We toured this community and we did not like the size of the rooms. it did not have a home feeling to the community. The meals seemed to be good. They do offer activities at this community. We would recommend families to see this community for the care of a loved community for other families

The staff at this community are nice and helpful. The food is ok, however it is not home cooking. They offer a few activities, unfortunately the residents do not get involved in the activities. The community is very clean and I have a nice cottage. I would recommend this community.

This is a pretty nice community, and my tour of it went well. Everyone was friendly, and kind to my family, and myself. It was a nice experience. The staff was kind, and answered all my questions. The community looked nice. Everything was nice, and clean. I did not have any problems during my tour of this community, all went well.

The staff and residents are very nice. You can see someone smiling as you walk down the hall. Luckily we found a good community. The food is good, we have tasted it and thought it was good. The activities are plenty and good. I liked that they are smaller and not so large as other places. It is easier for my mom to move around with her walker. It has been excellent in this community.

This looked like a very nice place, but as soon as they heard that my Mom is bi-polar (though "low-spectrum" and controlled by medication), they immediately ended the tour, and said that they don't take bi-polar. This seems to be true of the other Brookdale facilities, as well.

This seemed like a nice community when we visited. This is an older larger community. The staff were nice and this community was comparable to the community we chose and it made for a tough decision.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community, it was a pleasant experience. The staff where very kind and accommodating to my loved one and I. They gave us lots of great information of there facility and made sure to take there time with our visit. I just did not care for how far the drive would be from our house to visit.

The Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley was a very nice place. When I got there, the tour guide was ready to show me around and prepared with information. The place was clean and everyone was nice, but it was not what we were looking for.

The Brookdale Sunrise was nice and the people were all friendly, but it did not compare aesthetically to the community I ended up choosing.

Everyone at the Brookdale Cherry Hills was very friendly. The place was clean and we loved everything bout it. It was close to our home. My mother ended up choosing another community for personal preference, but there was nothing wrong with this one.

My father-in-law personally picked this community over other places and he is doing fine with all that is provided for him here. It has been meeting his needs. He is enjoying the meals and activities they provide for him.

This was one of my favorite tours out of all the different communities that we had looked at for my mom. The property was beautiful and very well maintained with lots of great amenities for all of the residents to enjoy. They also had a great selection of apartments available with reasonable pricing that impressed us. They just did not have a close enough smoking section for my mother and she is not very mobile so it would be to far for her to get back and forth.

We ended up not moving my mother to this community because it was too far from my home. Also, there was limited parking to the point where we were afraid to park on the street. The rooms were all very nice and it seemed like a great affordable place, but it was not what we were looking for.

I toured this community for my parents. The staff were very nice helpful and answered all of the questions we had. The community was clean and the menu was appealing. They are a variety of activities offered. We recommend other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My family and I had a very good tour of this community. The experience went well. The facility looked nice, and well-kept. From what we saw everything neat, and tidy. The building of the facility was multi-leveled, and my mother in law wasn't comfortable with that. It is a nice community, but not the place for my mother in law.

I only lived here for a short time but I was very pleased with my experience that I had. The staff where all wonderful and made accommodations to meet my needs. I have no complaints about the food and enjoyed the activity program they offered throughout the week.I would recommend this place to anyone looking into retirement.

Everything is working out pretty well for my mother in law with her move to this community. It is a nice place. The staff is very kind and sweet. The only issue I have had, is they told us their responsive time to being paged is 2 to 5 minutes, but I've noticed it could take them up to 45 minutes to respond. Other than that issue they do have activities available for the residents. The meals are decent. We are comfortable with the care she being provided with. It is a nice place, and I would recommend it.

I had a very nice tour of this community. The community looked nice and very well-kept. I liked the layout of the community, it was very convenient. The staff was knowledgeable and informative. All my questions were answered. This is a very kind community. They really care about their residents.

My favorite thing about this place is how great the location is. It is very convenient for my family and I to get to my mom in short period of time which is always a plus. The housekeeping has done a great job at making sure her room is kept up for her and all her needs are met as far as cleaning since she can not do so anymore. Overall this place has everything we needed for my mom and we are very pleased.

I have no complaints about the tour I took of this community. The staff where very welcoming and very professional as well as on time for our appointment. They offered a great activity program and all of the residents seemed to be enjoyed themselves. It was just not the right fit for myself.
