The facility seemed clean and well maintained. The Director was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; in fact, she remembered me from when I met with her about rehabilitation services for my mother. No major shortcomings other than the price was a little higher than other similar facilities.

I had a visit set up and I saw nothing wrong with the community. They were 100% professional and gave a good tour. They had good feedback about the community. They also kept in touch regularly afterwards for a following up. I was happy with them and they were helpful.

This facility was in need of some updating. One of the rooms that were shown to us had a bad smell. The shower had a curb to step over, which could be a problem. The staff was very friendly and seemed to really care about the residents.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my parents with their move to this community. They are doing well. This is good, safe community and I'am pleased with all they have done for us so far. The staff is kind, and helpful. They have nice reasonable prices. I do think this is a fine community overall, and I would recommend it.

The tour was very informative and friendly. I saw a bigger facility than what I had hoped for. It was clean and a nice facility. However, a lot of the staff would just walk by and not even look at us. A smile would have be kind. I also saw no acknowledgement between the residents and staff. To me it reflects how they would care for the residents.

I am very pleased with the quality of care that my loved one has been receiving at this community. They have a hospice nurse that is taking good care him and makes sure to come in everyday and clean him and make sure he is comfortable as can be. The administration is easy to work with and understanding. Overall I have no complaints and would recommend it to anyone.

The staff at this community have been very friendly and helpful to me when I was looking at somewhere for my mother to go. They where informative on the phone and made sure to be patient with all of my questions. They just did not allow cats in the memory care unit and that is what my mother would have needed. I am thankful for there kindness though.

My wife and I looked at Brookdale Cherry Hills. The tour guide was friendly and helpful, but it was not what we were looking for at the time.

My loved one's stay at this Atria location went pretty well! Though we faced a lot of personal turmoil, Atria's staff did a great job at keeping the family calm. The facility is very nice and dedicated to their residents.

This is an outstanding community, and my mother is doing very well with her move here. Everyone has been very friendly, and accommodating. She is really enjoying her time at this community. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They offer nice meals, and good activities. This is a community I would recommend, my mother is well here.

My loved one's stay at Pacifica is going just fine! The grounds are kept clean and the staff is very polite and caters to my loved one's needs. The staff is also sure to provide my loved one with special meals when he needs them. I would like, however, for there to be more activities for my loved one to participate in because he grows a bit restless at times, but they do offer activities such as fishing, music sessions, activities with balloons and drives around town.

I would recommend this community because my loved one seems happy. He loved the food and his room is set up nicely. So far, we have no complaints.

Brookdale Palm Springs was our second pick for dad. We were impressed by the community but decided against it because we did not like the dorm style layout of the rooms.

I thought this property was beautiful and very well maintained by the staff. They had a great floor plan available to all of the residents and where very professional during our tour. I liked that everything was clean and that they had multiple activities going on for the residents throughout the facility. It was just not the right fit for my mother in the end decision.

My nephew toured Rancho Vista. He told me that it was a nice place but I think it was a requirement that they had did not for my mother's needs. It was not a good fit for her.

We toured this community for my brother, and his needs. Our tour went well overall, this is nice community. The staff was very kind to my family, and I. The community looked nice, but my issue was the layout of the community. I didn't think it would work for my brother overall. It wasn't the place for us, but our tour went well.
