great staff worked with us to find best situation for mom, letting us meet with potential roommates. Helped us from beginning to time mom moved in making it a smooth move in for mom. only thing is housekeeping could be a little better

Everything is going good. They are taking good care of her. She is happy here at this facility. Her family is pleased with all they all done for her. It is a nice looking community with kind people.

It was a hard transition for my friend, but she is getting better. This is a really nice community, they a very good with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff has been very patient with her, considering she hasn't been the easiest person to deal with. She is pleased with the meals. Only down side of this community is that it is in the middle of downtown. So the residents can't really go outside often. Overall this a community I would recommend.

The staff at Atria Daly City is incredibly helpful and great. My dad likes the food and there is a variety of choices. I would recommend this community. They keep the community clean and well maintained. The only thing I might say is that they may need more help with integrating the seniors into the community. Debra from A Place for Mom was fantastic.

This is a beautiful adult community with lots of amenities - I wouldn't mind living there myself. I think mom is already at their top level of care and I feel the amenities and planned outings and activities wouldn't be used.

Kenny [removed] did a great job presenting this property to us. We were very impressed with him and the cottage style of living. The grounds were beautiful and the facility very clean. Loved the one bedroom apt. however none available at this time. Studio too small. We asked to be put on the waiting list for the one bedroom when it becomes available.

My sister is staying at this community and she is very pleased and doing well with the community. She says the staff have been amazing and the community itself is very nice. My sister seems to like the food and says its prepared well. As far as I know my sister has having an amazing experience and has nothing but positive things to say. I would recommend this community

I'am still getting adjusted to this community, but so far everything is going very well. It is a very nice community, they are treating me good. This community is very great when it comes to activities and entertainment. The food is excellent, I really enjoy the meals. They really bend over backwards for you. They provide transportation to my doctors appointments. The management was great to work with. They have been very accommodating.

My husband and I stayed at this community a while ago, but it was a very nice experience. The community looked great and very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. They do offer good activities daily. The food was pleasant, we enjoyed the meals and the dining area. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend it.

I have been living at The Cloisters for a month and find it to be a very nice place except for the cleanliness of the grounds. I live in a villa apartment, which means that I have my own entrance, a parking space for my car and a patio. The patio is comprised of a new slab of concrete, which was put down before I moved in and is surrounded by dirt and weeds, rather than grass and/or mulch. I am forced to blow it out on a daily basis and know that my neighbors are fed up with their patios, as well. We also have a feral cat problem with non-owned felines roaming around the property. Since I am afraid of cats, I find this a problem on my patio, especially at night. Other than these complaints, I find The Cloisters to be a very nice place to live. I like my apartment, the all day service in the dining room is a big plus in my mind and the food is very good for the most part. The activities staff here are incredibly great. They really seem to love their jobs and are on top of all the activities and treat the residents with kindness and respect. I can't say enough about them and am so happy I live at a place with these services. I would recommend The Cloisters to anybody as a good value with plenty to do. Having looked at other facilities such as this, I think that The Cloisters is far superior to most of them.

This is still very new for us. I like it so far it seems clean. My loved one is not very happy but it's very hard to tell if there is something that could be done better to make her happy. Every time I have been there they have been very attentive, and friendly. She eats well, and they have been very communicative with me. If I bring something up, they are very receptive and helpful. I knew one of the people that worked there which was nice, it was also in a good location for me, but the reason I really picked them is the way the cottages are set up by where they are in their dementia. I liked the size better for my loved one, it just was a better fit.

My mother in law experience in this community was a short one, but it was nice. They cared for her very well and we were pleased. The community always looked nice and clean. The staff was great to work with. They are very helpful and kind. She had many activities to choose from. The food was good. Overall it is a nice community and I would recommend it .

Moving my mother into Vintage Park was by far one of the hardest things I've had to do. Mom definitely did not want to go but she needs the care and couldn't get it at home. Vintage Park employees have definitely made it easier by being very understanding and compassionate. Since she's moved in we are still able to pick her up to spend time with the family when she is not participating in activities. Mom likes the food and even though she would rather be home, she is getting the care she needs.

Good commnunity. Residents seem happy and well cared for.

This is our first choice if we can get in on their current promotion. Mom can age in place without having to change apartments

Nice clean and comfortable place friendly residents were happy and calm seem to enjoy there environment. Glenn was great answered all our concerns. I believe my Mother could be comfortable and get the help she needs to be strong and indepentant again. We put deposit to reserve studio

Kelly was outstanding at her job carefully listening to our thoughts about this process of finding a home for Mom at this time in her life. It was clear that Kelly has an abundance of experience with elders and could validate that some of the behaviors we see are indeed typical. We toured the entire community and were very pleased with the clean serene feeling of the public spaces. Small groups of elders were seated together visiting and some were occupied at tables by themselves. All residents pleasantly interacted with us as we greeted them. Two dining rooms provide an elegant atmosphere to have a delicious meal. Choices were offered as well as standards that were always on the menu. The feeling was like a very nice restaurant with table cloths menus cloth napkins and full table settings. The food looked fresh and tasty. A beauty parlor was available with manicure pedicure and hair services. Prices were very reasonable. Rooms were nicely designed with a small kitchen. A nice sized living room with a patio or balcony bedroom large enough for a queen size bed walk-in closet and fully equipped bathroom with high profile toilet is included. Really the only negative is the distance away from our home. Cost is also a factor

I really it here at this community everything has been going very well for me since I moved here. This is a very nice community and it looks wonderful very clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and helpful they are always there when I need them. There isn't to many activities, but the activities they do offer are nice. The food is fine not special I enjoy the meals. I would only recommend you get a big apartment because the small apartments are really small.

My mother was only at this community for respite care and the little time she was there it was a good experience. From what I saw the community is very clean and my mother's room was always clean. Most days I did to notice there were activities for the residents. They did a good job taking care of her for the time she was there.

Very nice facility but from where I live and this community I could not handle the traffic.
