The care provided here is excellent and the caregivers are very patient and compassionate with the residents they are in charge of. The atmosphere is very welcoming and homey.There could be a better variety of activities offered for those residents who are a bit higher functioning

The community is very clean! The staff is very easy to talk to and they answer all of my questions. At meals they give me a few healthy options to choose from and the food is good. They do offer many activities but with my bad back I haven't begun to participate.

I toured Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek it was very clean. I already had the room picked out for my mom but they didn't offer memory care. The staff was very kind and easy to talk to. I had the opportunity to try the food and it was very good.

This is a lovely community, everything is working out pretty well for my mother here. The community is well-kept, her room and the community look nice and well maintained. The staff is good, we did have some medication management issues. She is enjoying many of the activities they offer. Some of our family members tried the food and the meals are good. We know she is safe and getting good care. I would highly recommend this community.

My mom is settling pretty well. The staff have shown my mom around the facility to help her know where she is going. My mom likes the meals most of the time but they have options if she does not like it. The facility is kept very clean. We are getting improvements from the staff about being prompt when my mom uses her buzzard for assistance, it is getting a little better. Otherwise, I would recommend this place.

Dad is still getting adjusted to living at this community. The staff are really good and attentive to him. Dad is not crazy about the food. This is a smaller cozier community. I would recommend this community.

When we got here they were having a Cinco De Mayo Party. The residents seemed to enjoy themselves and having fun. We tour this place 3 times because it was under construction and it was difficult to see the community. I did not like the strict time for meal time. Dinner was from 7:30 to 9, and if you missed it there are no accommodations and they won't bring it to your room.

This is a nice, clean community all around. The staff are friendly and helpful. My mom does like her meals provided. I would like to see more physical options for my mom's activities, otherwise, she has participated in a few.

Everything is working out very well for me here. It is a very nice and clean facility. They do serve good meals, I'am satisfied with the food. They offer many activities for the residents through the week. The staff is very kind and helpful. This is a community I would recommend.

great staff worked with us to find best situation for mom, letting us meet with potential roommates. Helped us from beginning to time mom moved in making it a smooth move in for mom. only thing is housekeeping could be a little better

Everything is going good. They are taking good care of her. She is happy here at this facility. Her family is pleased with all they all done for her. It is a nice looking community with kind people.

It was a hard transition for my friend, but she is getting better. This is a really nice community, they a very good with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff has been very patient with her, considering she hasn't been the easiest person to deal with. She is pleased with the meals. Only down side of this community is that it is in the middle of downtown. So the residents can't really go outside often. Overall this a community I would recommend.

The staff at Atria Daly City is incredibly helpful and great. My dad likes the food and there is a variety of choices. I would recommend this community. They keep the community clean and well maintained. The only thing I might say is that they may need more help with integrating the seniors into the community. Debra from A Place for Mom was fantastic.

This is a beautiful adult community with lots of amenities - I wouldn't mind living there myself. I think mom is already at their top level of care and I feel the amenities and planned outings and activities wouldn't be used.

Kenny [removed] did a great job presenting this property to us. We were very impressed with him and the cottage style of living. The grounds were beautiful and the facility very clean. Loved the one bedroom apt. however none available at this time. Studio too small. We asked to be put on the waiting list for the one bedroom when it becomes available.

My sister is staying at this community and she is very pleased and doing well with the community. She says the staff have been amazing and the community itself is very nice. My sister seems to like the food and says its prepared well. As far as I know my sister has having an amazing experience and has nothing but positive things to say. I would recommend this community

I'am still getting adjusted to this community, but so far everything is going very well. It is a very nice community, they are treating me good. This community is very great when it comes to activities and entertainment. The food is excellent, I really enjoy the meals. They really bend over backwards for you. They provide transportation to my doctors appointments. The management was great to work with. They have been very accommodating.
