I feel relaxed and well taken care of.

The tour seemed thorough, although this was my first residence to visit. The touring checklist was very helpful. The rooms seemed a bit shabby; the residents I saw were very friendly; The meal selections for a vegetarian are very limited-hopefully a dietitian would work out a meal plan with more choices than tuna sandwich or cheese quesadilla.

My mother stayed at, Pacifica Senior Living for over two years and the management and staff were exceptional, always kind, thoughtful and very supportive. In addition, I always encouraged my mother to walk everyday when possible, and the location of Pacifica Senior Living is ideal since it is located in close proximity to downtown San Leandro. All in all I highly recommend anyone looking for, or considering an assisted living facility to consider, Pacifica Senior Living in San Leandro. [Rememoved]. Las Vegas

My mom's visit was very good. Her room was clean and welcoming. The staff made a few little changes for her that she needed, and did it right away. They kept it nice and did her laundry, too. In particular, they accommodated her need for a healthy snack in the middle of the night and made sure there was a piece of fruit in her room before she went to bed. She liked the food. The dining room was clean and the servers were pleasant. The staff introduced her to some other residents so she had someone to talk to during meals and also people to visit with in the hallway. She made friends. They kept her busy with activities, including an exercise program she really needed considering she had just finished healing from some bruised ribs after a fall. The mom I picked up at the end of the week was happy and spoke well of the experience for a number of days. I have no concerns or complaints and I would happily put her in respite care there again. The staff was helpful and pleasant with me, too. We all had to work very hard to get all the paperwork done quickly and everyone pitched in. I was grateful they helped me with that as I needed to go out of town and it took a while to find a place that would do respite care for only 7 days.

Sales team was knowledgble and informative, residents were happy and seemed well cared for. Exterior of the buildings leave much to be desired. Over all pleased with my experience.

We had a great tour and left concluding that Pacifica offered a viable option for independent living in Spartanburg, SC. The price was particularly appealing in terms of affordability. We found the tour director to be both informed and empathetic!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The facility was neat, organized and clean.

Good effort made to involve residents in daily activities. Regular meals and hydration were great and well received by residents.

A lovely place but modest and seemingly affordable for a moderate budget. Clean, happy guests, friendly place and many nice amenities and updating of rooms. Fairly old place. Good services.

This is a very good home with very nice staff and the residents looked happy. The dining room is bright and inviting, and leads to a nice outdoor area for sunning and eating. The rooms are private but a little small.

My loved one was at Rancho Vista for respite care, and overall, I feel that they do a really nice job there. The community is clean, and the staff is very caring. They have about a 1:6 nurse to resident ratio there, which is pretty good. The food is good here as well. I would recommend them for those with an average budget.

Dad’s only been here a short time, but in the time he has been here the staff has been excellent. They’re very, very good with him and I’ve been very pleased. It took a little bit for him to get use to everything but they’ve been very kind, considerate, and caring. Everyone that we’ve worked with has been great. The food has been very good and their chef is wonderful. It always smells so good and everything they make is homemade I think. They seem to have quite a variety in what they serve as well. The thing I like is that they encourage drinking water, which is something that wasn’t at the last place he was at, and they serve cranberry juice to help prevent any sort of infections. My only concern is that things are going to be changing and the facility will be given over to a different management company so I’m hoping things will continue to work well. Another thing I like is that the activities director has something to do all the time. They’ll have a DJ come in that’ll play music from their era, there’s bingo, crafts, and they’ll have cooking days where the residents will get to cook different items. Every day is something new and it’s always busy so they’re not bored. There’s someone cleaning every day, too, and it’s kept very nice. I think there was only one time that I had to bring up that my dad’s room needed to be clean, but by the next day they were deep cleaning it. They really get into the holidays too! Right now they’re setting up for a Christmas brunch and there are decorations all over the facility. They even had a brunch for Thanksgiving and for Halloween they had all sorts of activities. I highly recommend them.

Has some problems with the food. Suggests that the food should be warmer. Thinks that more should be better. Says that the food should be both the same on each end of the line, so one end doesn’t get cold food. Otherwise, enjoys her stay here.

Thought the brunch, food and music was good. Likes living here a lot.

I toured this community and I really liked it. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. It was clean and the residents were nice. They had a community bathroom and shower and my mom wouldn’t be comfortable with that. They didn’t have many high functioning residents there so I think mom would be better off in a Memory Care Community.

It was a nice tour. It was a nice community and my uncle liked the other place better. So we didn't pick this one.

I would like to acknowledge caregiver [Removed] who I met while making a new visit to this patient. He was very kind to the patient, knowledgeable about the care and was helpful in giving me important assessment information. He is very patient and kind.

It was a good tour the lady who did it was warm and very informative. She answered all of my questions. The memory care was divided into 3 units with maybe 7 residents and there is a possibility of no interaction with people the way that was set up. It was a clean and nice community. This was in the running for our 2nd place to choose. But we did go elsewhere.

I really like that my Mother is able to go from the beginning of care to the end of care here. You can go from rehab to memory care, assisted living, and so on. It’s very bright and cheery at this community and not once did I feel a sense of gloom. The receptionist is right as you walk in and they have a tea/coffee bar for everyone. The coordinator that gave me my tour seemed knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had. Not once did she shy away from any of the uncomfortable questions. The only thing I could say that needs to change is they should have more signage at eye level of where things are like the dining room so people didn’t get lost. I would recommend this facility.
