I dont go there much to visit my dad but I did tour the place. I would give the place a four. It was really clean and nice environment. The staff seemed really friendly.

Haven't been their that long really new to the place. Cant really comment on the activities though doesn't really precipitate. Since I have my mom their its going good so far because she does need a lot of help and they are able to help her.

Alexander Court was very helpful in moving my aunt into their facility from a rehab center. Thank you.

They really love the residents and always there when needed, The resident absolutely loves the facility and is also able to keep her dog which she will not put down. This is a awesome place and the staff goes above and beyond to make every one feel at home

My loved one has been at Emeritus at Spring Valley for about 2 months. She is in the memory care unit. She seems to be enjoying her stay there. The food is good and there are no issues with the organization of the dining experience. The staff to resident ratio seems good. They do have safety issues in place for the well being of the residents. This is a good community.

The staff is very helpful. Maybe communication could be a little better. Had a change of cooks and took some time to adjust. Staff is really gracious and kind.

The facility itself is well kept and maintained. The staff are very friendly and top drawer. I think the food could be improved like at breakfast if your not there at 7:30 at the buffet and frankly can't get anything to eat. I think I could cook better.

I thought that the people were friendly. The residents were friendly and they looked fairly happy. The staff were also nice and seemed like they actually cared and weren't just doing it because I was there. The lady that took me on the tour was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had. The rooms were nice there. The eating facility was excellent. There were places to go outside . It was very homely in the good sense. It felt like you were at home and not a nursing home. Compared to other places that I looked at for his mother he likes this one.

My Mom has only been at Emeritus at Spring Valley for about a week. To this point, everyone has been very cordial and attentive to her needs. We placed her there, because we felt that they would give her the best care possible. So far we are very satisfied with the level of care that she is receiving. Sincerely hope that this will continue and have no doubts that it will.

Overall I think they do a good job at Villa Bonita. The place is well kept and clean, and the staff all seem friendly. They take good care of the people who live here.

The admin staff is friendly and helpful with what you will need and how other resources are available to help. The overall appearance is nice, but, the rooms can use some work, some new paint, carpets need to be cleaned For the most part, the nursing staff is helpful, but, not above and beyond, not going to go out of their way to help with anything that isn't in their responsiblities The aides are nice for the most part, some are a little rough and tough, but, some are very friendly and make their stay nice.

Overall things have gone very well with Victoria Court. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they've done a great job looking after my loved one. The care staff are all very patent and professional, and seem to really "get" working with alzheimer's/dementia patients. It did take a little time for them to get to know my Dad and work well with him, that process could have been a little smoother, but overall I think they do a phenomenal job here.

Met with Tiffany, ED. Facility being completely remodeled to be completed in June 2015. Have 1 BR's available after remodel is complete. STaff was welcoming and friendly. Front Desk person's name was Happy who had been there a long time.

I think they do an excellent job overall at Pacifica Senior Living. I really like the way the community is set up, with numerous different cottages that contain a few residents. The entire community is very well kept and clean, and the staff all seem very friendly and caring! Really the only issue we've had is that our loved one was supposed to be put in a cottage with other high functioning alzheimer's/dementia patients, but many of the residents in her cottage are far beyond that level. That makes it a little hard for her to socialize, there is really only one person she can have a conversation with.

Visited on Sat 2/21. Clean and tidy. Water pipe burst so maintainance staff working to restore water, dry carpets, etc. Talked to resident who was happy there. She said lunch was great! Anne was very nice and helpful. She showed us many rooms and gave us a great tour. Answered all questions.

We toured here when we were looking. I really liked it, and had they offered the level of care we were looking for, we probably would have chosen it. It was kind of like a cruise ship, and was just a little too big for my loved one. I did like all of the activities and social stimulation that they offered.

The community is very good, nothing is perfect. The facility is very clean and the residents and staff are very friendly.

So far things have gone well with Wyndam Lakes. I'm pleased with the service, they do a great job taking care of Mom and they are always available to respond to any questions or requests. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the other residents seem friendly. The facility itself is a bit older, and could use some renovations, but overall it is a very nice place.

Both my mother and father moved into Rancho Vista about a month ago, as the community they were in was not able to provide memory care for my mother. Rancho Vista is very clean, staff members are very friendly and even came by to check on my parents while I was visiting. We were waiting for cable services to come, so the caretakers went to the dining room and brought back food for us -- we all felt that was terrific. Both receive help with medication management, which is great. While this community is more expensive than their previous one, I feel that they will get the care needed and are safe and secure. My father is very happy with the food. My parents have not participated in activities as of yet, but there are many. There is transportation service there as well for outings, doctors' appointments, etc. The only downside is visitor parking, which is very limited. Parking for residents is fine. Overall, I'm happy with the decision to have my mother and father move into this really nice community.
