and worn down, but the actual units are beautiful and spacious and we could not have asked for a better experience in that sense.

Overall, we have had a pretty good experience with Sun City. The staff is friendly and caring. The building is always clean as far as I can tell, and it seems well maintained. So far things have been going pretty well here.

They did a lot of things well. There were a few little hitches along the way, but on the whole the did very well and I thought that the staff members were terrific. I doubt I would have found a better place anywhere else.

The staff is friendly here. They are professional and they seem caring. The residents don't seem to really talk to each other much. I think that more activities would probably solve this problem. The facility is nice and roomy and has always been clean when I've visited. The food could definitely be better.

Very nice community. Nicely locked between UTC and Carlsbad (Scott & Olivia). Met with the General Manager and Emily (toured me). Staff seems carring. No one bedrooms, units seem well laid out (L-shaped rooms make it feel like there is a seating area and bedroom area). Central courtyard ... lots of pets.

We were most impressed by Ms. Frazier and the facility she runs. It was clean, homey and comfortable. She answered our questions. It is definitely on our list of possible places.
