Pacifica Senior Living

Everything is going okay but he is still adjusting to not being at home. There are a lot of people, residents and staff and it is a little overwhelming. I'm comfortable with the care he's getting but some of the individuals he doesn't like and their personalities clash.They aren't as friendly as they should be. We are all still adjusting and evaluating our expectations. He is participating a little in activities and exercising. The community is very nice and well kept.

4.0 /5 My mother has lived at your facility for five plus years and we have seen four different companies take ownership which means we have seen many growing pains! My mom calls Pacifica her home! She loves the staff and our family is comfortable knowing she has good care. My mom almost died two months ago and as her daughter I can't thank Pacifica's staff for the one on one care they have given my mother so she could continue to live in her "home" at Pacifica. Because of Pacifica and many prayers, she is slowly recovering and becoming stronger. She is now looking ahead to next August to celebrate her 100th birthday! Thank you Pacifica for what you do for our loved ones, it is appreciated!

The staff members that gave my loved one and I a tour of this community where very friendly and made my father and I feel very welcomed. The facility was very beautiful and had lots of great amenities to offer there residents. The only complaint I would have is how small the bedrooms are for the price you pay.

We do like this place and they have been doing the right thing. The aides are good. The community is clean and so is my parents room. Mom likes to go to jazzy nails and the hair salon. The only thing is that they keep getting my parents medication messed up and not making sure that everything is proper.

Vista Village is a good facility and my Mom is pretty happy there. I feel she is safe and cared for. I would recommend. Thanks to A Place for Mom.

I had a nice tour of this community, the staff was very friendly and made sure to give my loved one and I a detailed tour of there facility. The only thing i did not like in the assisted living section was all of the rooms had to be shared. My dad would not be happy or comfortable with not having the privacy of his own bedroom.

this was a nice tour for me to see if it would be a good fit for my father. We liked the staff and it was very clean and nicely. We did not want a community that he would get lost it with directions. They had a good menu to choose from and a variety. A lot of nice activities to participation. We would suggest families see this community for the care and the value.

Everything for the most part was fine during our tour of this community. The staff was welcoming and made my dad and I feel comfortable during our visit, however my first impression of this place was nothing special. It was very bland and nothing truly stood out to my dad to make him want to make the move into this assisted living. Overall it was just not the right fit for my dad.

This community did not seem active enough. They offer cottages and they only available one they had was to small. This community recently changed to only accept residents 75 or older and my loved one was to young. We would have chosen this community if we could.

I toured this faculty for my father, and it was a nice tour. The community is very well-kept, from what I saw everything is nice and clean. The staff was great, they were welcoming and courteous. I did find a community that fit my father needs better, but my tour of this community was a good one.

For the short time my husband was at Pacifica, he was treated with love and respect. The staff sought to get to know Tony on a personal basis even though he proved to be a difficult patient at times.

This community has a great reputation but we have had some issues with her receiving her medication. Her medication cannot be refilled until she sees a doctor. We changed her insurance so she could see the doctors that work through there and after a couple months she has not seen one. She is not getting her blood pressure checked. I am trying to work with the director to correct this issue. I hope she can stay here but we are not sure.

My husband is still getting adjusted to the community, but it is a nice facility and I'am pleased. I have a few issues with the staff, they contacted his doctor behind my back. I wasn't very pleased with that. It is a nice and clean community. I know he is safe and getting good care. The food is nice, he is pleased with the food. It is a nice community with kind people.

About a month ago our friend entered the village. Since that time we have been evaluating the services she needs and we are trying to adjust them to her needs. The place is nice and the staff are friendly. Our friend needs a little more assertive involvement of the staff to take her showers and take care of her daily activities. She is difficult at times but can be persuaded if taken the time to do so by the staff.

I had a good experience with Brookdale. In times of challenges with my father they were very helpful and understanding. Needless to say, the staff went out of their way to make my entire family comfortable with a very difficult decision. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lakisha. She is a great asset to the organization.

They tried very hard to be accommodating during an emotionally trying time. The physical space was a bit tired but they are in the process of updating. The administrators, nursing staff and health care staff were very helpful and attentive. As of right now, I am comfortable with the care being provided to my stepdad. He is clean, shaven, well fed and seems to have adjusted.

I was not happy that the assistance I am getting is coming from a different company. This really runs my cost up. I was told that the handicap bars in the shower don't have to be in a stud. True or false? When I moved in, the apartment had many cleanliness problems. Even tho they had a month to get it ready, the bathroom was one of the dirtiest rooms. Part of the kitchen. bedroom. and living room also had to be cleaned. All of these conditions were taken care of within two days. Since then I have had no problems. The house cleaning is OK.The food and choices of food are good. The people who work here are great. I'm not disappointed that I moved here.

I found the staff and administrators extremely friendly and very willing to accomodate my Dad's needs.

My parents loves it there. I haven't had any problems with anything. No matter what I've called for they were on top of it.
