[name removed] is the perfect greeter for people visiting residents! He is fun, kind, caring, and explains things well. The person I visit really likes [name removed]. The facility is clean, personnel is friendly and helpful.

Overall, the have supportive staff and a good blend of activities and personal care. I chose this community because is two streets over from our family's house. I visited 5 other facilities. I would recommend this community to other families. The food good and nutritious with variety of options.

I enjoyed the virtual tour and it seems like it would be a place that I would feel comfortable having my dad live.

Good people

We recently took a tour of Atria Burlingame. Since the COVID-19 restrictions were still in place, we were unable to go inside the building. This makes rating difficult because there is no way to rate the various categories as "N/A". Since I don't want their reputation to suffer because of the rating system deficiencies, I'm giving them a "4 star" category rating in the areas we were unable to personally observe. Even though we couldn't go inside the facility, [name removed] took us on an outside tour and provided us with a great deal of information on which I based the "5 star" category ratings. He also showed us a sample studio apartment and patiently answered all of our questions. His enthusiasm and genuine affection for the people that live and work at Atria Burlingame was infectious, to say the least. If the multitude of activities at Atria Burlingame aren't enough to keep one busy, the surrounding neighborhood is a beautiful place to take a stroll. In addition, across the street is Washington Park, which would be the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Atria Burlingame is also very close to downtown with easy access to restaurants, bars, entertainment, shopping, etc. So there is something there for everyone. If [name removed] is an example of the personality types that work at Atria Burlingame, anyone would enjoy residing there.

It was an easy move. Thank you for letting my daughter help me get settled in my apartment. Everyone has been very friendly.

The staff are really warm and make your loved one feel very welcome. They are dedicated to caring for people in need, They work tirelessly around the clock. The food is good not spectacular but they do offer some variety. We chose this community for its proximity to my home, the convenience, and it was reasonably priced for the value. I would recommend this community to other families.

They come in weekly and clean the residents' rooms. The staff is very accommodating especially with my grandmother. They do have activities available for the residents, however my grandmother doesn't participate often. We do think Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn is a good value for the price.

3 cheers for [name removed] she is always on top of everything and brings much joy to us. Very happy with the caregiver staff. They respond in a timely manner and are always cheerful, respectful, and helpful. I question why assisted living aren't able to sit 3 to a table at mealtime and enjoy talking with friends while the independent group has enjoyed this for some time. Would like to have our exercise people back soon.

Satisfactory for the need of my husband (now deceased) and presently for me.

A very fine community that gives very good service and care. It takes rather good attention to the health and well being of its guests. Although all its help is cordial, I find [name removed], the activity director for its assisted living section to be the most dedicated to make living here enjoyable.

The community is a cottage stile, which makes it feel less institutional. There is also no carpeting, which helps prevent odors. The staff is good, however the nurse line was a little hard to reach some one with to check on our mother-in-law. They did a good job with caring for her during her short stay. The food looked fine. Brookdale did seem to be a good value especially considering the level of care that my mother-in-law needed.

The community is always clean and smells fresh. The staff is all very friendly. The food is excellent! A five star. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, there is essentially no activities happening. They have done a good job with protecting the residents during the pandemic and both my father and I feel safe with him there.

Mother really enjoys this community. She likes that they are pet friendly and that activities director used to have a pug that she would bring in that my mother loved. Overall, the staff did try to accommodate for her needs as much as possible. She has been able to have a lot of social interaction here, which is really good for her. During the Covid-19 pandemic, my mother has struggled with the community being on lock down and the activities stopped. I have been able to FaceTime with her, which I think is good for her.

Atria is a small community located on a main street so there was no where to go outside . There were very few people living there when I was there, so it was difficult to make friends. The food was excellent. It was the best food I have ever had anywhere. The activities started out wonderful, and I went to the exercise classes, but then the instructor changed, and it wasn't as good. The nurses were very sweet people.

The food was very good and seemed to be a highlight for my mother. One thing they could improve on is that the care giving staff isn't quite as attentive as we would like. It doesn't seem like my mother is being encouraged enough to get up and walk as much she should be. The activities are pretty good; they regularly brought in outside entertainment for the residents.
