Nice place. One bedroom plan a little smaller than Oakdale of La Mesa, but they have some available. A place I will take my patents to see.

Loved this community for my Mother, however, the accommodations were too small. They did not offer 1 bedroom/living room options. Rated: High for friendliness, cleanliness and residents were very happy.

My siblings and I are so grateful to Kirk and his staff for taking great care of our Mother during her respite. Pacifica was so accommodating, and went out of their way to set up a furnished studio for our Mother, that was comfortable with a double bed, sofa, recliner chair, coffee table, and color television. They were also diligent about her diet and medications. Though our Mom was housed in Memory Care, she was able to enjoy many activities in Assisted Living and befriended my nice residents and staff members. The facility is undergoing remodeling at the moment, and I am sure it will become quite attractive with all the plans on hand.

Jennifer, who gave us the tour was very helpful and thorough. The rooms are nice, and it may be something to consider.

Liked this facility and their approach to memory care. Residents are grouped according to degree of dementia/Alzheimer's. Neat and clean.

It's going pretty well, it's very clean and the staff is friendly. Some things have to be worked out because it's the beginning, making sure all the little things get in the care plan. When we were first looking we liked the location, and we were comfortable and they had dementia care which was a plus. Those are some of the reasons we chose it.

My mom has lived at Villa Valencia for almost 1-1/2 years in the Independent Living tower. I was so happy to find a home for her where all her needs and more are provided at a very reasonable rate. The main lobby is spacious and beautiful, the apartments are large, all 3 meals are provided and the variety of activities available is amazing. I have eaten there many times with my mom and the quality and variety of menu choices available is excellent. The residents have a laundry room on each floor or they have the option of having their laundry done by Villa Valencia and weekly housekeeping is included. I feel so much better knowing my mom is eating regularly and is getting out of her apartment to participate in as many activities as she can. The front desk staff does an amazing job of assisting and fielding calls and inquiries. Also knowing that Villa Valencia's excellent nursing staff is close by should anything happen is really comforting.

They’re competitively priced and overall pretty good service. It’s dedicated to just memory care as opposed to mixed use – with assisted living. There is enough parking, but there is a bit of a walk, but there is a drop off for your loved one. The friendliness of the staff and the environment looked interesting.

visited 2 weeks ago. nice facility, but no japanese tenents. That is a high priority given my mothers ethnicity and insecurities. Tonya was wonderful.

My family and I are pleased with the choice we made for my dad to go to Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough in Chino, CA. The one and only issue I have is that he is immobile and in a wheelchair. He has fallen three times in the 2 weeks that he has been there (twice having to be taken by ambulance to the ER). I know that the staff is doing the best that they can do and maybe it will be determined that my dad requires a higher level of care and attention. We are working with Pacifica to see if there are methods we can try to make it difficult for him to get out of his wheelchair (making sure not to ride the fine line of illegal restraints). Otherwise, the facility is wonderful and he really likes it and they like him.

Cherry Hills Club has been a very nice place for my loved one, so far! It's a very nice looking facility, the staff are very friendly, and they do a great job taking care of everyone. The one thing I'd like to see them improve is that, although they have quite a lot of activities, many of them are too complex for some residents to participate in.

The staff is wonderful, and the place is clean. They also provide a high level of care and offer a fair amount of activities. I would definitely move my grandmother here if needed in the future.

We like the access to the outdoors with the small screened porches, and the ability to plant flowers outside the porch. It makes it more personal. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are pleasant with a lot of outside space and nice landscaping.

At the level of care for my loved one – I’d maybe put the activities at a three and a half. I was really hoping for more activities. Overall we were really pleased with them. The food was a three and a half.

This was just for an overnight respite stay. When I went to check out there was some difficulty finding someone to do that. They had a little happy hour, which was good. The food was fine. For the time I was there I can't think of anything to be improved or done better.

We've had a good experience with Victoria Court so far! It's a nice looking place, the staff have been very friendly, and I feel like they do a great job looking out for my loved one! Whenever I visit I get the impression that they try and make sure each resident gets a lot of one on one attention and care.

We used this community for respite care and it was a short stay. At the time that we used their service, the community was clean and the staff was friendly. They met our needs at the time.

I feel the people that work there are the biggest asset. The kitchen is great and my mother has made some good Freinds. she is happier there than she was at home because she has more people to talk to.
