I have spent a lot of time at Pacifica with my dad over the past few months, and so far, I think it’s a good community overall. It’s not perfect, but my dad definitely seems happy there. I feel they have good furnishings, the community is well maintained, meals are good, service is prompt, the staff is fairly helpful, and they have good programing, events, and activities such as games, field trips, and live music.

Amazing facility but expensive
This is the most expensive community that I toured. Even though there is a price tag, it is by far the best. The person who admits the residents was far more superior to other places. The décor was a step up as well and had a nicer layout. The person giving us our tour was amazing and I was impressed by her. She addressed all of the staff and residents by their name. We had a bunch of questions and she had an answer for every single one. The only downfall I can think of is the price. My dad isn’t a very mobile guy and wouldn’t be able to make it to the dining hall very much. If he were to have his meals brought to his room every day it would be an extra $5,400 a year. I would recommend this facility to those who are able to afford it.

Excellent Management and Staff
I love that Village Park has very organized management and an excellent staff that is very synchronized and communicative. I feel that their management coherence is really the key to their success. I think that the food is good as well, and they do well gearing their food to the resident’s needs. When I visit, I see that activity director the residents in various things, and I think they do a good job keeping everyone involved in the crafts, group games, music, and other activities. The people have been exceptional at Vintage Park, and I’d definitely recommend the community for that reason.

A+ in my book!
My husband needed a place to stay for a few days. When I contacted them they sent an RN to visit him and do an assessment. They were very polite and accommodating. The administration worked very well with me and kept me informed and answered all of my questions. The community was very clean and comfortable and took the trash out regularly. They did offer exercise and central building activities that everyone could join in on. While my husband didn’t think so, I thought the food was good. The place was fabulous and everything was great. They keep 1 to 2 people on duty for every 6 rooms that they have and also provided a necklace to call for help in case anything happened. They took care of him in the best way they could. Unfortunately my husband didn’t want to stay all 3 nights but they were still accommodating and offered me cash back or a credit for my 2 nights that he didn’t use. I might even use it for myself! I highly recommend them they are an A+ in my book!
